Terms and Conditions
These rules and conditions will be subject to constant updates and changes!
Behavior:
If the client exhibits any bad behavior from the beginning or during the course of the work, the work will be canceled, the payments acquired will be returned and the client will be prohibited from commissioning again.
Comprehension:
My native language is not English, so I would appreciate any reference or clear writing of the work you want to obtain and do not hesitate to clarify or talk to me about any problem or change that should be added, as long as it is within my possibility.
Changes in the work:
Once the work is started and is in progress, you will be given a sketch which can be changed or fixed as much as necessary. As long as it remains in that stage, once it becomes linear and still needs fixes, an additional cost will be added to it.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be made. Once the payment has been made and work has begun on the request, no refunds or reimbursements will be made. In return, a different job will be offered at the same price paid.
This fact can change if an agreement is reached with both parties and only a part of it will be returned.
Extra costs:
An extra cost will be charged, indicated in the price table, depending on what the client wants and what has been previously discussed.
Extra charges/outside of base price:
If you request any additional work, outside the base price or the amount already paid, you will be credited the additional cost of paypal. So I suggest you have in mind all the work to be done before requesting or paying the agreed cost. This also applies to work or re-work, commissions already completed.
Credits:
It will not be necessary to grant credits or tag me in said works, as long as they are for personal use (icons, profile photo, headers, gifts, etc). If the drawing is published on a specific social network, it must be tagged or named.
In turn, it is forbidden to erase, remove or take away any signature or mark on the finished work.
Waiting time:
The waiting time will be from two weeks to a month, depending on the order and the type of work requested.
Similarly, you will be informed of the lists of commissions that are active and the time it will take to reach your request.
Portfolio:
You are reminded that you do not have full ownership of the work. Therefore, all completed works will be used as a sample or uploaded to a personal portfolio (social networks), with their proper signatures and names.
Payments:
Payments will be made through the previously discussed platform (USD, ARS) and will be in advance. If payments are made through PayPal, you will be asked for the email and an invoice will be made, which must be paid within three days.
Custom Content:
If you have purchased any custom work from me (adoptables, customs chars, etc.) they can be resold, as long as they are at a lower price than the one purchased.
(This is only valid if the work was not customized with extra drawings, new commissions or redesigned)
For IA:
My work is not intended to contribute to the development of artificial intelligence (AI) or any other type of development of that kind.
Although I believe that AI is a very useful tool for certain types of actions or for performing different types of tasks, I do not agree with and dislike the idea of my art, my drawings, or my work being used to feed these types of systems.
MY TIME, MY EFFORT, MY WORK, MY EXPERIENCE, MY SKILLS, ETC., ARE NOT AI.
Payment method:
The payment methods used will depend on your access and what we discussed previously. The available options are PayPal, Vgen, ARS accounts (Argentina), and DeviantArt points.
In the case of PayPal, as discussed previously, payment will be made via an invoice with a payment deadline, and the full price must be paid. For the other two payment methods, only prepayment will be required.
Possible jobs:
I'm capable of creating most styles and content, as long as they meet the requirements outlined in the commission form. I primarily work with furry, anime, and kemono.
Priorities:
While I will work on all active jobs, priority will be given to jobs paid in USD or ARS. This applies regardless of the client's circumstances (birthdays, gifts, urgent jobs, etc.) and whether they have already paid through another method.
Urgent work:
An extra charge will be given for jobs that are in special circumstances, such as gifts, birthdays, or urgent or time-limited work. (The price will depend on the job.)
Sending of money:
Wait for notice or notification before sending money without notice, thank you.
Illustration and finished work:
Commissions, illustrations or finished works have not been allowed to be used commercially, nor claimed as own. remember, that despite being requested by you, the work was carried out in full on my part.
Cancellation policies:
the work may be cancelled by the artist under the following conditions:
-Disrespect on the part of the client.
-Missing the TOS or missing what was agreed at work.
-Requests absurd, not approved by the artist.
-Late responses to work processes, WIPS or sketches delivered.
-If the artist is subjected to "goshteo" or is ignored during the work process.
Reimbursement:
No refund of any kind is given, so if you are in a difficult or compromising situation, please consider this before applying.
Update of prices:
The prices of my work will be subject to updates depending on my personal situation. Will be held every six months in normal terms and monthly in terms of urgency or special situation, if it occurs.

Terms of service: Terms in Detail:
-I. COPYRIGHT OF THE IMAGES.
I, the illustrator, retain full and exclusive rights to the original illustration. The customer may not claim it as his own or use it for anything other than his personal use.
All illustrations ordered are for non-commercial purposes only. The
Redistribution of my artwork for use in print products or to promote goods, services or social media pages. If you have any questions about it, ask me before taking charge.
Conditions for re-publishing.
The customer has my permission to re-publish the illustration wherever he wants as long as it is for personal use only (unless otherwise agreed), print the illustrations and claim the right of his(s) character(s) but not the drawing itself, use the illustrations to promote myself with appropriate credit given to the illustrator (using for example a link to my Twitter) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
Prohibited Actions.
-Alter my artwork in any way without asking for permission in advance, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
-Removal of watermarks/signatures.
Use my artwork as a reference for yours, either by copying or reusing parts of the image.
-Take credit for the creation of artwork or claim the artwork as own.
-Reproduce/commercially use the copyrighted artwork. (Which means making money in any way).
Commercial use.
A purchase of commercial rights to the illustration will always be 300% of the original price.
With the commercial rights, the customer can make any kind of merchandise with the illustration.
Use it on books, covers, change to taste and promote your own brand with commissioned illustrations. Credit is still required for use of such artwork, even if modified.
If you violate the copyright infringement in any way, all your rights to the drawing will be retracted.
-SECTION II. PAYMENT INFORMATION.
All fees must be paid in full in advance.
I accept payment in ARS, USD, AIRTM, VGEN and points.
All payments in ARS/ USD will be made through Paypal(usd)/airtm or vgen and argentinean accounts (ars) and points through deviantart. personally virtually to the account with the username "S0h4r", "MiphasSL" or "ZacoraSD", any other account with a name similar or similar to this one does not belong to me and only payments to that account with that username will be legitimate. Any other problem, difficulty or confusion will not be my responsibility.
It is the commissioner’s responsibility to let me know when payment has been sent. If you do not tell me that you sent the payment, and I know that I have not received it at all, then the 24-hour payment term applies to you.
Refund policy.
No refunds will be given under any circumstances, you have no right to cancel or require a
refund of the artist under no circumstances after receiving payment.
If you submit a chargeback against me via Paypal before, through or after termination of the commission, your right to everything I have done for you will be withdrawn, gaining the right to sell the copyrighted illustration to new buyers, You will be added to my blacklist and you will be banned from commissioning me.
Only if the commission is cancelled by me, the illustrator, will the customer receive a full refund.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason and without explanation.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it in any kind of social health status, a full refund will be given.
-SECTION III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION.

Visual reference guidelines.
The customer should provide at least a clear and concise visual reference, you can
complement that visual reference with any important information I may need to know in order to correctly draw the character.
If you link to a gallery of your character’s illustration, I cannot promise that your design will be
will be performed with 100% accuracy. The interpretations of the design may be inconsistent between the images, so it is advisable to use and send me a reference sheet in order to work properly.
-SECTION IV. DRAW/DO NOT DRAW
Below is a general guide to what I will draw or not draw. Be aware of my art style when placing the order; my strong suit is the characters addressed to Furry Fandom in general. Things outside of my comfort zone may not be as high quality as something I’m used to doing. Please note that all my illustrations are artistic representations of fantastic nature, no third party is seen or will be involved in them, since if necessary, I will use specific programs posing with three-dimensional mannequins. Avoid accusations, dramas or complaints based on feelings; this is a job, not a social network.

You, by ordering anything 18+/NSFW, agree that you are 18 years old or older,
Breaking this rule is extremely serious and will result in a blacklist/block on all social networks, email and any other means of contact.
-SECTION V. WORKFLOW PROCESS
I work best when I have some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide. I am happy to match a scene or pose you have in mind, but allow and expect some variation.
Estimated date of completion.
If there is any delay in making a commission, I will personally notify the client. It is generally estimated that the completion of most assignments takes no more than approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on many factors, such as; Health, commission order, complexity, work, family matters, etc.
Jobs in Progress (WIPs).
Certain types of commissions may or may not include a sketch approval stage. I will send
any WIP to the Commissioner by whatever means he considers most appropriate or convenient. Commission progress will be halted until the sketch is confirmed. Any progress of the commission or WIP I will let know from my part to the client, if a client becomes too insistent, I will deliberately delay his commission, making other illustrations or commissions.
Revisions and edits.
If the type of commission includes a sketch approval stage, any changes or revisions
important must be done at this stage; this includes any significant change in the pose or shape of a character’s body, or redrawing parts of the image.
Once the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits can be discussed.
If I, the illustrator, make any mistake in the design of the character, accessories or any other visual element specified in the visual references provided, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must let me know when you place the order.
These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time without notice. Changes will not apply retroactively.
If you breach these terms, you will be placed on a private blacklist and you may not commission me in the future.

Términos y Condiciones
Estos normas y condiciones, estarán sujetas a constantes actualizaciones y cambios!
Comportamiento:
Si el cliente presenta algún mal comportamiento desde el comienzo o transcurso del trabajo, se le cancelara el mismo, devolverá los pagos adquiridos y se le prohibirá el volver a comisionar.
Comprensión:
Mi idioma natal no es el ingles, por lo que se les agradecerá toda referencia o escritura clara del trabajo que desea obtener y no tenga dudas o inseguridad de aclararme o hablarme de cualquier problema o cambio que deba ser añadido, siempre y cuando este dentro de mi posibilidad.
Cambios en el trabajo:
Una vez el trabajo sea comenzado y este en curso, se les otorgara un sketch del cual podrá ser cambiado o arreglado tanto sea necesario. siempre y cuando permanezca en esa etapa, una ves pase a ser lineart y aun necesite arreglos, se le sumara un costo adicional al mismo.
Política de devolución:
No se harán devoluciones del pago. Una vez se haya realizado el pago y comenzado a trabajar en la solicitud, no se realizaran devoluciones o reembolso del dinero. A cambio, se ofresera un trabajo diferente con el mismo precio pagado.
Este hecho puede cambiar si se llego a algún acuerdo con ambas partes y solo se devolverá una parte del mismo.
Costos extras:
Se les realizara un costo extra, indicados en la tabla de precios, dependiendo de lo que el cliente desea y lo que se haya discutido previamente.
cargos extras/fuera de precio base:
si usted solicita cualquier trabajo adicional, fuera del precio base o el ya pagado, se le acreditara el costo adicional de paypal. Po lo que le sugiero tener en mente todo el trabajo completo, antes de solicitar o pagar el coste acordado. esto también aplica a trabajar o re-trabajar, comisiones ya finalizadas.
Creditos:
No será necesario el otorgar créditos o etiquetarme en dichos trabajos, siempre y cuando sean de uso personal (iconos, foto de perfil, encabezados, regalos, etc). Si el dibujo es publicado en alguna red social en especifico, se deberá de etiquetar o nombrar.
A su vez, esta prohibido borrar, remover o quitar, cualquier firma o marca en el trabajo finalizado.
Tiempo de espera:
El tiempo de espera que se tomara es de dos semanas a un mes. dependiendo del pedido y el tipo de trabajo solicitado.
De igual manera, se informara de los listas de comisiones que estén activas y el tiempo que tomara llegar hasta su solicitud.
Portafolio:
Se les recuerda que no tienes el completo propiedad del trabajo. por lo que todos los trabajos finalizados, se utilizaran como muestra o se subirán a un portafolio personal (redes sociales), con sus debidas firmas y nombres.
Pagos:
Los pagos se realizaran a través de la plataforma discutida previamente (usd, ars) y serán por adelantado. Si los pagos se realizan mediante paypal, se les pedirá el mail del mismo y se les realizara una factura, del cual se deberá pagar con fecha limite de tres días.
Contenido personalizado:
Si has adquirido algún trabajo personalizado de mi parte (adoptables, customs chars, etc) se pueden revender, siempre y cuando sean a un precio menor del adquirido.
(esto solo es valido, si el trabajo no fue personalizado con dibujos extras, nuevas comisiones o rediseñado)
No IA:
Mi trabajo no pretende contribuir al desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial (IA) ni a ningún otro tipo de desarrollo de ese tipo.
Aunque creo que la IA es una herramienta muy útil para ciertos tipos de acciones o para realizar diferentes tipos de tareas, no estoy de acuerdo y no me gusta la idea de que mi arte, mis dibujos o mi trabajo se utilicen para alimentar este tipo de sistemas.
MI TIEMPO, MI ESFUERZO, MI TRABAJO, MI EXPERIENCIA, MIS HABILIDADES, ETC., NO SON IA.
Método de pago:
Los métodos de pago utilizados serán dependiendo del acceso que tengas y lo discutido previamente. Los medios exequibles que presento son paypal, Vgen, cuentas Ars(argentina), puntos (deviantart).
En el caso de paypal, como se discutió anteriormente, será a través de una factura con fecha limite de pago y pagando el precio completo. Para los otros dos medios, se implementara solo el pago por adelantado.
Trabajos posibles:
Soy capas de realizar la mayoría de estilos y contenidos, siempre y cuando cumplan con los nombrados en la ficha de comisiones. principalmente trabajo con furry, anime y kemono.
Prioridades:
Si bien trabajare en todos los trabajos activos, será de mayor prioridad los trabajos de pago usd o ars. Esto se aplica a cualquier condición que se encuentre el cliente (cumpleaños, regalos, trabajos urgentes, etc) y haya pagado en otro medio.
Trabajos urgentes:
Se le otorgará un precio extra a los trabajos que estén en una condición especial, como son los regalos, cumpleaños, o algún trabajo urgente o de tiempo limite.(el mismo dependerá del trabajo)
Envió de dinero:
Esperen a que sea avisado o notificado, antes de enviar el dinero sin previo aviso, gracias.
Ilustración y trabajo finalizado:
Las comisiones, ilustraciones o trabajos terminados, no tienen permitió su uso comercial, ni ser reclamadas como propias. recuerde, que a pesar de ser solicitado por usted, el trabajo se realizo al completo por mi parte.
Políticas de cancelación:
el trabajo puede ser cancelado por el artista, bajo las condiciones siguientes:
-Falta de respeto por parte del cliente.
-Falta al los TOS o falta a lo acordado en el trabajo.
-Solicitudes absurdas, no aprobadas por el artista.
-Respuestas tardías a los procesos de trabajos, WIPS o sketches entregados.
-Si el artista es sometido al "goshteo" o se le es ignorado durante el proceso de trabajo.
Reembolso:
No se otorgan reembolso de ningún tipo, así que si estas en una situación complicada o comprometedora, tenlo en cuenta antes de solicitar.
Actualización de precios:
Los precios de mis trabajos serán sujetos a actualizaciones dependiendo de mi situación personal. Se realizaran cada seis meses en términos normales y mensual en términos de urgencia o situación especial, si llegase a ocurrir.
AL PEDIR CUALQUIER ILUSTRACIÓN NSFW/18+, USTED ACEPTA QUE ES MAYOR DE
18 AÑOS.
Si no sigue términos proporcionados, tengo derecho a rechazar su comisión.
Condiciones de servicio: Términos en Detalle:
-I. DERECHOS DE AUTOR DE LAS IMÁGENES.
Yo, la ilustradora, retengo los derechos completos y exclusivos de la ilustración original. El cliente no podrá reclamarlo como propio ni utilizarlo para otra cosa que no sea su uso personal.
Todas las ilustraciones encargadas son solo para fines no comerciales. Está prohibida la
redistribución de mis ilustraciones para su uso en productos impresos o como promoción de bienes, servicios o páginas de redes sociales. Si tienes alguna duda al respecto, pregúntame antes de encargarme.
Condiciones para volver a publicar.
El cliente tiene mi permiso para volver a publicar la ilustración donde quiera siempre y cuando sea solo para uso personal (a menos que se acuerde lo contrario), imprimir las ilustraciones y reclamar el derecho de su(s) personaje(s) pero no del dibujo en sí, usar las ilustraciones para promocionarse con el crédito adecuado otorgado a la ilustradora (usando por ejemplo un enlace a mi Twitter) y mi marca de agua/firma permanezca intacta e inalterada.
Acciones Prohibidas.
-Alterar mis ilustraciones de cualquier manera sin pedir permiso de antemano, con la excepción de recortar/cambiar el tamaño de la imagen para un ícono u otro uso.
-Eliminación de marcas de agua/firmas.
Usar mis ilustraciones como referencia para la suya, ya sea calcando o reutilizando partes de la imagen.
-Tomar crédito por la creación de las ilustraciones o reclamar la ilustración como propia.
-Reproducir/usar comercialmente la ilustración protegida por derechos de autor. (Lo que significa ganar dinero de cualquier manera).
Uso Comercial.
Una compra de derechos comerciales de la ilustración siempre será del 300% del precio original.
Con los derechos comerciales, el cliente puede hacer cualquier tipo de mercancía con la ilustración.
Usarlo en libros, portadas, cambiarlo al gusto y promocionar su propia marca con las ilustraciones comisionadas. Todavía se requiere crédito para el uso de dichas ilustraciones, incluso si se modifica.
Si viola la infracción de derechos de autor de alguna manera, se retractarán todos los derechos que tenía sobre el dibujo.
-SECCIÓN II. INFORMACIÓN DEL PAGO.
Todas las comisiones deben pagarse en su totalidad por adelantado.
Acepto pago en ARS, USD, AIRTM, VGEN y puntos.
Todos los pagos en ARS/ USD se realizarán a través de Paypal(usd)/airtm o vgen y cuentas argentinas (ars) y Los puntos a través de deviantart. personalmente de manera virtual a la cuenta con el nombre de usuario "S0h4r", "MiphasSL" o "ZacoraSD", cualquier otra cuenta con un nombre similar o parecido a este no me pertenece y solo los pagos a esa cuenta con ese nombre de usuario serán legítimos. Cualquier otro problema, dificultad o confusión, no será mi responsabilidad.
Es responsabilidad del comisionado avisarme cuando se haya enviado el pago. Si no me dice que envió el pago, y sé que no lo he recibido en absoluto, entonces se le aplica el plazo de pago de 24 horas.
Política de reembolso.
No se otorgarán reembolsos bajo ningún concepto, no tiene derecho a cancelar o exigir un
reembolso del artista bajo ninguna circunstancia después de recibir el pago.
Si usted presenta una devolución de cargo en mi contra mediante Paypal antes, mediante o tras finalizar la comisión, se retirará su derecho a todo lo que yo haya hecho para usted, obteniendo derecho a vender la ilustración protegida por derechos de autor a nuevos compradores, se te añadirá a mi blacklist y tendrás prohibido comisionarme.
Solo si la comisión es cancelada por mí, la ilustradora, el cliente recibirá un reembolso completo.
Me reservo el derecho de cancelar una comisión en cualquier momento, por cualquier motivo y sin explicación.
Si cancelo la comisión debido a mi incapacidad para completarla en cualquier tipo de estado social de salud, se otorgará un reembolso completo.
-SECCIÓN III. CONTACTO Y COMUNICACIÓN.
El encargo y discusión de las comisiones se puede realizar, preferiblemente, a través de Discord (MiphasZSD#8175). En caso de no disponer de una cuenta de discord, puede contactarme a través de Twitter (@s0h4r), second life (s0h4r)
Pautas de referencia visual.
El cliente debe proporcionar al menos una referencia visual clara y concisa, usted puede
complementar dicha referencia visual con cualquier información importante que yo pueda necesitar saber para dibujar correctamente el personaje.
Si vincula a una galería de la ilustración de su personaje, no puedo prometer que su diseño se
realizará con un 100% de precisión. Las interpretaciones del diseño pueden ser inconsistentes entre las imágenes, por ello se aconseja usar y enviarme una hoja de referencia para poder trabajar adecuadamente.
-SECCIÓN IV. DIBUJARE/NO DIBUJARA
A continuación hay una guía general de lo que dibujaré o no dibujaré. Tenga en cuenta mi estilo artístico al realizar el pedido; mi fuerte son los personajes dirigidos al Furry Fandom en general. Las cosas fuera de mi zona de confort pueden no ser de tan alta calidad como algo que estoy acostumbrado a hacer. Tenga en cuenta que todas mis ilustraciones son representaciones artísticas de índole fantástica, ningún tercero se a visto ni verá implicado en ellas, dado que de necesitarlo, usaré programas específicos de posado con maniquíes tridimensionales. Evite las acusaciones, dramas o denuncias fundamentadas en los sentimientos, esto es un trabajo, no una red social.

contenido nazi/soviético/etc.
Usted debe ser mayor de 18 años para encargar contenido para adultos.
Usted, al pedir cualquier cosa 18+/NSFW, acepta que tiene 18 años o más,
romper esta regla es extremadamente grave y resultará en una lista negra/bloqueo en todas las redes sociales, correo electrónico y cualquier otro medio de contacto.
-SECCIÓN V. PROCESO DE FLUJO DE TRABAJO
Trabajo mejor cuando tengo cierta libertad artística para crear una imagen basada en los personajes que proporcionas. Estoy feliz de coincidir con una escena o pose que tenga en mente, pero permita y espere alguna variación.
Fecha estimada de finalización.
Si hay algún retraso en la realización de una comisión, se lo notificaré personalmente al cliente. Por lo general, se estima que la finalización de la mayoría de los encargos no toma más de 1 a 2 semanas aproximadamente dependiendo de muchos factores, tales como; Salud, orden de comisión, complejidad, trabajo, cuestiones familiares, etc.
Trabajos en Progreso (WIPs).
Ciertos tipos de comisiones pueden o no incluir una etapa de aprobación del boceto. Enviaré
cualquier WIP al comisionado por el medio que él considere más adecuado o cómodo. El progreso de la comisión se detendrá hasta que se confirme el boceto. Todo progreso de la comisión o WIP la haré saber de mi parte al cliente, si un cliente se pone demasiado insistente, retrasare a propósito su comisión, realizando otras ilustraciones o comisiones.
Revisiones y ediciones.
Si el tipo de comisión incluye una etapa de aprobación del boceto, cualquier cambio o revisión
importante debe realizarse en esta etapa; esto incluye cualquier cambio significativo en la pose o la forma del cuerpo de un personaje, o volver a dibujar partes de la imagen.
Una vez que se haya aprobado el boceto, no se realizarán ediciones ni cambios importantes. Si el comisionado solicita ediciones adicionales después del boceto aprobado, se puede discutir un precio por las ediciones.
