At the whim of hearing about it in a journal I read months ago, I decided to look up the fansub of an old 1985 Tezuka film. Bagi: The Beast of Mighty Nature. And all I can say is hot damn. Hot digity damn that was a good movie. It has aged, but moderately well for a movie that's over 30 years old. Sure you get some of that 'my god what were they thinking' feelings in the animation, but you can definitely see where things have progressed since then. I HIGHLY recommend watching it for those that haven't already [Im already late to the party in that sense].

in other news. Got me a 3Ds.

I cant really do anything without my desktop in when it comes to the comic. I dont have my tower with me and it's too troublesome to start work on it on my lap top, but if it gets to that point then thats what I'll have to do. SO Im sure very few of you are heartbroken over this, but this is just a heads up for those who would want to know for some reason.

just spent 3 hours looking for my tablet pen to do some sketching.

looked all over my room, [ I have a habit of chucking things for the lulz and then forget where they landed you see]

turns out it was under my desk in a weird crevice that I put it in earlier in the day

AH it feels good to have finally gotten done with my last commission from last year.

I took forever on them and I wholly apologize.

HOWEVER

It did put somethings in perspective. SO I would like to tell you about some commission changes

1) I will no longer be doing commissions in Corel-- at least not for a while [takes too much time, and I don't feel like wasting your time waiting for it.]

2) I will be raising my prices a bit. I'll still be affordable, but I would like to be paid a bit more for my work. I think I deserve to ask a little more for what I do.

3) I will be putting a stronger push toward getting them done faster, and better looking.

4) ....UHM....

5) I will be charging a bit more for porn commissions. They take more time, and I tend to only be able to do that when I have privacy, which I don't get a lot of when I draw for some reason. ALSO I rarely get comments on those kinds of things and it irks me for some reason. ah well

6) I am PONDERING doing adoptables. They seem all the rage.

Youmacon was flippin' awesome.

since I rarely treat anyone to the stories i have from cons,
bare with me if its lacking detail.

On the first day, it was HECTIC. My friends and I drove around for a good 20 mins trying to find the right lot. (I prolly broke a few laws...but SHHHH) We eventually found the lot, and made our way into the heart of the storm. At first, we didnt even know if we were in the right place, no one was there (on the ground floor). but as soon as we found another con goer, we knew we were on the right track.

We made it up to the third floor and found a huge line of people. bout a hundred or so long. THAT, was the preregistration line. That was the line I needed to be in. Because, Lucky me, I got to pre reg thanks to you fine commissioners. So I waited in line with a friend, and got my badge. first thing I did was head up to the table top gaming room. (to play a lil' yu-gi-oh. BUT I couldn't find it so I went and got something to eat until the gaming room was open. I spent most of the first night there. (didn't have a room to be in at the time.) I eventually stayed in the registration line area (this was at 3-4am I think) and dueled a couple people after I got bored with the game room for that night. and that was thursday. too lazy to write about the other days, but they were lawsoooome.
