Okay, so spring is finally here and I am holding up requests and commissions in the spring theme! So that means stuff like green grass and blue skies and lovely weather in general :3

TERMS OF SERVICE

If you would like a commission from me, please read the following and email me your commission details.

1) Once you have discussed with me what you would like for your commission, payment is due. This can be in full or half, though for commissions of under $20 I require it paid in full. This is negotiable. I only accept PAYPAL.

2) Please be specific with what you want to prevent multiple reworks and to save on time for both myself and you.

3) Waiting time is anything from a week up to a month. I work and attend college so cannot dedicate my full time to commissions though I can assure you will receive your commission. Do not hesitate to contact me on the status of your commission through email or one of my galleries at any time.

4) If you require a deadline, let me know BEFORE payment. Deadline must be at least a month in advance.

5) If something is slowing my work progress I will update about it in my gallery journals.

6) I have the right to refuse a commission if the subject matter does not appeal to me.

7) I may finish smaller commissions faster than more complex ones.

8) I will ship original artwork for an additional fee of $3

9) The commissioned piece received is for private use only. You may post it to your gallery as long as credit and a link back to my page is given. You may print it or make things for your personal use. You are also allowed to colour it if it is a sketch or line art, provided you credit me for the original art. You may not sell the artwork for profit or reproduce the image in any way. You also may not edit it with the exception of colouration.

10) Once payment has been received I will start on the sketch. The sketch will then be shown to the client for approval. Two reworks can be done if needed for the extra fee of $3 per rework. Minimal edits are free. If approved I will then ink and colour. If the client wants to see the inks they must let me know at the time of approving the sketch. I will not add anything extra to the commission after the final image.
