Posted 14 years agoIt started a few days ago with just a minor sore throat. Then every lymph node in my body started swelling up, and now my spleen and liver are swollen too. Something similar happened around this time last year, but it never got this severe. I want to go to the hospital for it, but already owe them a ton of money. I might have some kind of commission special if anyone would be interested. I may not be able to move, but I can still draw! haha To be honest, I probably won't go to the hospital if I can't figure out a way to pay for it unless my health takes a large turn for the worse.

Posted 14 years agoI had the pleasure of meeting the Boondock Saints guys this weekend. It was an amazing experience! :D And now with no further ado: a meme!
*Are you a furry?
- I suppose so. I'm not sure how I would feel about wearing a fur suit, but for people who are into that kind of thing, more power to them.
*If you have a Spouse/SO - Is he/she a furry too?
- I do not at the moment, but I think it would be very interesting to date a furry.
*How long have you been in the community?
- Hmm... about 3 years.
*How did you find furry?
-I think I was fully introduced by Nauro
*What's your reason for furry (what interested you to get into the community)?
- It just kind of fits for me. It's one of those things that's kind of hard to explain. haha Some of the art is amazing, and I think that's part of the appeal.
*What's Furry to you?
- Kemonomimi, feral, and anthro. Tails, ears, n' fluffy thangs.
*What are your favorite aspects of our community?
-Some of the furries I've met have been the nicest people. I find it's easier for me to be myself around them.
*Do you use any furry terms? (i.e. yiff, paws, murr?)
- Not really.
*What do you wish furry was NOT associated with?
- It seems the general population sees furries as only concerning themselves with weird sex acts. This can make things awkward.
*How strongly do you feel about someone bashing the community as a whole?
- It's really annoying when some of my friends that frequent a certain image board yell "yiff in hell, furfag!" when they know I'm not like that... I really don't like people generalizing anyway.
*How strongly do you feel about anyone bashing you yourself for your interest based on the media's aspect of what furry is?
- See above. I kind of answered this already. haha
*We all know furries have alot of sexual aspects in this fandom, What's your opinion on it?
- I don't mind it. If there's something I don't like, I don't look at it. As long as no one tries to push it on me.

- awesome purple fennec fox
*Do you have any fetishes that pertain to the fandom?
-Not really. My fetishes are really more of a general thing.
*If you could magically morph into your fursona would you?
- Yes! That would be amazing! :D I'd play with my tail all the time, and use it like a big floofy pillow/blanket.
*Do you believe you have a spirit animal?
- Sometimes it feels that way, other times not. Is that weird? >_>
*What other fanbases/groups are you a part of?
- I'm huge into the Metalocalypse fandom, and I'd like to get more into the Boondock Saints fandom as well.
*Anthro/Feral, Therian or Kemonomimi (Not a furry, just a human with animal ears and a tail)?
- Anything, although I've been tending to draw more kemonomimi lately.
*Are you a fursuiter? If yes, how many do you own? If No, do you ever plan on being a suiter?
- I wouldn't mind some Zeph ears and a tail. Full fur suits I'm still not sure about.
*How many of your friends are furry?
- None of my RL friends really consider themselves furries...
*How many pets do you own, if any?
- I don't have any pets to speak of. I had an outside kitty named Sony, but I'm not really sure what happened to him. I had to move in a hurry. :(

- Drawing, reading, Norse mythology, video games, Boondock Saints. :D
*Are you confident enough in yourself to say that you're a fur, no matter what the media says?
- Sure. I don't really care what people think. Anyone that knows me, knows me. If people want to think badly of me without getting to know the real me, that's their deal.

- I've been to Gen-Con Indy, HorrorHound, Ohayocon, Youmacon, IFC, and MFF.

- No, but I'm against the idea.

Inked: $3.50 for 1 or 2 characters; 1.25 for each additional.
Flat Colored: $5(base cost); $3 for each character after 2. If there's a TON of detail in the design, I'm going to ask for a bit more because it will take extra time. The amount added will depend on the complexity of the design.
Shaded: $7; $3.50 for each character after 2. Same applies as above. Tons of detail=higher cost.
Digital Badges: $10

Posted 16 years agoApparently my job at ITT was dependent on my grades, because I get told today that because my grades weren't that great last quarter, they're don't need me as the lab assistant anymore. This is a huge blow as the lab job was my only source of income. So I'm opening up commissions. I'll be posting art here in the very near future, but to see what I've got thusfar go to my dA. My preferred method of payment would be PayPal but if you really want to snail mail it to me, toss a note my way and we'll work something out. PayPal fees will be calculated when orders are placed.
Speaking of orders here's how the ordering process is going to go: You order, I'll sketch up your order and send you the watermarked sketch. If you like it, payment will be made and I'll finish it up. If you don't want to pay ahead of time, you can send half at the confirmation, and pay the other half when the picture is finished.
