Glibbles DO:
- have bodies made of goo
-most of body is gelatinous goo, holding its shape
-goo inside belly is liquid and has a consistency varying from that of corn syrup to that of molasses
-dense, stiffer goo inside limbs, acting as “bones” for support
- have a thick, durable, stretchy skin
- have soft fur, outside of body isn’t gooey
- have long ears, can be stiff or floppy
- have a fluffy mane, very soft
- have large paws with optionally retractable claws
- have large bellies, full of goo
-belly can grow as much as desired with extra goo
-a skinny glibble is unhealthy
-glibbles restore goo by drinking water and converting it into goo
-food is needed too, but less so. Water is the main component of the goo
-goo is the same colour as the body, except darker
-goo is slightly sweet and is flavoured, usually relating to the colour, and usually based on something sweet (see examples linked below)
-is breathable
- have a “bellymaw”, or a large mouth on the stomach
-bellymaw has 2-4 tentacles inside
-bellymaw has teeth, also made of stiffer goo, similar to the claws and teeth
-bellymaw has a barrier in the back, keeping the stomach goo from leaking out while open
-barrier can dissolve to allow moving things between maw and stomach
- have ovipositors and lay eggs, either normally or through the ovipositor
-eggs are goo based and match the colour of the goo
-eggs are perfectly round and are translucent
-eggs have a darker, denser core of goo, opaque

-eggs have a watery, wet feel, but don’t leave moisture or residue on other surfaces
-eggs are usually about half the size of the glibble’s closed fist, but they can vary
- have tails, usually long and thick, can be curly or straight
- are usually around 9-10 feet tall (275-305 cm)
- have a somewhat draconic design
Glibbles CAN:
- have a variety of markings, varying from very simple to complex
- have horns of varying length and style
- be male or female
- be any colour (see colour guidelines below)
- have fixed or retractable claws
- adjust their proportions by moving goo around inside their body
Glibbles DO NOT:
- have normal bones, muscles, or organs (See detailed species sheet for more info)
- have drippy/sticky bodies, all goo is inside
- have skinny bodies
- have wings
- have the ability to adjust their basic shape into something else (they aren’t shapeshifters)
- have the ability to change colour
Colour Guidelines:
- glibbles tend to have bright colours, often in the pastel range, though many different colours are possible
- body colour can vary (example: purple to pink) but has a defined main colour
- internal goo is much darker, but shares the same colour as the main body
- mane is of a contrasting colour to the rest of the body
- paw pads, inside of ears, inside of mouth, etc. are all the same colour, usually complementary to the main body colour
- eyes can be any colour
