Terms of services

All designs must be approved before a final quote can be given and a down payment can be made. We have a form that must be filled out and a reference sheet must be given as well to ensure all details are known and can be made. You can also give artistic freedom to Hollow Creature Creations in which all design alterations and changes will be made and approved before construction of your suit. Any alterations made after the final quote is given will only be accepted after a fee is paid.
Payment
Upon approval you will be expected to pay a 30% non-refundable down payment of the given quote. At least half of the given quote price must be paid before work can begin. We only accept payroll at this time.
Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in the price of any costume, they will be an additional charge. Shipping costs may vary depending on where you live.
Warranty and Repairs
With normal wear and tear throughout the year of obtaining your costume, Hollow Creature Creations offers free minor repairs to keep your suit looking the best it can. Major repairs will cost a fee. Shipping is required by the customer for packages delivered to Hollow Creature Creations.
Cancellations
The initial 30% down as stated before is not refundable, so making sure you are financially secure before commissioning is preferred. However part of what you have paid can be refunded, but if work has already begun on your suit it will affect how much can be refunded.
Sizing
Duct tape dummies are required for full suit commissions. Also, if you plan or think you're going to lose/gain any weight before your commission please wait to make your DTD until it is needed. It is important that the duct tape dummy is an accurate representation of your body, so when you get your suit it fits. DTD must be at least one thick layer of duck tape or two layers over old clothes or a painter’s onsie. Do not send me a duck tape made in any other method, I will not accept and I will send it back. Also please make sure your DTD is in one piece and not multiple. For all other commissions it is up to you to provide accurate sizes and measurements for your commission.
Work in Progress Images
After materials are purchased and pre-production requirements have been met, Hollow Creature Creations will provide pictures to show how work is being completed. Please do not nag or pester for updates every day.
Completion and Deadlines
Completion dates cannot be predicted exactly, however I will try and provide a rough estimate of when your commission will be completed by. Please keep in mind delays may occur and you will be notified if they happen. If you have a specific deadline that deadline must be given before the commission is started in order to see if the commission can possibly be done by that deadline or not. If the commission needs to be rushed for an upcoming convention event you must let us know beforehand and a fee will be applied as well.

Whats going on???
Posted 9 years agoSo heres a small update on whats going on. My commission list is full but I might take on some smaller commissions as well. Who's on my commission list?

Mika - body - waiting on DTD and fur
Michael - partial - working on foam base
What else is going on? Well Im in the process of building up courage to confront my dad about me moving out. Easier said than done. Im terrified of my dad. Not scared of him hitting me or that I just emotionally and mentally can not confront my dad. Hes intimidating. Im also currently paying off my first commissioned fursuit. Shh... my bf doesnt know. Also Im currently working on Aisling and will hopefully have at least a partial of her done by Megaplex 2016. I cant wait to see all my friends again at megaplex. I miss my furry Squad.

Some good news
Posted 9 years agoIm back from a lovely trip down to tampa and I had a blast at Holiday matsuri. It was great seeing old friends and making new ones. A bit of good news is that ive settled on the idea of finally getting away from my crazy controlling dad and I plan on moving down to florida where I can be happy and stress free from my dad. Im gonna be very busy the next three months prepping for my move as well as FWA. Im currently finishing up Repo, a commission. And im working on a partial for tim, a fullsuit of muerte, a giant plush backpack, one Rhudar partial, maybe an avian partial, and gonna start work on one of my wickerbeasts. Im gonna be making a bunch of heads and partials ill be selling so as to come up with the funds for my move and FWA so keep an eye out for some upcoming auctions.

Posted 9 years agoIm currently down in florida with my Bf so I wont be on FA much. Its really nice here so far. Might be planning on moving down here. Especially with whats going on at home. Things are kind of crazy at home and I dont want to stay with my parents forever. If i do move than i most likely will take on more commissions and will be able to get them done a lot faster since when i first move i doubt ill be able to find a ob very fast. So mostly my income would be fursuit work and such.
Hand pain
Posted 10 years agoSo random question for any other artist or fursuit makers. do you ever get pain in your dominant hand and wrist? like typing, writing, sewing, or drawing is slightly painful and i cant pick up stuff with my dominant hand. just curious to know if anyone knows what it is.

Posted 10 years agoI made a new tail thats long enough to touch the floor but not drag. It has great sway, kind of reminds me of a raptor tail, and also has barbed wire wrapped around the tip of my tail. A friend of mine wants a tail with barbed wire so i wanted to test how it looks.

Im gonna open up for 2 partials or possibly 3 head commission slots. instead. if that fullsuit doesnt get filled. so to all who want a head or partial. Im open!! (I might be a little hyper from all the sugar and ive been watching brave so i kind of have a wee little irish accent going on. Or maybe its the wee irish in me surfacing. hehe. i just like saying wee... its so much fun.) Anywho. im open for commissions. im trying to save up so i can fly down to megaplex and chill with all my buddies down there. Hehe. Buddies. :3
