Well I attended Elliots Spring Gathering. I work the weekends and I suppose I could have taken the weekend off or switched schedules with someone but I just never did it. I guess I'm the good ol' reliable employee that never has any fun. Friday I met up with Turbo and hung out with him and helped him get to his hotel room as he was sweating up a storm in he suit. We went to the pool for a bit. I ran into a few guys I havent seen in a while. The pool was nice.

Saturday was better. I got off of work early that night as usual. I bumped into a former classmate from my Computer Architecture class and ended up hanging out with him. Shortly after one drink I found myself suddenly not-shy at all and I was very extroverted for a change. I even met a few girls and exchanged contact information. OMG! That's so unusual for me!!! Hehehe... Maybe I'm finally getting over my fears and insecurities. This year I feel more secure internally about who I am compared to others. I hope I can finally be a normal person.. Considering I'll be 30 in a year from now, my youth is about over so I need to make the best of whats left of it.

I'm Twilight Sparkle ^^

I really miss waking up next to someone. It's been a while. I'm such a cuddle whore. I could cuddle all night and fall asleep with someone in my arms. And yes, cuddling can lead to sex but that's irrelevant. I just miss that feeling of caring for someone.

20w-50 seems to have smoothened out the engine some. I still gotta start taking things apart soon. If all goes well, I'll have my motorcycle over this weekend. Then I can decommission the car while i do the rear-end work and i can also start taking apart the cylinder heads and replace those valve seals. Maybe redo a compression test to check the condition of the piston rings.

MUCH MUCH MUCH needed improvement. Doesn't feel as much like a lincoln anymore. But I'd like to someday lower the car and get the ZR1 springs

My dad had a serious heart attack. I found this out just today. He's in critical care at the hospital so no visitors allowed. I'm not sure about what to feel anymore.

So my parents had sex and I came along. What does that mean? I'm a little emo more than anything. I'm not sure what to think anymore. I don't know how I feel about him. He wasn't such a horrible person. I do have a few good memories growing up but he had alot of anger issues. He yelled at me alot, he was manipulative, he was a little abusive. He had a stroke when I was 11 or 12 and he changed.. From my point of view, he became less of a bully. I guess facing death changes people.

So he had a heart attack. Lately he's been senile. The stroke screwed him up enough. I wonder how he is now? What do I feel when I see him? Do I even care enough about the guy to see him? Why the hell do I care? He barely spoken to me for the past 5 years. My homophobic uncle has been more of a father figure to me than he has. I dunno anymore. If he dies, he dies. I just want this over with.

Still fighting myself. I've made much more progress still but I feel like I have a little farther ways to go before I can be the person I want to be.

I'm really not worried about this "tea party" movement until it actually becomes a true organized party with a standardized political platform. Still, it would be nice to have more larger parties. The current two-party majority situation is not good. A near 50/50 split in political idealism is a sure way to stall progress.

My 89 300zx (Z31) looks like its differential is going. Been making grinding and whining noises for a while. Leaking oil from where the 1/2shafts go. Current one looks like it was pulled from a junk yard and installed by the previous owner. Rebuilding this one is NOT an so I'm looking for a remanufactured R200 open differential.

I'm just wondering where a good source is to buy one remanufactured and how I'm supposed to identify the one I have cause I know there's several different gear ratios and slightly different bolt patterns for the driveshaft. Just looking for a version number stamped on the back of my pumpkin somewhere.

I want a Datsun 280z. I've wanted one for over 5 years now. Well, real life has kept me from achieving this goal. Then I came across a 300zx Z31 which I love alot but its just no fun, maybe because I'm repairing it out of necessity as its my only car that I own. I thought owning old cars was supposed to be fun.

I just need a project car that can be a project car and if something breaks, i just let it sit till I get around to it. Come to think of it, my 84 Virago is exactly like that as its got a bad ignition coil and I'd rather dump money into my car's rear end before fixing the bike.
