New fursona
General | Posted 13 years agoSo, I gave it some thought and I decided to come up with a new primary fursona for the sake of renewal. Never did anything with my last one and I guess my I want to be a scientist phase has run its course so I wanted to do something markedly different and quirkier. So I present you all with Terry Disco. And now I will aimlessly talk about the character.
Terry Disco is an actor who appears exclusively in homoerotic snuff films in which he is killed every time. He is a flamboyant Lammergeier with a doofy Morrissey haircut. A whole lot of irony with this one because I'm rather averse to the caricature, trying-too-hard female behavior that can characterize flamboyancy and because the character is a vulture that dies over and over again. I think it's my recent Of Montreal fanatism that inspired this character or just flamboyant alter-egos like Georgie Fruit and Ziggy Stardust in general. I don't know. Maybe I'll sit down when nothing is causing me any deal of stress and whip out my tablet and draw him. I don't know.

Basically, he's a guy that wears the same old Dilophosaur mask I wear at cons, but with a tail and claws. And also his horns aren't stuffed so that they don't flop around like my mask. Apparently, he predates my possession of the mask. I got it in late june last year and he was at AC before. If I was a little bitch boy like a lot of the kids on here, I'd throw a fit and either try to change my fursona or claim that he copied me, but I'm not 14 or mentally unhinged. Anyways, I thought it was a funny thing to share. If I go to AC next year, we could probably be super bro pals/partners in crime.

And well, someone suggested months ago that there should be a group called Handsome_furs just to spite people. So now that I'm listening to Handsome Furs, I'm brought back to that idea.
