Working Guidelines

If you are interested in commissioning me please consider the following points:
♦ By commissioning me you are FULLY accepting my Tos & Working guidelines without exceptions.
♦ I ask for your patience and adherence to my deadlines, I also have a life and personal matters to attend to.
♦ You must make the FULL payment for the commission, once confirmed it will be added to the queue list (where you can track it) and I will start working on it.
♦ No refunds are accepted after the commission has been paid, to avoid any problems please be TOTALLY sure of your purchase.
♦ The commissions will be working in order of purchase and taking into account delivery times, please be patient and wait your turn and delivery time.
♦ Working schedule are Monday to Friday. I do not work on weekends and holidays.
♦ For the moment I do not accept to work under limited time. Later I will offer this option with payment of a rushing fee.
♦ I will be in contact with you ONLY through email, Ko-Fi or Telegram and for work purposes ONLY.

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access and use of my Commissioning services. By accessing or using the Commissioning services, you (“the commissioner”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
I reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms periodically for changes. The continued use of the Commissioning services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
I, as a digital artist and in full use of my faculties, commit myself to fulfill completely and within my possibilities the Commission purchased by the commissioner, however I reserve the right to pause or terminate the commission services contract ONLY in EXTREME cases, which include and are not limited to Illness, accidents and disasters. The commissioner has the right to be notified of such eventualities and a possible (partial or full) reimbursement will be discussed.
You are responsible for your own conduct and content while using the Commissioning services, and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use the Commissioning services only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable working guidelines.
I reserve the rights over all the commissions images, this means that only I can reproduce, edit, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, print, promote or exploit for any commercial purposes, however the commissioner retains rights of their specific characters showed in the commission image. This means that while I am able to reproduce, print, trade or edit the specific work, I am not allowed to use the specific commissioner´s characters in any future work or project without the commissioner's permission.
I also reserve the right to publish and promote in my social networks all the commissions I make, except if the the commissioner(s) requests to keep their commission(s) and identity in secret.
It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use any of my artwork (commissioned or not) in AI training/generation.
Commissions images are for personal use ONLY. You agree not to reproduce, edit, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, print, promote or exploit for any commercial purposes. If you wish to make profit off your commission you MUST contact me for the purchase of commercial rights.
The commissioner has the right to post the commission in any type of social network or personal gallery as long as the work is credited back to me, the artist.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and I regarding the purchase of any of my Commissioning services. Any breach of the Terms will terminate the contract without any reimbursement and the working relationship permanently.
