Alright so to put this short, my reason for absance of now posting that much is that my old computer was well.. it hit the bricks xcx; so i had to temporarily use a laptop for the time being, witch my friend had to use durring the night when they went to work. Long story short, i now have a brand new computer with new parts and stuff so i don't gotta use the laptop \o<o/

As for commissons im aware ive taken quite a bit, and for the many that are patient with me durring this i thank ya for waiting so long >.<; and even more so for the people that have wanted commissons dispite me trying to finish my current que. Not only that but balancing that between my Job, irl stuff and other things in life, but i'll get them done 'w'/

Alrighto! time to start off on a brand new year with doing some commissions, as they are now open! i will be starting to take in some upon my end. nwn Now then for the rules..

FIRST OF ALL: I must let you know, imma tad slow with and when working with coms, but how it'll work is that i'll do the commissions by order and complete them by order, i'll then send a note or response to the next person whos up for their next commission, so please for your turn and be patient in general.

How Many Slots will be Open: 6 for Drawing Coms and 4 for Icons ONLY.

Regarding Comics:

- 4 Spots If each ask for a single Comic

- 3 Spots if its 2 comics for one person and 1 Each for the other two

- 2 Slots if each of the people are asking for 2 Pages.

- 1 Comic if i have someone requesting for a 3 page comic, at that point you can only ask for 1 page.

Regarding Full Pictures, Flat Lines, Line Art or Sketches.

- 4 Spots will be open

- The person can ask for a limit up from 1 to 3 Pictures.

- If a person however has a 3 Picture comic the limit of spots open will be reduced by 1 depending on how many are left, i will alse be only able to do 1 More 2 Part Drawing after that i can only do Single Drawings.

Regarding icons: THESE TAKE TIME BE PAITENT

- 4 Slots will be open

- Gifting an icon is perfectly fine as long as the commissioner pays for it themselves and they have permission of using their character.

Reserving a Slot:

These are in their own category so to speak, meaning that even if all the slots are filled out, if you get a reserved slot BEFORE they are filled, you'll still get your commission done, but it will be done last. By that technicality there will be one extra slot for whatever the commissioner chooses, So please keep this in mind when reserving a slot.

Payment And Autorized Permission: Paypal Only, And i will only accept payment after the inital sketch is shown, or the way the icon is animated fits to your standards. However if your unable to pay when the time comes, i will not finish the sketch or the rest of the drawing, your outta luck bud. If you use, color in or Upload the Sketch drawn without payment, YOU WILL be Warned to take it down and given a warning of doing so, IF you refuse you will be reported and BANNED from ever asking me for commissions. Please do NOT do this.


My Do's And Don'ts:

Regarding Drawings, Comics, Icons and Refs:

1. Have a Ref Sheet Ready, or in this case a Picture of the Character or A description of them if you have none, But keep the Description Not to complicated and easy to understand. If By description only please provide what Colors they are as well.

2. Location, Example like.. Inside a house, outside, in a garden, restaurant, Library, etc. Just make sure like above its easy and simple to understand whats to be drawn. BOTH rules apply for comics, sketches, and Flat Colors as well.

3. Action: Di scribe what the character will be doing and how you want me to draw them, weather interacting with an object, how its used, who their talking to, what their doing with the person, etc, You get the idea. As long as the action is within reason and its within my Do's and Don'ts i'll be fine with it.

4: PLEASE READ MY DO'S AND DONT'S BEFORE ASKING, it's very much appreciated if you do so before asking for a commission nvn; if continuing to persist me to draw something that im not comfortable with drawing or thats on my DON'TS list i will give you an indefinite warning, if continued on you will be banned from ever asking me permission to drawing or make anything for you again. **PLEASE RESPECT MY PREFERENCES AND DON'T BE A JERK** thank you nwn

5: Other Characters: For all Drawings weather or not its regular or comic wise I will always be able to put in 2 characters for no charge other then the price of the comic itself, if its more then 2 i will charge 10 Dollars of course for adding it in however.

6: Progress: Throughout doing the Ref Sheet or Drawing of any sort, I will be providing progress Screenshots of my work for the person in question to be sure its to their expectations. However if the person is not satisfied on how the character looks, i will do my best to make to the persons expectations, but do not be rude or forceful.I am more then willing to work with you but i will not take lightly to anyone's sour attitude. I will make the edits in accordance to what the person asks me to do so, But be sure to ask me to do this BEFORE I START ON THE COLORING(If its an icon then BEFORE the shading). I ask this because going back and changing the details later is very much time consuming and a hassle, so please respect this thank you.

7: Permission: THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT, if you want to use a character that belongs to another person or have them perform an action that you'd like that character to perform, you'll need permission from that person whom has drawn the character that they can do the action you request of them and if they are ok with doing so. You must be able to Provide proof of this, If Unable to do so i will ask the person myself if you can use the character for the commission, or providing a screenshot of them talking to you and giving permission is also fine, just as long as its evidence enough that i can draw the character. IF its a fake screenshot though or the person denys the claim that you can use the character, i have the right to refuse to use that character belonging to them. But yu may use any other character or fictional character if you wish, If this is reacurring however.. You will get an INDEFINITE warning and if continued to lie, YOU WILL BE BANNED ON THE SPOT. **THIS RULE ALSO APPLYS FOR ICONS AND OTHER DRAWINGS, PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS LIGHTLY or else..**

Regarding Trades:

Availability: Im perfectly fine with them, but if im to busy or have any sort of Commissions in the work i'll only be able to squeeze in one after im done with commissions, so please be patient. However if i have time to squeeze you in between them i will do so and we can discuss details, just as long as the trade involves anything im ok with i have no problems with doing so.

Equal Trading: If the request for the trade is that i do a comic for a drawing that will be denied, if im to do a trade the rights of the trade should be equal to whats being asked by the person asking. As such If the person wants me to a drawing, i will do a drawing. If the person wants to do a Comic for a Comic that is fine to To how many Pages depends on how many commissions ive got, if ive got to many we can settle for a simple drawing instead. IF the trade is for an icon that is fine too

Progress: This is the most important thing for trading, Is that the other person can provide proof that they are making progress of the trade itself. If i end up doing/completing the trade before the other person i will not upload it nor does the person have permission to share it with anyone in any such server untill the trade is complete. This is to prevent from any such person trying to say.. Rip me off of a trade. However if the reason for taking long is an understandable one such as daily life issues or Important bisnuss, or even if the person themselves are busy with commissions i will be patient and wait, this can also be applied Vice versa, and the person will have to wait if i end up taking a bit with my part of the trade. IF the trade takes a bit to long however and theirs reason to belive the other had no intention of finishing it in the first place, you will be banned from ever asking for me to do a trade for you EVER AGAIN. so please don't lie to me.


Regarding Ref Sheets:

1. Small Bio *PLEASE READ BEFORE ASKING*: When asked if their can be a bio in the ref, keep it short, simple and to the point in only about a few sentences or less. if you want a much bigger bio of what the character, im not inclined on doing so, the ref is only ment to show off the character and what its interests and abilities are. if you want for a bigger bio you can put that upon your own description when you upload it to your own Profile or where ever you'd like to post, apologies for this.

2. Abilities: These can ether be shown off by pictures only or by small descriptions of what they do, if the ability itself is a bit complex, we can discuss out the details on how to make it fit into a smaller description to fit for the Ref

3. View Point: Refs will always come with a front and back View, if you'd like a side to side veiw as well that is perfectly fine too, but you must let me know that when you commission me before the inital line-work is complete.

4. How they will Look: If you have No image of the character in particular please do your best to describe them to the best of your ability, this includes body type, color of the character, how big their ____ is from their body all that sort of stuff. Just please keep it into a sort of paragraph or format im able to understand nvn;; In short, keep it clear to know what im drawing.

5. Height Scale: When deciding on height their will always be an anonymous human next to the character in question to make the scaling accurate, and they will always be around at 5.6 feet, when judging the height i was send a screen shot of the character next to the anon and you can tell me if its around the accurate height.

Regarding icons:

How long the animation is: PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ASKING ME TO MAKE ONE. i can only make an icon so big that its within the sites icon restrictions. So If the actions being asked are much to long to be made into an icon i will discuss with you variants of something much shorter. Just please be reasonable and understanding about if the icon will not be able to fit into the initial Max File Size (Witch is 55KB - Kilobiytes )

Avitar Uplod Policy: THIS ONE is most important when asking me to make an icon, if asking me to make an icon it must Not include the following..

Animated background: This will always be 10 Dollars to do one, Just please make sure you explain what you want in the best detail that you can provide. Provide in Pictures or even References for me to work off of as well for what you'd like to see if its hard to explain it just through words. Another thing to note is that IF YOU ONLY ASK FOR THE BACKGROUND ONLY, the 10 dollar cost won't be there and i'll just accept it as a regular priced icon depending on the length.

Effects: If you'd like me to add in effects to how the the icons stlilized (Sparkling, Glowing Effects, Stars, Bubbles, Etc.) That has no charge on its own, so feel free to ask, but keep well in mind though that increased effects WILL cause the Max File size of the icon to become bigger and may not be able to be displayed dispite the icon itself being within the Designated Frame Rate and Regulated Dimensions (100x100) So keep this well in mind before asking, if its much to big you can still keep the icon and its effects but you'll be unable to use the one that has the added on effects and will only be able to use the regular one. Apologies for that but thems the rules.

How long it Takes: Same with Drawings and Ref Sheets i will be providing the appropriate progress upon when making the icon, but please keep in mind.. These icons do take time to finish up due to how my schedule is so please be patient with when i get around your turn in doing so, And i will do my best to provide it within reasonable time for you, If i take to long with the icon and your unsatisfied with the waiting time you may ask for a refund.


Reserving a Slot:

I WILL ONLY DO THIS FOR ONE PERSON EACH IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO PAY AT FIRST.

How this works is that i have the person on my commission list as Reserved, but i will NOT however do the commission untill the commissioner is conformed to have the accurate amount of money for their commission. as such i will give them up to 2 weeks to a month (Depending on where we are in the month) in order to come up with the money, if they are unable to have the money when the time is asked, they will be taken off the commission slot and a free one will be open. Theirs always next time of course so don't discourage if you don't have enough money for when the time is asked nwn

Refunds:

If any of the drawings don't satisfiy you even after so many changes or if the drawing, icon or comic displeases you in any way that its showcased, you are free to ask for a refund if you wish.

To explain while me and a friend of mine were installing a graphics card, it said i had to install in the drivers for it, but then in order for the drivers to work i had to update to windows 10, after it was installed in i had to install the correct drivers for it. then.. after that it just went completely grey screen.. me and my friend tried a dozen different things, resetting, checking the computer settings before it logged in, trying to redownload the old windows 7 via pin drive.. alot of shiz, and esentially.. it just ended up down to factory reset..

Due to the fact i couldn't even get to my files or art in the state it was in, i had no other choice.. so i pretty much just lost everything...

Now.. thats the bad news.. but, the good news is that thanks to alot of friends of mine, they shared what they could of what they saved of my old artworks that i ether never posted or shared publicly on sites like this. So id like to ask if anyones saved any of my old stuff somehow or another, please share it to me.. im trying hard to rebuild alot of where i fell apart, and so far its coming together ok, but some help is greatly appreciated '///'

Hey guys, zengumi the candyman here, i just thought i'd go ahead and make a journal to just go on and talk about some certain stuff ^^

So, recently i saw a review from nostalgia critic

A review that upon the ending just, ended up giving me some rather nicely put together words. the words that are one of the most interesting of advice to get, those words are.

"It is so easy to be angery and spiteful, but to be nice and kind to others is the hardest thing we can do"

Cause it is true.

Let me go on ahead and be real for a moment on this, alot of people especially my friends see and think me as one of the nicest people they ever met, despite knowing what usually happens behind the scenes of my actual life. Cause let me tell ya, i do deal in a bunch of stress on a daily basis, weather it be from my father, my family, even sometimes from even friends too.

There has been alot thats happened, where people get mad, others get overly pushy and demanding, some even feel inclined to always think that what they do doesn't have consequence and assumes that they will always be right no matter what. and even some moments where another persons jealousy can effect on how another should speak to someone else, And i know im not the only one that can feel like this. There is bound to be other people that feel exactly like this.

Now don't go lying to me saying that among a persons life it can be absolutely perfect, even i can admit its not always appearing that way. Even though i do struggle to make the most of it in being as loving and as happy as i can try to be.

Cause let me tell ya'll something it could be so, SO easy to explode at others, to say that i "I Hate You" to say "Fuck you" and mean it every litteral sense, cause not only is that easy to do to be angry at a person for things that they've done it is also the laziest thing that a person can do. Because as nostialgia critic would say When you get angry people don't think straight and its true, people CAN take advantage of that, heck some people i know irl that i know as the worst of people could take advantage of that so much so that if i were lose my temper i know it'd not end up well.

And ya know what? maybe people can disagree with what i have to say in thinking that being nice isn't the correct route that just in doing so is something that people can also take advantage of, and maybe thats why some people don't do so alot of the time. Some explode, some think that because of one thing wrong that someone does it pevees them so much to think that it'll end up making them so angry to just blow up and leave without another word.

And its not like i wouldn't feel inclined to wanting to do the same, theres alot of things that could put me off, that could make me just explode and so easily want to do something that i know i'll regret to do. But you know what? i would just figure to put aside all of that, all of the things that would get me angry, all of the little things that would get under my skin and all of the things that would irritate me so much i would sometimes even be brought to tears.

Because in all honesty, what would being angry really solve? Would it really make a person change to just finally blow up at them and speak your mind to hope to gosh that they just learn? that by the next morning they take your words and wake up and say "I finally understand now" that by the Millionth time that one time you finally get it in there skulls and they just decide to change to what you really want them to be as? Well.. no. It never works like that.

And don't get me wrong there are times where we need to be angry and aggressive and such and even times where we do have to fight and show others how we truely feel on certain subjects or how to handle things and even how to handle certain people, cause if we didn't then we really would be goosestepping our way to work. But that should only be the LAST option that a person should take, NOT always the first, because it is true when people get angry sometime we can't think straight and people take advantage of that as well your body for making an excuse for wanting to blow up a the person in the first place.

And as i said before, people can disagree with me and such, but im always willing to listen to what others have to say to me, even the people that most of the time i can't even stand. But i do that because even though that sometimes some of the things that others say might be wrong and unjustified to say to me even after all ive seen them do that doesn't seem correct in my eyes, i'll still keep in mind that somehow someway that it could possibly be right, but why you ask?

Cause if im not willing to change for the people that get under my skin my life, then how am i supposed to expect them to change for me? I want to be patient enough to see more how people can be similar rather then how people can how we can be different to each other. And i know that it'll be hard to do that it is hard to do that with certain people, and i HAVE failed alot in trying to do sometimes and i know others have had that problem too, where in trying to be nice isn't as easy as just becoming mad and such. But this, this is the one thing that i know of that if i keep on doing as i keep on doing i will be better at it. That I will become better at being even more nice then i have to be, that i can be able to keep and offer chance after chance dispite how people can think that i'd be stupid to do so and just give up entirely. And i know even other people could have a similar deal in that in thinking it'd be so easy to try to do that, to be mad and give up...

But.. that would be pretty lazy to do though, it would to be honest >~<;

Its true i do screw up alot, im not perfect, but my gosh am i tired of being lazy to just become angry rather then to just become nicer as a person.

And this journal isn't pointed at anyone i want for others to understand that. I just wrote this out cause the video kinda inspired me to do so <X3c But i just thought that it'd be best to share this just to see if others actually do feel the same way i can feel. =0 That somehow someway there are people we want to get mad at and tell them off but we don't cause we want to be a nicer person, we want to be kinder, we want to put the effort in showing love rather then anger, to show compassion rather then hostility. ^-^

In general alot of people might just switch over to this real soon rather then the alternitive XP the only reason i see that people on skype stay nowadays, is cause of screensharing '<' the way to share whats on your computer screen XP

However, skype has a bunch of problems with it, sometimes it lags, sometimes it doesn't quite show the screen for certain others when the user activates it, sometimes it doesn't show it in good quality.. the list goes on =<=;

Well, why do i tell all this? hehehe X3 cause, as i said before skypes end is nigh, discord is gonna be getting an update preeeetty soon, and you'll never guess just what its gonna get in the future <W<
