Posted 7 months agoHonestly I feel like anything I want to do doesn’t pan out from what I like to see.
Any drawing I do won’t get the traction I’ve been trying to obtain. A friend who does 3D got up to 1K of followers on Twitter and I’ve been struggling with that on both sfw and nsfw art.
Don’t get me wrong; I’m super happy for an awesome achievement they reached but at the same time it hurts me that 3D drawings can just overshadow 2D drawings that works aren’t worth of views.
My work irl has been a fucking constant disappointment with getting the same crappy and stressful route of a city hall and a busy road that Amazon can’t even see how to make the route itself. I even give feedbacks but no luck at all. Reason they keep giving it to me since I trained to drive the Rivian Vans and the routes I’m used to of 180+ stops.
And this owner I’m friends with in this nsfw server, well we’re more like acquaintances now since I had to unfriended them for my mental health. He’s now finally acting cool now, he’s been an asshole since December of last year cuz of a massive ping they did to say “I’m gaming/streaming, get on now”. He didn’t even apologize to the people he went off on, including me. I’m trying my best to stay in the server to keep showing others that their art matters; however, them sharing a 3d model I hate seeing puts me down even more. The character doesn’t even look like that actual one and it’s doesn’t show what’s great on it too. Same for the other models too. I’m doing my damn best to make the models I wanna make but I haven’t get the boost to get back to making em. Either making hands or retopology but I have to do something else and it doesn’t help for shit.

Past haunting me

So the past few days I’ve been a bit down and depressed from some stuff in the past when I started Art
I’ll make it quick
I went on Twitter and talked to a popfur and asked for tips on being a furry artist and in a way I looked up to em.
I went and did a fanart of em as a teacher for their bday and it was like one of the few first drawings I did at the time
Honestly they did say thanks in the dms but they never even have the curtesy to share it on FA or Twitter at the time. I asked what was wrong with it and they replied “The eyepatch is always on and it’s only to be drawn by close friends”.
At that point I feel like crap and took some time to get myself together. My friends at the time loved that I made it and took my first steps in as an artist. And now later, it still hurts that they never took the time to share something I took to make as a gift.
As I look at more art on Twitter(before it became a shitshow) I found a Hyena Character I grew fond of and believe it or not it’s the same popfur I talked to a few years back. And literally my emotions of hurt came back.
I don’t like the popfur. At this point I just hate them entirely and somehow the popfur literally work with other popfurs in making stuff. And don’t get me started on the art. I’m sorry I literally hate what an artist made up a 3D version of Krystal from Starfox and the other amazing furry characters out there too. I love art but when it brings back the worst memories, it hurts.
And after seeing some models i dont like at all from the creator i dont like including the characters they gonna make in the future and the popfur i made fanart when i was starting as an artist and didn’t get a public thanks on twitter in 2019
my damn curiosity never knows what can help or hurt me.

The 3D artist I don’t like have a list and I see they’re working with the popfur too
I literally hate popfurs both artist and non artists that I’ve interacted with
Not all furs are jerks
And their is an aquientince of mine that has a server that like the models and keep showing em in their server would say “grow up, it’s not gonna hurt you”
It may be an nsfw server but mental health is seriously important
I would confront all of em but I feel like it ain’t gonna accomplish shit
But I wanna make it clear to everyone
When you get art (weither it’s a gift or a trade) take the time to thank the maker and share it too. Even if it’s from a smol artist it brightens their day so much to em. Going into 3D Artwork

It’s been a while since I made a Journal here but I wanted to let you all know I’m getting into the 3D artwork scene soon
Right now I’m making ref sheets of who to create in Blender.
ATM it’s Kyubimon(Digimon), Incineroar(Pokemon), and Krystal(StarFox)
At the point I’m still a beginner at using and creating stuff in blender but I’m hoping to learn more on it and making some assets too
I will tend to delve into nsfw stuff too for the future also in 3D
Also I’m gonna try to be more active on Bluesky and here so be on the lookout for some 3D WIP’s

i havent talked to the person who inspired me to create my fa page since i feel like they didnt like the drawing i did for em a few years back
i was still a beginner at that time and ngl it hurt
but im not gonna let them or others hurt me like that
ill try my best to keep on posting on FA as well as DA too
all beginner artists are amazing as they start and thats the truth
you all have a great day now
