Commission TOS
Posted a year agoPlease read my entire TOS before commissioning me.
By commissioning me, you agree to all of the terms outlined below.
Things I will draw:
Anthros (mostly any species), sapient ferals, fan art characters (Pokemon, Digimon, etc.)
Clothing
Tasteful nudity (female genitalia only)
Tasteful intimacy/sexual acts (female genitalia only)
Romantic themes
BDSM
Chubby/overweight (within realism)
Paw/Feet
Tickling
(If not listed here, and not listed in 'not draw', feel free to ask!)
Things I will not draw:
Humans or characters very close to human
Male genitalia
Overtly 'Man bear'/Muscle gut style designs (the line here can be tricky for me, so always feel free to ask!)
Extremely muscular characters ( I am not good at this )
Cub
Underage
Scat
Watersports
Diaper/Baby
Anything to do with gore/torture/extreme pain
Rape
Anal
Overly unrealistic body proportions
Vore
Birthing/Egg
Musty/Smelly/Unhygienic
I'm truly sorry if I'm just a tad picky! I might be relaxing and opening up my horizons here later on if I become more comfortable, we'll see how things go! If I don't take your commission idea, it is nothing personal, and I truly hope you find someone to suit your needs.
PAYMENT
1. I only accept payment using PayPal at this time. I do not accept any other form of payment.
2. Payment is required before your art starts (after sketch), but do not send payment until it is requested. Typically I will request payment when it is your turn in queue and after the sketch has been approved.
Art will be drawn for people in the order in which they are queued.
If for some reason you need to post-pone your payment, or you do not pay within 3 days of request, I will move to the next person in queue. If you have paid after I have started another person's art, their art will be finished first, and yours will be immediately next.
PROCESS
At least one visual reference is required. Ensure it is up to date. It is also helpful if it has all the details necessary to visualize them at any angle. You may provide multiple images, but discrepancies between them may cause difficulties.
The art will be done in 3 stages:
SKETCH STAGE
Within a few days of starting on your commission, a very simple gesture sketch should be ready. This gesture sketch is to quickly provide a basic composition of the idea and is designed to be fast and loose. Generally you will have unlimited (within reason!) opportunities at this stage to adjust the ideas and ask for changes here, or even ask for a completely different idea.
LINE ART STAGE
Once a sketch has been approved, I will then ask for payment. Once received, I will complete the sketch and turn it into line art. Here, once completed, changes can still be made, but anything too drastic may incur a charge (such as changing ideas/large pose changes) .
FINISHED ART
After the line art approval, I will work on completing your art. Expect delivery within 1-2 weeks after payment is accepted. You will be sent an image for approval before it is declared finished. Any mistakes with the character I will correct with no charge, or very small/simple changes. Larger changes will be charged at my discretion.
Once approved, you will have a higher resolution version of the art given to you.
USAGE
Upon receiving a finished commission, you are granted the right to upload, share, and repost the art to your own accounts as long as I am credited. You must credit me with my username and a link to my FA profile. Please do not remove my art signature.
You may not use the art for any commercial purposes whatsoever without prior permission. I will also not have any rights to sell or merchandise any art created for you.
I retain all rights to the work, including the right to upload and share. You retain all rights to any OCs belonging to you.
COMMUNICATION
I will do business via FA notes only. I do not do email, discord, or any other means of contact.
You are expected to be courteous, mature, and polite, as will I. All commission related information is recorded and saved independently. I also plan on mostly sticking to business, so I won't be too chatty and certainly no RP stuff.
REFUNDS
Once the line art is approved, generally no refunds will be given under any circumstances, with few exceptions. This is to discourage people from attempting to receive free art then 'ghosting' .
If I am unable to complete your commission, at my own admission, you will get a full refund regardless of the point of progress.
I reserve the right to reject any commission idea/theme/character at my discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
