What a dumpster fire this years been huh?
But despite all the bad crap, here we are at the end of the year, you've probably seen several journals saying fuck 2020, so instead of doing that, I'm gonna talk about the positives of this year instead :3

1) moving out from my bitch step mum's house
Finally getting away from a woman who's life goal I'm certain was to make my life a living hell, no more forced chores, no more insults to everything I do/am (thank celestia she never found out that I was a furry ^_^;) and more freedom to do what I want to do

2) restarting to draw and create stuff
With free time comes freedom to draw again, I can finally put some of the hundreds of ideas I have to paper/photoshop, while improvement is slow, I feel like I am getting better with each drawing, learning new techniques and studying how things should look, hopefully I'll be able to turn it into an actual career life I wanted to :3

3) Finally getting to watch helluva boss/hasbin hotel
I knew about those videos for a long time but it wasn't until recently that I've been able to actually watch them, seriously can't wait until now episodes of helluva boss comes out, especially episodes featuring loona, she's awesome uwu

4) Brexit finally getting finished

All in all, this year could of been worst, all we can do now is hope things get much better in 2021, so happy new year everyone :3

hi guys, anyone who has been following me for a while knows that i seem to add some art every so often and then disappear for months on end, well this is where i'm going to explain why.

there are a few reasons, first and foremost would be my homelife in general, for nine years until recently, i lived with my dad and stepmom, my dad was generally fine, though he admittedly didn't do much because he works nights and spends most of the day sleeping, the real issue was alway my stepmom, she would force me to spend every moment i wasn't out of the house doing chores around it, varying from simple tasks like hoovering to more complex ones like dusting every inch of a room filled with small ornaments. so i could barely get an hours peace, let alone time to actually sit down and draw something, recently though, i've moved out from there and am currently living with my mum and stepdad, who are both much better and understanding.

another reason, related to the first was time i had available between chores, work and other things, pretty much it boiled down to "i can either draw something or settle down and relax" i often choose relax because i rarely got to.

lack of confidence would probably be the third reason, i see these amazing images on here done by other artists and think, i could never achieve that level of skill, why bother trying...

but now, living in a better place, having tons of more free time and realising that i may yet reach said skill levels, i'm going to be doing alot more art in the future, so here's to the future and doing better than yesterday

1. i will draw anything for you, but i won't draw that, no i won't draw that
i don't really have many limits to what i draw and i will do NSFW drawings, however, there are a few subjects that i will not draw for any amount: Scat, Watersports (the bedroom kind, not the actual sports kind), guro (a.k.a blood and gore) and NSFW cub. if i have a problem with what you want me to draw i'll refuse your commission simple as that

2. perfection is not guaranteed
when drawing for you, i'll do my best, but i can only draw so well, your free to request changes but don't expect perfection, just the result of good honest work

3. refunds on request
if i fail to deliver, at minimum, a drawing for you after a month (accounting for any rl bs) you can request to be refunded in full, and you'll have my sincerest apologies for not completing your commission

so, you know what grinds my gears?
Disappearing Artists
Artist that just up and leave the fandom for absolutely no reason and with no prior warning. i sure some of you reading this have had this happen to you, your online, you want to look up a particular artist you like and his/her work, you go to their userpage or website, only to find........nothing, everything has gone.

this grinds my gears for two reasons:
1. no warning, there's nothing worst that trying to find an artist only to discover that they have vanished, it fucking sucks. it means that you'll never get to see what new things this artist could create and characters you loved watching/reading are gone forever.

2. no archive, this is what really ticks me off,
You want to leave the fandom? Fine
You want to stop drawing/writing? Fine
But if your going to leave THEN AT LEAST LEAVE YOUR WORK FOR OTHER PEOPLE TO ENJOY YOU SELFISH PRICK!!!
i absolutely HATE it, when an artist takes their work with them. if people enjoy your work, then there's no reason to take it off the internet.

*sighs* well, there's nothing anyone can do about it, some people are just to selfish to think of others. but rest assured, if i ever left the internet, i would absolutely give warning in advance and leave my art up for others to enjoy.

I'm writing this journal to vent some anger I have towards my step-mom.

Because of my current job situation and therefore lack of finance, I have to live with my dad and step-mom. I live here mostly rent free because I'm family but I do pay their house cleaner £30 a week (when I can).

I help around the house daily by doing chores around the house, like vacuuming or ironing.

BUT every day my step-mom has a go at me about this that and the other, whether it's about forgetting to do a job or not finding work (even though I just started a new job this week). She acts like jobs are just raining down from every where and that its as simple to get a job as walking up to the manager of somewhere and saying ' give me a job'

She is from Greece and as such has allot of Greek friends who she constantly tells me already have jobs even though they've only been in this country for a year or so. "gee, I wonder why that is" I ask sarcastically.

She tells me to have initiative and do stuff that needs to be done around the house but 9 out of 10 times has a go at me if I do something she didn't want me to do. (think similar to when sweetie belle did stuff for rarity but without raritys realisation that she made things better)

She also almost constantly invades my privacy by going through my room every so often. And whenever I try to confront her about it she claims its her right. (FYI i'm 25)

She hates the fact that I'm a brony and makes me keep a huge majority of my mlp stuff hidden away in a drawer or in the attic.

Once, when she was having a go at me, she accused me of WANTING MY DAD TO DIE SO I COULD CLAIM THE INHERITANCE. She also told me that she wanted me out of her life.

Once upon a time,there was a creative site on the internet. People would go to this site and make great stories about anything, either on their own or with other users. Like alot of other sites this site had problems like viruses and too many ads but users could take the bad with the good because it was a free service and somewhat expected.

Then one day, an evil force, know only as greed, took over the site and everything went to shit. Ads became video ads that took up more GBs, site redirecting ads appeared and the site creator(s) demanded money for simple services like adding a new story or seeing more than 3 previous chapters in interactive stories.

Seriously, writing.com can go fuck itself. I use to love visiting the site but now it sucks. I can't make new stories, ads make the page ridiculously slow and i can't use any ad blocking software because i then get blocked from seeing the site until i disable it. The worst part is the fucking paid membership crap, basic membership costs $9.95 for 3 months? Fuck that shit. I'm not paying that much for a site i only visit every fortnight or so. I honestly think that the biggest fuck you from writing.com is the fact that basic membership is what free membership was.

So fuck writing.com

since tomorrow is the end of the mayan calander, i figured i'd get a few things said.

First, a terrifiying thought occured to me yesterday. what if the current leader of north korea decided that tomorrow really is the end of the world and had nothing to lose. i don't think i really need to explain why that's a scary thought.

second, if some of you are still scared about tomorrow, i'll spell it out NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN!! the mayan calander is just ending, that's it. they didn't say anything about it being the end of the world. the only people who are saying that it's the end of the world are the nutjobs who said the year 2000 was going to be the end of the world. the real reason that this perdiction is on people's minds is really because this prediction has had the most build up. seriously i heard about this prediction years ago.

sup guys. today i went to my first expo a.k.a convention.

And it was BUCKING AWESOME, so many costumes, so much anime, tv and games. and the amount of bronies and furs, wow!

k, so i go to this convention with my best mate and his cousin, first things i see are all the cosplayers and man were they cool, i saw like 10 pikachus, 6 rainbow dashes, a couple of fluttershys and twilights and i even saw a queen crysilis. and then the furs, quite a few of us turned up, i even had my photo taken with one.

and as if things couldn't get any better i got to see TOMSKA in person. i didn't get to meet and greet him but it was so awesome to see him in person.

bought lots of cool stuff, a one piece banner, a one piece watch, rainbow dash keychain, princess luna badge, a kingdom hearts 2 banner and a one piece bag. my only regret is not meeting tomska and not buying a metal katana at one of the stalls XP.

sup, i've got some news.

first, thanks to my uni and their student support, i'll be getting a new printer/scanner. this means that i'll be able to upload alot more often on here and on other art sites like inkbunny, deviantart, sofurry and with some pictures macro sonic forums.

secondly, i decided to try and use a more unique style with my drawings. when i first started drawing furry art i used a online tutorial, which to me means that i used a style that belonged to someone else. don't expect a huge change, but there will be some small difference to my older drawings.

ok, so i just read on the BBC news website that two guys were banned from america for saying, on twitter no less, that they were going to destroy america (in the sense of having fun). now i just have a few things to say about this:

1. hey US goverment, there's this little thing called FREE SPEECH, people should be able to talk about destroying places as much as they want. unless you have conclusive PROOF that it's a valid threat against you, you have no right to ban someone from your place.

2. the men in question admitted to you that it was said in the sense of fun and you didn't listen. mabye you should have done a proper background check before jumping to conclusions. not everyone hate you ya know.

3. twitter isn't exactly know for being a terrorist hangout and it's none of your business what's said on there anyway. it's suppose to be for friends and fans to communicate with one another, stop sticking your big nose where it doesn't belong.
