Need help with dog ASAP
Posted 6 years agoNeed help with a new dog. ~1 year old. Not sure the breed, but looks dutch shepherd, possibly crossed with boxer. Shows fear aggression. Gets scared when people enter the house or he's yelled at. Won't pee or poop outside until he absolutely has to go. Also plays too aggressively with our other dogs and they are starting to show nervousness and fear because they no longer feel safe. Shelter lied and said basically the opposite of all these things.
Does anybody have advice on actions we can take and a rough estimate of what kind of timeline to expect things to improve? The aggression, particularly towards the other dogs, is forcing us to consider returning him (it is a no-kill shelter). I am completely against it, but ultimately the decision is out of my hands if he doesn't start to improve fast. He's already enrolled in training for these issues, but the trainers keep bailing on appointments at the last minute, and anywhere else in the area has a month long wait list.
Any suggestions, or even just pointing someone in my direction who could help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for an RP partner
Posted 7 years agoSo it's been a while since I posted anything here, but figured I should put my feelers out.
I have a lot of time off for the next few weeks, and been wanting to do some semi-regular RPing with someone. My schedule is super flexible, at least until September.
Must haves:
- Like me being diapered
- Like me being babied
- Be a big (Daddy/Mommy/Babysitter/etc.)
- Reasonable spelling and grammar
- Domination (but in a completely caring way - if you're not sure what I mean, I can give you a story that's almost 1:1 what I'm looking for).
Optional:
- Regression (mental and/or physical)
- Magic
- Punishment (real or imagined)
Absolute no:
- Gore/Vore
- Violence
- Switching
This isn't an exhaustive list. I might come back and add things as I think of them. I'll clarify a few things, too. For spelling and grammar, I'm not expecting it to be an essay, but if u right like this, I find it super distracting and can't enjoy things. As for no switching, I don't like being the big, and I've tried to do the tit-for-tat thing and it usually winds up with me avoiding the person 'cause I constantly feel like I owe them. It doesn't mean I'll never turn the tables, just that I'm looking for someone that would be okay with it being rare. In other words, they need to get their own enjoyment from being the big.
As of writing this, I've been strongly wanting to do a long-form AR RP. By which I mean I've been wanting to do a gradual regression RP where it takes several sessions of slow regression until it's reached full baby status, starting from an adult. I put it in "optional" though because this is rare, and not normally something I'm interested in, and is far from being mandatory for me to have fun.
So if you, or someone you know, might be interested in this, shoot me a message. If you want to send it more discretely, you can find me on:
Telegram: @ zephles
Discord: Zephy#4974
I can also use Skype, but I don't normally check it, so if you'd rather that, just ask. Have IRC too, if you'd prefer there, just tell me what server to join.

Christmas Haul Vol. 2~
Posted 8 years agoSo I like itemizing what I got, since it makes it easier to sort things out, and if I'm going to do that, making a list here saves me from having to tell everyone individually what I got. Christmas is big in my family, so there's usually a lot to say.

Angry venting
Posted 8 years agoSo I've been routinely checking the Build-A-Bear site since last year when they announced a Charmander plush. I signed up for updates so I would know when Canada was getting them, since (at least locally) the store didn't get Charmander during the first run back in December. No emails about it at all. I decide on a whim to check the Canada site again today, and they're being sold now! Yay! But I can't get the online one. Even ignoring that it's sold out, you have to buy the bundle that's twice as much, and it comes with a voice box that I don't want, and is not optional.
So I call up the local store and... sold out! So not cool. And even that's not too bad, it's understandable. But they have NO idea when they'll be getting more in, so now I need to just like call every week or something until they have some, and rush in to buy them. If it's anything like Toothless, for like the first year you need to get here the day they come in or they sell out.
Really looking forward to getting one, but not being able to actually know when that will be is really frustrating.

For Honor Beta key?
Posted 9 years agoKind of a weird thing to ask, since no one checks journals anyway, but does anyone have a For Honor beta key for PC that they'd be willing to share? Signed up for it a few months ago and I guess I didn't get in. Now I need to see if anyone has an invite or key to share, instead.
2016 Wrap-up
Posted 9 years agoSo a lot of people are going on and on about how terrible 2016 is, but I gotta say it's one of the best years of my life. Like boo-hoo, a bunch of celebrities died. Half of them weren't putting anything out anymore, and it's not like you knew them personally.
I'm just going to start with the most important thing. I met
. Overall, it was kind of a disappointment. It wasn't what I expected, and I kind of regret it. Also, all that's a lie, and Kuro's probably freaking out just a little if he read that. It was absolutely phenomenal (and it should be, it was 7 years in the making). Kuro was pretty much exactly what I expected, and I can't wait to see him again. Ideally, if I can get the income, I'd like to try to make it at least an annual thing to go down and see him. It's a top priority for me. Like I seriously had a hard time not crying on my way home. Heck, my drive (hehe, pun) to actually get my driver's license is not even about having a vehicle for work, it's because it would save me a lot of money if I could just drive 8 hours down to see Kuro. Heck, I'd consider making that trip once a month, if I could.
And why was that trip possible? Because
is like the coolest guy ever and made it possible, so we all got to hang out. It was a birthday gift for both me and Kuro, and I definitely want to repay him when I can. We also got really close over the year, which I'm super happy about. I miss him a lot because he's away all the time. Hopefully we'll get to talk some more soon.
I also met
. It was only for a day, which kind of sucked. I wish it could have been for longer. We barely really got to talk, but he took me to the Science Centre. I'm just about to the point where I have that place memorized I seem to go there so much. Super fun place. If it weren't for all the kids, it would be a great place to let out your full little side.
Been getting to know
, too. It's going great. First time I've had someone I can reliably let my little side out around, and he's become a huge source of stress relief in my life.
I also completed my B. Ed. degree with a GPA high enough that my degree should say "with Distinction" on it, which I'm extremely happy about. Had an amazing final placement to go along with it, and my last AT loved me, so that's a glowing recommendation. The principal from my previous school is also acting as a reference. Also completed the French test for the local school board and scored high enough to get hired, so just waiting on interviews in the new year.
I got my wisdom teeth out and experienced no swelling, no pain, and no bruising. Very uneventful, in the best of ways.
Honourable mention goes to Pokémon Sun and Moon coming out. Also hanging out with
, I guess. He's okay. :P
Sorry about the formatting. The icons mess up the the paragraphs.

Anyone want to try Heroes of the Storm?
Posted 10 years agoIf so, sign up with this link: https://battle.net/recruit/VXWVHZMSFB
I'd appreciate it, and you'll get two heroes for free if you get to level 10. You'll need to do it on the US servers, though.

Is it weird to change a plushie's name?
Posted 10 years agoI've mentioned this to a couple people before, but curious if people have any opinions on this.
So... Title. Discuss.

Story of my life.
Posted 10 years agoCats are awesome.
Posted 10 years agoThink of all the benefits they have over dogs.
1) You need to train a dog to attack people for no reason. Cats just do it on instinct. What a time saver!
2) With a dog, they always need you. Cats just pretend you don't exist until they want something. It's like a cheap version of getting a kid.
3) Ever tried to get a dog's butt in your face? It's impossible! They're too busy trying to get their gross slobbery germs on your face. Cats, though? All. The. Time. If you like lookin' at butts, cats are the perfect pet for you!
4) My dog has been just sitting in her bed while I type this. What a bore, right? If she were a cat, she'd have already clawed my face three times for not paying attention to her, and I'd deserve it!
5) I just rubbed my dog's belly, and she didn't even TRY to slice me up. Thinking of trading her in for a cat.

30 Days of ABDL – *Bonus* Day Thirty-One
Posted 10 years agoDay 31 - Reader's Choice!
I started doing this because I wanted to get some feedback from people. Other than a small handful of comments that said "same here", it didn't seem to go anywhere. Doing the full 30 days is a bit of commitment, so I can see why some people aren't up for it. So instead, why not pick just a single day and give your answer in the comments? Then I'll know who actually reads these things. I'm sure there's at least one day that you can come up with something original to say that isn't just copying what I said.
Since it's also TMI Tuesday, for every day you answer, you can ask me something.

30 Days of ABDL – Day Thirty
Posted 10 years agoDay 30 - Say that your caretaker decided to treat you for your good behaviour one day, how would you want to treat yourself?
For starters, recap of a general ideal day.
If I were being given a special treat for good behaviour, I’d want to go out and do something. Amusement park, science centre, museum, all fun stuff. Amusement park or carnival or something would be the catch-all that anyone could do, because it doesn’t really rely on anything. I’d want the day to be like the one described in my other journal. I don’t need to carry any of my “adult” stuff like ID and wallet and keys and stuff. I’d be padded and checked once in a while so I don’t need to worry about it myself. I’d also need to ask for food and/or drinks, or anything like that, and it would be up to them to decide if I were allowed, or if it’s too close to dinner and will spoil my appetite, or something like that.
If they were opting for museum or science centre, or something along those lines, it would be fun provided they know a lot about the kind of stuff there. That way it could be like a “field trip” where you get to learn all kinds of new stuff. If they don’t know more than me, then it’s just looking at stuff, and I could do that from home. I think a big drive for me to learn about new stuff is partly rooted in my little side. Finding out something brand new happens all the time as a kid, and far less often as an adult. Having someone explain something to you can definitely hold a mentor-mentee type of feel to it, which is similar to the adult-child relationship. I remember going to thescience centre museum (EDIT: oops) with
KomodoKitty when they had the dinosaur exhibit. I gotta say, one of the best things about hanging out with him is he knows all kinds of science-y stuff that I don’t, so lots of times he explains it to me. I might need to ditch him once I sap his brain dry. XP
Now I used to not be big on sippy cups. I’m still not really big on the regular ones. When I’m feeling little, I prefer bottles. But I’m starting to only feel like bottles when I’m feeling really little, plus that’s not really appropriate for being in public.
With that, I’m going to make a bit of a segue. As much as I’m all for people being themselves, I don’t act little because I get off on weirding people out. Being little is for me to enjoy, not to draw a crowd. Getting to go out in little mode is about not having to fake being super serious and mature. I try to do it in a way that’s obviously little for me, but not so obvious that people are made uncomfortable by it. In essence, I think if you’re only doing it because other people can see you, then you’re being creepy. For me, I do stuff like bring Rolf to the movies with me. I would do this whether or not other people were there. In fact, other people being there makes me much more uncomfortable about it. When I talk about my diaper being checked in public, I mean either when no one is looking, or subtly enough that no one would notice. If those can’t be achieved, then go somewhere more private. I totally disagree with the people that want to be thickly diapered and taken out in public in the hopes that someone will notice it. Your goal is clearly to make others uncomfortable, and that's where I draw the line.
On that note, Komodo got me to try out a sippy cup thing with a straw, and it was awesome. It definitely looks little, but not so babyish that you couldn’t use it in public. Seriously considering getting one for myself. Anyway, I’m bringing it up because part of the fun could be putting all my drinks into one of those. You know, for safety and junk. :P
Of course, I’d bring Rolf along to any of these things. He goes everywhere with me, especially when I’m in little mode. In fact, if I put Rolf away or something, it usually means I’m not feeling little anymore. That, or I need to do something very not-little, like shaving.
And that would be my reward for good behaviour.
If it’s something simpler, like a reward for doing my homework, or cleaning up after myself, or something like that, I’d go for a sticker chart or something. When I get enough stickers, day out. Or if that’s still “too big” a reward, cheap little toys like Hot Wheels cars or a booster pack of Pokémon cards or MTG or something small like that could also work. Or plastic dinosaurs, or any of a million cheap toys you can get at the dollar store. Not that I play with either Pokémon cards or MTG cards, although I’m thinking of getting some MTG cards, except I’d have no one to play with.
This was supposed to be Day 29, but I had way more to say on this topic than on the “brat” one, so I decided to make it last, so I could end with something of substance.
Got any suggestions for rewards? Feel free to comment.

30 Days of ABDL – Day Twenty-Nine
Posted 10 years agoDay 29 - How do you feel about the stereotype that all littles are brats?
Fairly accurate. There's a reason I hate RPing with other littles when there's no one playing the grown-up. Most littles seem to act like jerks, which is fine when the grown-up can come in and punish them. If not, I find most littles tend to be kind of bully-y and it's no fun.
Of course not all littles are brats, but I'd say more often than not they are.

30 Days of ABDL – Day Twenty-Seven
Posted 10 years agoDay 27 - What are your thoughts on kink-shaming?
It's stupid? I'd be a hypocrite if I were okay with it. Really not much else to say on that topic.

30 Days of ABDL – Day Twenty-Six
Posted 10 years agoDay 26 - Have you ever treated someone differently because their little’s age is different from yours?
Nope. As I've already pointed out, "age" is a bad metric for ageplay related stuff. I know a "2-year-old" that acts like they're in charge of everything and an "8-year-old" that needs to constantly be looked after. All littles want to be treated in unique ways, and using just their age is a recipe for disaster.

30 Days of ABDL – Day Twenty-Five
Posted 10 years agoDay 25 - Imagine you got to host a sleepover or party for ageplayers. Tell us about what you’d plan for it.
Uh... if it's an all-littles party, then I won't be going, and I don't care. I don't like big groups of people.
If it's bigs and littles and I don't have a big to look after me, same scenario.
If it's bigs and littles and I have someone looking after me, they'll be the one in charge of setting it up.
Basically, any point where I'm in charge will just make the party itself lose its appeal, and I especially have no interest in being little around a bunch of people who are also little with no one in charge.
But that seems like a copout to the question. Instead, I'll answer what I'd like a sleepover/party to have if I were to attend.
First of all, ample diapering supplies. Having everyone bring their own supplies can get annoying. Would be easier to have everyone chip in "x" amount of money for supplies and share. Similarly, a separate room for keeping all those supplies for changing. Basically the same idea as a bathroom, but for diaper changes. I don't think everyone wants to see it happening.
Childish snacks would be next. Finger foods: crackers, chips, popcorn, that kind of thing. Nothing "fancy" like hors d'oeuvres or shrimp.
TV would be on cycling through children's movies. Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks, off brand, whatever people in the group like.
Drinks would come in bottles or sippy cups for littles, and bigs could have proper cups. Littles would be encouraged to ask bigs to refill their bottles/sippy cups, but I wouldn't go so far as to make it a requirement, and bigs wouldn't be obligated to do it just because they were asked.
Jammies would be mandatory, though! They could be footies, onesies, or even just track pants and a t-shirt. Don't really care, as long as they seem night-time-y.
Assorted toys and games would be around, like Candyland and LEGO.
A tiny table for plushies, sort of like a tea party or teddy bear picnic idea.
This one is more of a "what-if", but if there were a bunch of people and it were in a really spacious place or out on a farm or something, there would be some organized games. Duck-duck-goose and tag and hide-and-go-seek, that kind of thing. I haven't had a good game of hide-and-go-seek in a while, and would be totally up for it.
How about you? What would you want?

30 Days of ABDL – Day Twenty-Four
Posted 10 years agoDay 24 - Any hard limits that pertain to ageplay?
The ones mentioned in my turn-offs page.
That and being hit. I have absolutely no interest in corporal punishment. If the best you can come up with to punish a child that's so much weaker than you is "listen to me or I hurt you", then you're a pretty awful person in my books. It's not even an effective punishment.

30 Days of ABDL – Day Twenty-Three
Posted 10 years agoDay 23 - Do you find yourself slipping to a lower age group or possibly having several headspaces?
Lower age group? No
Several headspaces? Yes
There are at least 3 distinct ones.
Little me
Kink me
Real me
Real me is of course my actual self. Little me is the character I roleplay when I'm in a little mood. Kink me is a character I play for more adult things. The "characters" live in their own universe and don't have knowledge of each other. If I'm up for kinky stuff, talking about stuff I've done in little mode will be met with me pretending it never happened.
Not really much more to say on that. This account is geared much more towards little me and real me. The kink stuff stays more private with me.

30 Days of ABDL – Day Twenty-Two
Posted 10 years agoDay 22 - Since you started age playing, have you found yourself getting more into it?
Oh, definitely. When I first read up on it, I was still in elementary school. It was just something I commented on in a forum when I could get some privacy on the computer. Now it's a big part of my life. I've integrated of lot of my little side into every day living and it's a big part of who I am as a person now. I don't like to say it's a "lifestyle", but if I were to stop altogether, it would definitely change who I am on a fundamental level.

Posted 10 years agoDay 21 - What’s a misconception you’d like to bring up regarding age play?
Uh... lot of them are things I've already brought up here, and they're more directed towards people in the community.
- Age play isn't always a sexual thing.
- Age is a horrible way to describe your little side.
- Onesies are NOT footed sleepers.
There are probably a bunch more, but I rant about them all the time, so don't really need a whole journal to pile on.

30 Days of ABDL – Day Twenty
Posted 10 years agoDay Twenty.. Any non-Disney movies that you would like to watch when you’re in your little headspace?
Definitely. My favourite movie as a kid (you know, the one that you had 3 copies of because you'd rewind the VHS tape so many times it would break and you'd need a new one?) was The Seventh Brother. Except the box said "Tiny" in big letters, so we called it "Tiny", which is the name of the puppy in it. Still my go-to movie when I'm feeling really little.
I like the first half of Wolf Children: Ame and Yuki, but the second half changes tones and doesn't really feel like a little movie. In a similar vein, I like old DCAU movies when little, but not the newer stuff. The newer ones are pretty gore-y and definitely not suitable for kids.
Pokémon movies are also good when I'm feeling little. In case you haven't caught on, I really like Pokémon. :P
Last of all, How to Train Your Dragon. Aaaaaaaawesome movies. The hero is like the total opposite of Hiro. He has to overcome a lot of personal flaws, and sometimes they have very severe consequences. Hiccup first learns that there are two sides to every story, and maybe your "enemy" just needs some help. Then in the second he learns you can't always reason with the bad guy, and sometimes you need to be ready to fight them off.
Yes, I'm still annoyed Big Hero 6 won the Oscar over HTTYD2 when the votes amounted to "my kid likes it better", even though it's got giant, gaping plot holes. Kids are stupid. They don't understand what makes a "good" movie. There's a reason the voting is supposed to be done by adults.
SUPER LATE EDIT: I totally forgot about Land Before Time. The second, third, and fifth are easily the tops. I rewatched them recently and they like instantly make me feel little again.

30 Days Of ABDL – Day Nineteen
Posted 10 years agoOops, got caught up gaming and forgot to post a thing. I haven't gone to sleep yet, so it's still day nineteen to me. XP
Day Nineteen… What’s your favourite Disney movie? How about DisneyPrincess character?
Does Guardians of the Galaxy count as a "Disney" movie? No?
Well, I guess I'd go with Lilo and Stitch, then. I'm more of a Dreamworks guy than Disney, though.
Actually, after looking it up, it might be Rescuers Down Under. At least, that was my favourite Disney movie as a kid. Not sure if it still holds up. I completely forgot about that movie until I Googled "Disney movies". Like I said, I'm not a "Disney" guy.
My favourite character is harder... Hiro is by far my favourite character design, but he's a lame Mary-Sue in the movie without any real flaws, which makes him boring as a character. Kovu has always been a cool character, but he's a dumb cat. My favourite all around character is probably Eugene "Flynn Rider" Fitzherbert. I like his design and his personality.
If you really care who my favourite princess is, it's Rapunzel. At least her naivety makes sense. The other Disney princesses are just dumb half the time.

30 Days Of ABDL – Day Eighteen
Posted 10 years agoDay Eighteen… Post a picture of an outfit or article of clothing you’d like to wear that makes you feel your ageplay age.
Easy. This shirt is one I got recently that definitely makes me feel little.
I also have a onesie and a couple sleepers, but I find the t-shirt works better since I can wear that out and about and it looks childish, but can pass for just nerdy.
EDIT: Also, if someone can get me a Charizard sweater like in the badge I recently posted, I might just marry them.
