I get that that sounds mean and It could prevent me from meeting new artists but I have been scammed more times then not, and I have been scammed by artists I had considered friends. So yes, if you contact me via note, comment, or any other means advertising your art and you are a complete stranger, your first conversation cannot be "will you by my art?"

I understand its hard to promote, I understand you got to get your brand out there, but please, not me.

I refuse to be sorry about this. It happens all the time, once a fucking week. If we are mutuals its different, if I have art of yours its different, but if we are complete strangers, please don't.

I just wanted to say that I am SO CLOSE to being ALL CAUGHT UP on my things I need to POST. I am so excited to finally get over all that. (Granted I need to now get all this on my Toyhouse too... but thats another beast for another days quest.)

Life has thrown me the worst curveball. I am unemployed right now while also trying to move out of state and I have been in the worst place mentally for a little bit now. I am trying to get to SoCal so I can live with my partners family and him. But its been a hellish journey. I can't find a job right now and its driving me nuts. I'm doing my best.

Money has been tighter then I like it and I barely have money to really do anything.

I will be adding more adopts later on as desperation grows, I have had to part with characters I hold dear to make ends meet.

So I have talked to a few people bout this already. But I adopted two characters from two different people who are kind of older characters. The arts were never posted online be the artists and the two previous owners didn't keep all the credits organized. I really want to post the art of these characters cause they are just so fantastic, but I can't find any credit to the original creators or some of the characters that feature in the art.

Would it be morally okay to post the art and just say 'Artists were unknown after adopting character, if you know the artist please let me know?' and like 'all characters credited to their owners' or something like that? Or should I just stay on the safe side and not post them and only post art I commission of these characters?
