Two days ago a friend called me and he was very sad.

A friend that he knew had happen to have comited suicide and his body was found washed up on a beatch.

I dint knew that person yet i founded important to tell furs out there that.




Suicide is a permanent action on a temporary problem.



However things may be hard always know that there are always people that do care for you even if sometime you dont see that any exist.

It just so sad that a life ends like this.....


Yet again i would like to tell anyone that do read my journal or picture from time to time that if you go in a hard time and just want someone, anyone to just listen to ya to always feal free to send me a note on FA.

I aint tell other people when i get those mesages and even less from who they are.

I woke up this morning afther i heard the bigest snap of my life o.o.

2 hours later and whit alot of grunts of pain my famely docter examinated me and was suprised.


I actualy did a (Entorse) :sorry for the lack of english traduction =/: to my neck =/



In other words, it twisted way to further that it was supose to during my sleep =p



So now i am on antiinflamatores and musle relaxant do help ease the pain and to help me sleep at night.



Lucky me =p She says the pain will be at its worst tomorow O.o,...

Today is a tuff day at work

In front of me are pictures of 5 people that died in the last week /close to two and eatch of them i once sawn the faces before and happend to be good friends of my boss....

I aint say it alot but everyday when i open FA i am happy to see or hear that no one i know out there is dead. Siriusly, we cry the dead alot in are life yet i always try to celebrate the livings.


I am really happy to hear that no one is hurt [especialy when you are in places we wish they were not a certain puppy will surely know what i mean =)


You guys are awsome and dont you worry ; ) This coon is bursthing of hapiness and tenderness for all of ya for years to come =)

So i am at one hour from a big oral presentation at university.

I did a very good research and and amazing powerpoint but i still wonder how the teacher will evaluate me overall as he dint give any cheets on how he would evaluate us O.o,,,

Whit me to breack a leg ^^,,,,,

As many of you know i aint never really show any of my emotional side ever as i am naturaly happy yet 9/11 always bring up some memories.

In fact what hapend on 9/11 in 2001 is ver rlated to me.

On that day when i was looking whit my 13 year old eyes i standed choc in all my soul if there was such a thing.

I standed horified to the fact that if i would be living in the us that some famely member could have been in this towers......

And then i started to feal pain....terible pain and sadness as i could not stop to cry because i imagine how it would feel to loose someone i knew.

Sins then everytime i met someone i know in my mind that nothing asure me that il ever met that same person again.

And also.....thats why i always make sure everytime i go to sleep and evertime i wake up to kiss the one i love so mutch whit my heart telling him whit all my love how mutch i love him as the idea....the always hauthing idea to not be able to tell him that the next morning or night....


To all thoose that have people they love, its never something bad to tell them you love them.

Well its oficial !!!!

Today is the first day of back to school at University of Ottawa and this year i am oficialy (on paper in my program =D) Advance specialisation in social working =3

(That gets ya the oficial name of social worker even daught i am already one thanks to colledge diploma xD)

(Thoose who know me knows what i am talking about ^^,,,,,,,)

I think this semester will be fun =)

Might be hard but at least fun =D

WOW!!!

I must admit that the trip witch me,  tecywiz121 and for the last 5 day Pooshie have been one of the best i ever had =D

For the first 7 days of are trip we were onerly hosted by the amazing  arinmal and his mate  robowolf

We mostly spended are day sociolising whit everyone that was there, going for swims or drinking are tails off whit smirnoffs ice =3


Speaking of smirnoff, i can hapely anounce that during this trip, 71 smirnoff where drinked!!! Why 71? Cause i keeped the last one to drink in my bag so i can drink it afther the first day of going back to university ;)


Then from sunday to tuesday we got hosted at the amazing  howiepup and  deoge where we draked more and relaxed more as we whent to the bigest Ribfest in Canada that where hosted less then 2k away from Howie and Deoge place =3


Alot of friends to visit qnd yet we could sadly not visit all the furs we wish we could have and we will try are hardest to meet you guys in are next trip =3

Gosh O.o...... I starthed working to get thoose shift off and just barely got the yes confirmation O.o........

So for thoose who have did not known i had sins i was very young this pain that was near my heart that happend from time to time and was causing me pain.

Evaluations where done and my docter meeted me today for my anual and tell me what my pain near my heart was. It ended up that My heart is fine =)

What actualy causing me this very specific pain right near the heart is my Rib Cage was a sort of inflation cause betwen my rib cage and my heart. I wont go in big details but lets just say that it is not Harmfull and that it will simpky cause me a sertain amount of pain =)

The only ick is that i am more likely to get (Artrite) Witch is basiquely havin terible pain in all of my moveble articulations but that would not happend for a long wild xD


So beside that I am fully healfy ^__^

So as many of you know I got admitted FINALY XD in Fully specialize social working at Ottawa university =3


So all was great when I realized that they dint counted the tench class I did in college witch all my colegue did even daught I had and A- xD

Prawn & Shrimp Paste with Soya Bean Oil Fried Rice

Easy and yummy fried rice recipe call "Khao Phad Mun Kung"




Ingredients
300 g. prawns
3 cup cooked rice(Minut rice)
1 Tbsp shrimp paste with soya bean oil
1 tsp thin soy sauce (or fish sauce)
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2-3 fresh chillies
2 cloves garlic
1 tomato
1/2 cup sweet basil leaves


Preparation


1. Clean prawns, peel shell, and devein. Peel garlic, wash all vegetable and herb, and pat dry. Slice chillies, mince garlic, pick sweet basil leaves from stem, and cut tomato across into thin slices.


2. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. When oil is hot, add minced garlic and sliced chillies, fry until fragrant, then add the prawns.


3. Season with oyster sauce, thin soy sauce (or fish sauce), and sugar. Stir-fry until the prawns are getting cook, add cooked rice.


4. Add lobster paste, stir-fry all ingredients until mix thoroughly, add sweet basil leaves, stir quickly, and remove from heat,


5. Put the fried rice on a plate, garnish with fresh sweet basil leaves, and serve with sliced tomatoes.


Zets TIPS

-When you put your minut rice in the wook you mith happend to found out that the rice is all mushy. DONT PANIC: when this occurs just put your stove at medium hight and stir the rice every 2 to 3 minuts until alot of the wather has evaporated from the rice and that the mushy look have decepered or until your found the rice to be the right consistency for you =)


-If you aint have basil leaves you can use shoped parsley that is very commen and taste great =3

Tonight I did one of my good old recepe that made so many muzzle slurp for more =3

Shrimp rice stir frie =D


And as me and Sam where eating it in are confy place the patin of cooking came back to me =D


So whit some possible accuracy from my part I will start to whrote the recepies I do here =3 And tell you if I loved the result or not.
