Tigers for Tomorrow at Untamed Mountain in Attalla, Alabama will be holding an Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday. FurIronCity has been invited to help with the event, cost will be nothing for the group, we are looking for Fursuiters who would love to be apart of this event and give joy to the families and people that will be in the event. All is invited to be apart of the Easter Egg Hunt, the hunt is $8.00 for children and $12.00 for adults.

Greetings all,

Everyone is invited to join in on  furironcity events just check out our page for more detail. Those who are near by Alabama are welcome to join in our events.

Anyone who is able and would like to join in some Bowling fun or just hang out for Pizza we have two set day events. One being the first Friday of every month and the second being the third Saturday of every month. Our First Friday gathering is our Pizza meet at a local Pizza hut in Moody, Alabama. And our Third Saturday gathering is our Bowling meet at Lighting Strikes in Trussville, Alabama.

You can find all this info on our FA page at  furironcity times and locations are there. We do work around the conventions that happen throughout the year. Like FWA that is coming up, our third Saturday will be moved to the forth Saturday of March. Our pizza meet will be moved to the forth Saturday as well, we will be having a two in one on that Saturday lol

So just for everyone to know, FurIronCity does have an invite to all that are able.

Two months ago since I posted a journal on here also a picture....weird I must be busy or I've lost it and I'm just trying to find it?? weird I am alive though and I haven't forgotten about any of my friends. I'll see you guys at AC 2013 if you plan on going I know me and Vil will be there.

Just wanted to say FurIronCity is doing very well for its self for the bama furs FurIronCity will be having its monthly Pizza Hut gathering this Friday at 7PM yes this is one of our gatherings that we have made it to be a set day and time, because the Pizza Hut in Leeds, Alabama has opened their business to us so we will be going there the first Friday of every month.

That however doesn't mean FurIronCity will only be meeting once a month I know FurIronCity is in the planning stages of many other events through out each month and planning the big events that will be held on special days. So just check out  furironcity for all that info, also it's not only for the local furs in Birmingham but it's also open to any furs around the area and open to out of state furs if wanting to join some of the fun.

Will see those this Friday at the gathering fursuits are welcome, the staff loves it.

A small update on myself I guess. Well nothing really new to report, still waiting to see if some houses come off of pending and back on the market so I can buy one of them.

If and right now that is a really big IF I was able to buy one of the houses I'm looking at, I'd need help cleaning it up, I'll be cooking hotdogs, burgers and all sorts of foods on that day so if anyone would like to help I'll be happy.

I'll let you know if that day comes soon.

(PS this is long and some rant and other things.....please don't feel sorry, I don't need it or deserve it.....)

I watched this one house since June 1st it sits on 7.9 acres of land the asking price was $48,000 I could have gotten it cheaper. June 26th two days before I was going to put a contract on it to buy it, I was told a contract was put on it that afternoon.

Being a HUD home it's first come first served, right here at the end of the month I lose the house....this house has consumed me to the point I don't know how I can move forward without thinking about the house, my feelings towards whoever it was who put the contract on the house is "hate" I can't feel that way towards him because he didn't know he just like I was looking to buy the house...I guess.

Perhaps it was the old man that was looking at it on Monday that out of spite he put the contract on it, who knows I sure as hell don't.

I can't get this house out of my head nor can I just let it be what it is, I keep hearing if it was meant to be then it was meant to be, or if it wasn't meant to be. Those words I really don't want to hear, what I want to hear is why????

Why now? Why right here at the end just as soon as I found out I could get it? It would have been a little better if it was in the middle of the month when I knew there was no way for me to get the house.

The house needs work done to it, and I was looking forward to working on it, just....WHY???? that is my question that will never been answered and I'm afraid that the house and the question is going to consume me to the point I won't care about anything. I feel it working deep within me right now, hell I don't even know why I'm making this journal.....maybe to just write it out, get it off my chest....maybe by doing this I can somewhat move on.

I don't know, I just don't have the answers. I was so happy that I was finally going to get a house to call my own, not only that I was going to be able to give my beautiful mate  Vil-SumWolf a place to call his own as well....in my heart I feel like I'm a failure.....maybe I am a failure just in denial, someone who is just a dreamer that will never amount to anything......a dreamer who thinks he has something to offer as a person, or a furry, hell even a film writer/director. I'm not really one of them I guess, but a failure in denial and a dreamer I guess you'll think you are something...........

Ok got the news I been waiting for......I will be going Thursday to make an offer on the house, I hope I get it.


I'm so excited that within the next few weeks I could be moving into mine and  vil-sumwolf new home.

I've been really busy lately here is the reasons.

me and  Vil-SumWolf have been looking to buy a house and we have come across one that we are really looking to get, the house sits on 7.9 acres of land REALLY NICE, out in the middle of nowhere. lol Not really but it is out in the country really quite and really nice place. Right now we are just waiting to hear about the approval of the loan so we can make an offer on the house.

Also been running  furironcity with the help of  vil-sumwolf  altairis  tonywrabbit  beauwolfhusky  psycwolf  beowulf_wolfpup and our Chief Financial Officer  mallet_bear and the other members of FurIronCity.

This has been one busy year for all of us, FurIronCity is planning for a big event in Birmingham within the next few years. Also FurIronCity is planning on turning into a nonprofit to be able to start helping the community of not only the furry kind but non furry communities.

So it has been real busy for all of us plus my work has got me working 6 days a week, barely an off day unless I request one off, I get really tired and sleep almost a 24 hour time frame lol but I do what I have to do and right now that's what I have to do.

No complaints yet lol anyway that's about it in a nutshell take care all.

I'm looking for someone who would be interested in creating an animation film. Maybe one of you want to help add more under your belt to show off what you can do.

I'm also looking for something that I can show, I'm trying to get into film making and I've had a few big time production companies interested but they wanted to know what else I've done. With only to short films to show that isn't good enough.

I want to create an animation movie not only for myself but for a friend as well to help them out, if anyone knows an animator that is looking to get their name out there please send them my way.

Its been a few days since I've posted, but here is what's new :)

The wedding date has been set, the time is still being debated but the date will be March 10th 2012 then the following weekend, Me and  Vil-SumWolf will be heading to FWA as a small honeymoon plus it will be the second furcon I'm going to and Vils third ^.^ we are looking for roomies to join us for FWA but it's only limited so it's first come first serve.
