Michael's macro hunting
Posted 5 years agoMichael's macro hunting focuses on protecting those who can't protect themselves from Macros who have a blatant disregard for how they are treated. Though it is a risky bout, Michael's ability to manipulate mana with a variety of spells spanning across various elements allows him to fight efficiently. Mainly, he fight what Nero Corp calls "Behemoth class" demons which are, as the name implies, demons that are larger than life ranging from 50 to 200 ft, these bad boys pack quite the punch. Though Michael isn't limited to fighting just these seemingly mindless creatures. There are some macro anthros and even "humans" that pose just as much a threat as the demons.
Though Michael can use magic he's not extremely proficient. Which would be where his swords would come into play. The five blades that will be displayed were first owned by a group of anthros Michael had once befriended in dark times. Before they were killed they each entrusted Michael with each of their blades in which a piece of their souls were inserted. In a sense, even though they're bodies are gone, they still live on in the swords.
First up we have Kai. Kai when living, was an anthro dragon with the ability to manipulate dark fire. Those who go toe-to-toe with this blade often underestimate it's power. It's a bulky, hard to balance blade with purple flames would usually be the only thing that comes to mind. Though due to this, Kai isn't usually used at close range. However, the color of the flames isn't the only thing that changes. The intensity is ten times greater than that of normal flames. The size of the blade was necessary to contain the massive mana.
Next we have Soran and Shira, brother and sister foxes when living. Despite how much the two clashed when alive, their powers were an amazing match. Soran, shira's older brother, had the ability to control airflow(wind) on his side. He was light on his feet and quick at the draw. Shira, the younger sibling and Michael's first lover, had the ability to control ice and make ice appear from thin air. She was clumsy and hot-headed, but made up for it in power. Together these two could create devastating blizzards at will. Michael's abilities pale in comparison, even when utilizing the blades.
Lastly we have Zane and Riza, the lovers and another good ability combo. Zane, who in life was an anthro snow leopard, controls darkness whilst his other half, Riza a panther, reigned over light.
And just when you thought there would be no more..
Michael's final weapon, Reaper's scythe. This scythe belonged to a demon that called himself "The Reaper," who in Michael's time of grief, took advantage and possessed him, using the scythe as a conduit. Later down the line another anthro dragon named Vaerak, who in time became Michael's new lover, saved him from this possession. Michael destroyed the demon, commandeering the scythe. This one doesn't usually come out unless Michael is feeling extremely strong negative emotions, i.e. rage or sadness. When it does, however, everyone should just get the heck out of dodge. When in that state, Michael will lose his sense of judgment and become blinded by whatever is the target of his negative emotion. Stay out of his way or you may end up getting caught in the crossfire.
But now I think it's time to wrap this up. A thanks goes out to all of you who took the time to read this. ^~^

It's getting old
Posted 6 years agoWhy is it that I keep ending up in contact with the wrong people? It's those people who you tell you'd do anything for because of how you think they are and then they ball that up and throw it in your face. Like come on man. What's it gotta take to get through people's heads? Shit.. I'm done pouring my heart out to these people. To anyone. I'm going back to how I was before, help others and then figure my own shit out.

Nero Corp
Posted 6 years agoNero is a military organization that hunts rouge demons. Nero has had quite the history, passed down from Michael's great grandfather, all the way to his brother at the age of 15 after their father disappeared. Michael's brother, Draco Luxen, inducted Michael at the age of 13. His scores on both the written test and "The Gauntlet" were exponential. In two years, Michael ended up in the most elite squadron at Nero Corp. His brother, still the head at this time, became a bit of a megalomaniac. He ordered his most elite team(which of course included Michael, who at the time wasn't really briefed on it in depth.) to go capture a large group of lycans. They all of course did so without question, with the exception of Michael, who didn't really see them as a threat to humans. After the mission was over, Michael would walk the cages, looking inside with curiosity. He wondered why Draco wanted them to be captured. Behind the broad curtain of superiority, Draco's researchers were doing painfully agonizing experiments, searching for their compatibility with demonic essence. Over the days Michael noticed the cages growing bare so he decided to dig deeper. Upon discovery of these horrific experiments he went against his brother's order, realizing that he had gone mad, and released all of the lycans and lead them back to their home. Nero, of course, was hot on their tail. Michael and the only lycan of the pack that could use mana decided to make a deal with his brother, in exchange the pack could leave. Draco agreed to it, keeping Michael under strict supervision when he rejoined the elite squad. Michael was forced to do his fair share of horrid missions between capturing anthros to even killing them on sight whilst the lycan was forced to endure experiment after experiment. (There's a lot of things that I'm going to write a story about including this so I'm going to skip ahead in the timeline.) Later down the line Michael and Vaerak kill Draco and Michael takes control of Nero. He, striving for peace, comes up with a new policy. No anthro nor Lycan shall be harmed or touched by this organization. There were humans, of course, that were outraged by this and left Nero entirely, only to for the "Insurgents", a group bent on wiping out the anthro and lycan population. Today, Nero has both human and anthro troops who have absolutely no problem working with each other. Michael is still the current head and unfortunate last of his internal family alive. Nero has now assigned people with extraordinary ability to groups that mainly focus on taking down Behemoth class demons and Dread Lords. (I'll have to add more later my head is killing me...)
Sneak preview of story to come.
Posted 7 years agoThe blade felt heavier than normal. My breathing was shallow and my gait was off. I used both hands to bring my blade up from the ground and gave a loud yell at the tremendous beast in front of my. The beast..this behemoth. The epitome of anger of human and fur alike, raised it's fist once again in a threat to attack. "COME ON THEN," I yelled at the demon, making a mad dash for it as purple flames began to encircle the blade. I gave my best battle cry as the demon let out a deafening roar as it threw it's fist at me. There was no time to dodge. No time to retreat. All I could do was advance in my broken state. I could see it all. What seemed to be the last few moments of my time slowed down exponentially.
Stupid...
Posted 7 years agoI never learn do I....how many times is it going to take for me to get hurt to get this whole being trusting thing out of my system....the way it's looking I honestly don't think it's going to happen...and all fo this emotional pain that continues to come on is going to drive me off a cliff. I...really need to put a cork in this hole....probably start staying with the group I already know will be there for a person if they were down...and stop leaving pieces of my heart on my sleeve just to have them snatched away..ugh...People and their habitual selfishness...The person doesn't matter any longer...as for the selfishness. I was referring to what most all people obviously suffer from. God it hurts...my worst fear is always "is this person just using me." I get hit with it big time tonight...Found out someone was only around to have fun getting off...they called themselves my friend but when push comes to shove they were nothing but shitbags..I'm tired...so very tired of dealing with people...kinda makes me wish I didn't join the military because now I have to deal with them everyday..no way of knowing who to trust and who not to trust because we're all apparently supposed to be a team..
