I'm so excited. I've been working extra these past two weeks to get time off to go. I'm leaving at around noon here, and will get there around 6:30.

I'll be hanging with  kitsukyo and  mcwerewolf mostly. But, I'd love to meet anyone I know from FA.

Who all's going?

I'm planning on going to the TF things, and a lot of panels. I was planning on having a fursuit by now, but I still don't have it.

I'm also considering doing badges for cheap or free. Anyone interested?

What animal should I draw a TF of?

Yeah, after the hardest semester of my life, I have found that after
stress-eating and all that Mountain Dew, I have gained almost 20 pounds
to my already overweight body. I went to the gym, and I almost died
trying to do what I could do just a year or two ago. And, I can't wear
some of my favorite shirts without feeling uncomfortable. This means
it's time to start working out on a regular basis.

As for summer, I have a job that I've had since last summer, working here
in Norman, OK. It's a nice job, but there are things I don't like about it. I
have been offered another job at the FAA; but I haven't received the letter
telling me the details such as how much my pay will be. I'm unsure what
to do. My job I have now is nice, good environment, close to my house,
but doesn't pay the best. This other job sounded like they would pay
me better, but they are not as flexible, and farther away.

This affects my chances of going to Anthrocon as well. With the first,
I make less money, so going to AC would be harder financially, but I
could go. With the other job, I would *probably* make more money,
but I might no be able to get time off for AC. It's a dilemma.

I'm turning 23 this Saturday, April 28th. :3

My sister's plane was delayed a few hours by severe weather. My family and I didn't get heading out to Kansas til about 3.

Bad weather was still going on. At around 4am, we got hit pretty badly. We hydroplaned at a considerably high speed, spun out, his the guard rail twice i think, and stopped after spinning some more.

Thankfully, none of us were injured, but the car is pretty banged up. And in no shape to get us to kansas. I called  kobaj and he gave us a ride back to my brother's apartment where we are now. My grandma's funeral is going on as I type. *sigh*

I got word that my Grandma had died. I'm about to head to my home, and then go with my family to Kansas for the funeral.

Right now, though, there's been a tornado spotted close to OU, and I am really close by.
So, I can't leave yet. Wish me safety.

Furry Fiesta was a bunch of fun. I got a few badges, a couple of prints, and a lot of MLP buttons, hehe.

I had a good time seeing furs i hadnt seen for awhile, and playing Werewolves of the Dark Arts. Also, had fun playing some poker. (Even able to bust out  twilightrat ^^

Anyways, I'm thinking that I need to sketch and draw more. So, i'll be taking a few requests. Just comment here with your fursona/a tf you'd like to see me sketch.

Had a Signals and Systems test at noon thirty today. I think I did well. I wish I understood Fourier series and coefficients more.

Anyways, I have to pick up to parts from my TA for electronics lab, and go with Kobaj to

By the way, Anyone doing or know a fur doing badge preorders? I'm looking to get 1 or 2, And it's very less stressful ordering one beforehand and picking it up instead of ordering it there and maybe not getting it.

So, my friend  kitsukyo and  mcwerewolf, two of my best fur friends, were here for a whole day today. And I was really looking forward to hanging out and having fun. However, this morning at around midnight to one, I woke up feeling really nauseated and eventually threw up. I was up practically the whole night in the bathroom feeling very miserable. I finally stopped vomiting, but I still feel nauseated, and my head feels hot and i can't concentrate very well.

Anyways, while I was looking forward to this day, it ended up being me feeling terrible, and lonely most of the day. I did get to hang a little with kit and fawkes, but not as much as i was wanting. And when they were here, I was feeling terrible.

Best: seeing friends i hadn't seen before in person before yesterday
Worst: being really sick and feeling left out

I suppose I should start it soon. hmm...I should have thought this through...

I'm still here. These past few weeks have been very stressful, but the hardest part of my semester is over I think. So, I'll be able to get back to arting. :3

I'm a senior in college now; but basically a junior in Computer Engineering. But I'm friends with a guy who was a CS major at my college, and studied abroad in Japan at the University of Electro-Communications in Tokyo; and he is really suggesting and encouraging me to go.

Anybody out there have any advice or want to tell their own experiences of studying abroad or experiences in Japan? It may set me back a little bit in graduating, but I feel that this could be an experience I may never get again.

I'm going to an art jam tomorrow, and I don't know what I should sketch and draw. I may post some, or not. I just need suggestions. They can be anything, not just TF. Or maybe challenge me to try to draw different animals or in situations I'm not comfortable in.

This is actually a two-part question.
1. What animal is your favorite?
2. What animal do you think is very interesting that you think there isn't enough TF of?

This past weekend, I went to RMFC!!!!!

Colorado is really nice right now! Much nicer than Oklahoma is right now. It didn't feel like an oven outside. :3 The altitude affected my stomach though.

Anyways, I could write a lot on what happened, but I'll be brief and touch on my favorite parts.

1) I love my roommates  kobaj,  briz, and her mate Charlie.

2) The Drawing panel and Comic panel by  rukis. She is an excellent speaker. And obviously a SUPER amazing artist.

3) Met an artist I've been watching and like his style.  wrathofautumn. He is super awesome, and his art is great! Go watch him. He's also very nice, and has a cool fursuit!

4) Played in the poker tournament. In my qualifying round, I took 4th out of 8. It wasn't good enough to go to the final round; I played better than my last time. So, I'm happy. If i keep improving, I'll one day win.

5) I went to a few panels by Kyell Gold. I'm not much of a writer. But my goal is to write comics, so it was very helpful.

6) There was a quote. I can't remember it exactly, so i searched it.
"Don't bother just to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself. " -Faulkner
Anyways, even if this isn't the right quote, the point is the same. I compare myself to other furry artists, when i should just be drawing and improving myself and not worrying that others are better than me.

7) I was a judge in the fursuit charades. That was a ton of fun, and we had some good fursuiters, including  wrathofautumn

8) I bought some cool stuff. I got 4 badges! One of them was a small postit note badge from  Blotch. ^^ I got a few prints. A few shirts. And a few comic books. *wags happily*

Anyways, I got Oklacon in October, and then Furry Fiesta in February. :3

I'm so excited! I'm leaving really early tomorrow morning on a plane to Denver. :D

I'm traveling and rooming with  kobaj,  briz and briz's mate. There are plenty of panels I want to go to, and i'm looking forward to spending some time with the awesome furs i'm staying with. I'll be sure to post a journal of what i thought of rmfc and how my weekend went afterwards. :3

Yup. This summer I've been living in my parent's house, in Oklahoma City and driving 45 minutes to Norman, OK (which is where my job and school is) everyday. I'm finally moving in with two friends of mine to a house down there, about 8 minutes from my job!

I'm excited, it's my first time living in a house not owned by my parents. Also, looking forward to not driving a lot everyday in triple digit heat.

The house i'm moving in is really nice. I like it a lot. There's even a Dr. Suess room. That's right. I'll try to post pictures or link to a video showing it. It's pretty awesome.
