Fortuneotter and I were walking down the street and this insane guy came from behind us and said to “Give us all our money right fucking now.” We ran across the street and the guy chased us, and the guy ran after Fortune. Thankfully he was able to psyche the guy out saying “hey look, a cop.” We’re both ok. Fortune is resting and trying to calm down. His legs are sore but he seems to be coming down from fight or flight. Me, I am, as he put it, unsettlingly calm about all of this, both physically and emotionally.

Its odd...we say we will fight and kick ass, but in these situations, especially when the guy pulled what we think was a gun on us, we just booked it. Call us cowards, but we are survivors none the less. Im just happy my big brother is safe and sound.

So the past few days havent exactly been the best (for those who know me, you know what I'm talking about.) Tonight I decided that this new year, Im going to make some changes.

I know this year things have been stressful and needless to say sad at times, but for now, in the spirit of the holiday, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas Eve. I love yoh you all and hope next year brings better tidings.

Hey, everyone. No, this isn't  Fortuneotter, but this is the genuine article. Last month was not exactly one of the brightest spots in our lives. I don't care if you are a Dem or Rep or whatever, but because of this election, my family and I have been sent into a tailspin. I have not been in a steady mindset for a while and for that I needed to distance myself from a few people who I was once close to BECAUSE they supported him. I doubt that I ever will reconnect... I have been helping someone very close to me figure out what to do to keep him in this country (though he has been here his entire life) while navigating life on a much larger scale.

In a few weeks, in addition to the holiday season, I will officially be graduating with my BA in History and in Feb (HOPEFULLY) taking my LSATs. They say that when life closes a door it opens a window. Well, for the past few weeks I have been incredibly lonely and tired. Things have been changing at such a rapid pace that it was hard to keep myself well enough to get out of bed in the morning. Thanks to my real life cousin  grrimawolf, he introduced me to some amazing new friends in a small group chat. Just talking again and smiling again is already making life a little more bearable. Despite the heartache and the depression, I am still managing to keep living. I am sorry for the MIA status for such a long time, but aside from small group chats or one-on-one chats, I might not respond. Again, with law school on the way and with my emotions still in recovery mode, I might not be around a HUGE amount. But I will try.

Hey everyone. First of all this isn't Zeric, this is  Fortuneotter (Zeric's real life older brother. And yes he gave me permission to send a message to those worried about him.)

I just wanted to give everyone an update on my brother since it seems he hasn't been in contact with a lot of you for a while. To start, my little brother is safe and he is staying with me for a couple of days. Not to get into a lot of detail, but besides school his home life has been less than ideal. When he got here, he was really not himself, and it hurts to see him this way. He will be ok though. He just needs to get a break from things for a while. Please understand and hopefully he will be back by the end of the month. He said that he is giving up sugar and he is going to do "No Paw November" (Like he needs that on his plate). He just didn't want to worry people and wanted to avoid any questions.

Hey everyone. Im sorry to post this journal that says, like many others I or others have written, I must take a temporary leave of absence. Currently I am in the middle of LSAT (Law School Admissions Testing) studies and due to some of my financial situations that have come up, I feel like I just need to take some time off.

Love you all and I will return hopefully soon. I probably will be missing my birthday (Sept 18) and might be gone up to the day of the exam (Sept 24). I will still be around to get messages even on Telegram or Skype, but those I have either signed out or just kept silent so I could focus on my studies and get rid of some mounting depression states.

Hey to everyone who bothers to read this journal.

Well, I have been shredding the pounds off and trying my hardest to study for the LSATs (Law School Admissions Test) like crazy. Lately though I feel like I havent been as HERE as I had hoped. I did purchase a new badge but the artist has yet to work on it or give me a start date. Dont worry, I trust him.

Ok in a few of my journals I said I would make a conscious effort to stay here. Sadly due to unforeseen circumstances this past quarter at university it was hard just ot stay in contact with people. Well now, being pent up and ready to burst, I have commissioned a new badge by an artist whom will remain a mystery.

A little update on life and stuff. My cousin who was battling cancer has finally left us this past Tuesday. Your support and kindness is very much appreciated.

Right now though I have so much work to do that I am seriously contemplating what to do. I seriously feel like nothing I do appeases these bastards I work for. Sorry, a little vent...I have been delving into Retail Therapy, too. oh well.

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to apologize for my being so quiet lately. Things at school are piling up and things have not been getting any easier what so ever.

First, this quarter, I have had more work thrown in my face than any other quarter at college. I have to read about 14 books for 1 fucking paper and that is only for one class, I still have 2 others that demand the same amount of time and energy.

On top of that, my father has been driven TWICE to the hospital where he has had intestinal infections and acute bronchitis.

And to top it all off, the cherry on the shit cake, my dear cousin (age 31) is dying of cancer. He has 2 little boys (a little less then 2 years old) and a wife, and he does not have much longer to do. I live in LA and he lives in Napa, so when he does leave this world I have to drop everything and swing up north to be with family. Somehow, however, we are enduring as best we can.

To those who were wondering, this is where Ive been. As soon as this quarter ends and things calm down, I will try my ever loving best to be more active and happy go lucky. Thanks for reading.

Hey everyone. For those who didnt read the last journal, I managed to survive a car accident. Unfortunately for me, my poor Kia Forte is not saying the same. My beautiful baby, Mako, has officially been put to rest. Having said that, I am now going to get another new car from Kia (a 2016 Forte since it will be similar to my now gone 2014 model.) I am still royally depressed about this. But, life I guess. New car I shouldnt be bitching about but when you lose your first car, its a sad day.

I went and visited my big brother,  Fortuneotter over this past weekend and got into a car accident. Thankfully, he was not in the car and no one else was involved in this. No one except me is injured and no one is dead and my car is the only one that is probably going to be totaled. So I am without a car, I ache everywhere, and my brother is safe and sound. At least I'm not dead.

3 years of squeaky clean driving and now this. Crap...I'm just going to recuperate for what is left of my Spring Break. Monday I go back to class.

Happy note, we did see Zootopia. I know its a lame thing but I just needed to add something to brighten up the grim situation. I'm already shaken up enough as is.
