So for class we needed to create a speech to quickly explain the basic idea behind our work
Since I don't have much school work for examples I am using some of my work I have done on here. But how does one make furry illustrations have an actual deep artistic background? You bullshit hard core

This next week will be the last week of my summer class before I head up to Europe. I will keep commissions open but I do need more time to get them done as I have a lot of projects to work on. This does include another piece for my portfolio, so don't get upset if I post something here before finishing commissions as it will be for my project.

How the queue works: Commissions are usually never in any particular order besides who ordered one first. The only time where there is a specific order is when pieces have due dates.
Gifts will change. If I have a trade they will go to the top.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Payment:
Payments online will only be accepted through paypal. When sending money, please do not include any additional notes or information, as Paypal does not endorse the selling of art/commission work. You MAY include your username.
All payment must be sent as USD, and must also be paid up front. The commission will not be started until payment is received and cleared.
Cash will only be taken in person such as cons or if I know you personally.


Commission Procedure:
When looking to buy a commission, please contact me via note or comment on the advertising journal. Once the commission is confirmed, I will give you the final price and ask you to send the payment.
If you wish to see the sketch before I finish just contact me about it. I will update you with progress automatically when it comes to larger commissions such as References. At this time, any minor revisions will be made, and once approved, I will move on to the completed work.
Once finished with the piece, I will post the final image via shout to notify you.
All images WILL have my watermark. No exceptions.

I will only draw things I am comfortable with. This means there are several fetishes I will not draw. These include, but are not limited to
scat
vomit
diaper porn
mature cub art
hyper
inflation
massive weight gain
water-sports
rape (as in actual rape not fantasy rape)
CLOTHES as well as COMPLEX WINGS will add to cost, but only if they are full body outfits or more complex.
I am willing to draw complex characters or images, but please keep in mind additional charges WILL apply.
I will not draw in another artist's style. My style is unique and my own, even if it changes from time to time. If you want my art, you will get my style. If you would like another person's style, please commission them instead.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.


Revisions:
Minor changes are perfectly acceptable in the sketch stage. Excessive changes, however, will result in a fee. If you have a specific thing you are looking for PLEASE tell me before hand.
Once the sketch is approved, no further revisions will be made.
The only exception on changes past the sketch stage is if I personally make a mistake (with colors, a missed item, missed marking, etc.)
Deciding you want a completely new pose or character after seeing the sketch will count as a re-sketch and will be charged.
If you are not sure if something would be considered minor or major in changes, please ask. I wont me mad I swear ^^


Rush Orders/Deadlines:
If you would like your commission to be done by a certain date, please let me know in your initial request. Deadlines over a week from the initial request will not be charged for. Deadlines under a few days from the request, though, will be charged half the finally commission price.


Permissions & Private Artworks:
I retain all rights to my art unless I state otherwise. This means that I can post it to any art accounts or websites I would like, as well as use it for portfolios, art CDs, or books should I desire. Please state ahead of time if you wish for your commission to be withheld from my galleries and my own personal use, but keep in mind there will be an extra fee for doing so, and it may interfere with me earning more business. This does not mean you own the rights to the image, however. Anything made BY me is in my full right to do with as I wish.
You are allowed to post your commission in your gallery, but it must be linked and credited back to me. You may also use it for anything personal, such as printing it for yourself, using it as a personal tattoo, or as a graphic in a personal website or blog layout. When using it on a website or blog, I must be visibly credited. I will be more then happy to give you the PDF of my watermark for you to use if you ask.
Commercial use of my artwork is strictly prohibited, as I still retain the rights to it. You may not sell t-shirts, prints, or any other items with my artwork on it. If you wish to obtain the rights to the image, as well, it can be discussed before I begin working on your commission as it will need my permission in writing.


Refunds:
If you need a refund for whatever reason, then you must request it before I've started your commission. If I've already started, then I will give you a partial refund based on how far along I am. I do not give refunds for pieces once they are complete.
If I, for whatever reason, find myself incapable of finishing your commission or taking an unnaturally long time to complete it, I will also refund you in full, regardless of how far I have gotten.
