ToS - Terms of Service

AGB – Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen


Ablauf:
1. Der Platz auf meiner Warteliste garantiert nicht, dass ich den Auftrag auch fertig stellen werde. (Außer er wurde bereits bezahlt)

2. Ich fertige erst eine Skizze an. Erst wenn die Skizze vom Käufer bestätigt wurde und der Betrag auf meinem Konto oder Paypal Konto eingetroffen ist, werde ich weiter an dem Auftrag arbeiten.

3. Nachdem die Bezahlung eingetroffen ist, werde ich so schnell es mir möglich ist das Bild fertig stellen. Dies sollte in den meisten Fällen nur einige Tage bis Wochen dauern, kann sich je nach Lebenslage und Zwischenfällen situationsbedingt allerdings auch in seltenen Fällen bis zu 3 Monate hinziehen. Ich arbeite nicht nach festen Deadlines.

4. Im Preis sind bis zu zwei Änderungen der Skizze enthalten. Jede weitere Änderung an der Skizze wird mit einem Aufpreis verrechnet.

5. Am fertigen Bild werde ich keine Änderungen mehr vornehmen, außer der Fehler liegt ausdrücklich bei mir.

6. Zum problemlosen Bearbeiten des Auftrages brauche ich ein Referenz Sheet oder ein anderes geeignetes Referenz Bild oder eine möglichst detaillierte Beschreibung. Wenn mir im fertigen Bild Fehler unterstellt werden die auf dem Referenzbild nicht sichtlich erkennbar waren, werde ich für die Änderung einen Aufpreis verlangen oder eine Änderung ablehnen, wenn ich es nicht für möglich halte die Fehler zu korrigieren. (Z. B. ist es nicht möglich dunkle Flächen wieder heller einzufärben.)
Bitte beachte hierfür, dass ich nur traditionell arbeite und leider nicht jede Nuance einer Farbe vorhanden ist, es können also leichte Abweichungen im Vergleich zu der vorgegebenen digitalen Farbpalette auftreten.

7. Ich werde das Bild einscannen und das Original zuschicken.

8. Falls das Bild beim unversicherten oder versicherten Versand verloren geht werde ich nur einen Scan nach schicken. Ich werde keine weitere Zeichnung anfertigen, da der Fehler nicht bei mir sondern bei der deutschen Post oder DHL liegt. Ich übernehme keine Haftung für verloren gegangene Ware. Am sichersten ist die direkte Übergabe des Bildes bei einem Treffen wie einem Stammtisch oder einer Convention.

9. Die Versandkosten trägt der Käufer. Hierbei steht es dem Käufer frei sich für einen versicherten oder unversicherten Versand zu entscheiden. Ab einem Wert von 20 € werde ich nur versichert versenden.



Bezahlung und Rückzahlung

1. Die Preise sind in Euro angegeben und zu bezahlen

2. Die Bezahlung kann bar, per Banküberweisung oder per PayPal erfolgen

3. Versandkosten fallen extra an

4. PayPal Gebühren sind im Preis enthalten

5. Eine Rückzahlung biete ich nur mit 50 % des Betrages an solange ich noch keine Coloration angefangen habe. Sobald das Bild fertig ist werde ich keine Rückzahlung mehr anbieten.

6. Der Käufer / die Käuferin übernimmt die Haftung dafür, dass er oder sie das Design des Charakters nutzen darf. Ich als Künstler übernehme keinerlei Haftung dafür, ob das Design wirklich dem Auftraggeber gehört oder dieser es nutzen darf. Dies ist allein Lärungssache des Käufers / der Käuferin.


Nutzungsrechte:

1. Unter der Voraussetzung, dass Künstler und Käufer, bzw Motiv, genannt und verlinkt werden, steht es dem Verkäufer sowie dem Käufer frei Das Bild bzw. den Scan des Bildes, auf unbegrenzte Zeit, auf allen Seiten hoch zu laden (Außer es wird im einzelnen Fall gesondert abgesprochen).

2. Die Verwendung zu kommerziellen Zwecken, Verkauf von Duplikationen ist dem Käufer untersagt.

3. Änderungen an dem Bild dürfen nur durch mich, den Künstler, unternommen werden oder in Ausnahmen nach Rücksprache mit mir. Ansonsten darf das Bild nicht durch den Käufer oder durch Dritte verändert werden.

Es ist mir, dem Verkäufer erlaubt, meine Nutzungsrechte jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen oder zu ändern.

And it seems more people died in this year, than in any year before...

It started with the funeral of my aunt on January 6th.
She died a year ago some days before christmas. She only got 57 years old.
Last week she would have became 58. It was so absolutely hard to read all the sad comments on your facebook profile an your birthday and I coulnd't resist to cry...
You leaved a space in our family. Grandpa is well, he misses you, his daughter, - as your daughter and your grand daughter are missing you.

My aunt told me in September, on the day when Mäuschen died, that you suffer on cancer.
I didn't met you often but I know you have been one of the strongest women I ever knew, allways happy but so fighting agains so endles many problems and pain, other people couldn't even emagine.
And only 2 weeks later you died.... I would have never emagine, it could happen so fast.. Your mum misses you more than anything else... And my aunt seems to be broken about your lost, too. She knew you since you was born cause you was the daughter of her best friend.

Kosten: Achtung! Die Preise sind noch nicht ganz ausgehandelt, aber rechnet bitte mit ca 40-50€ für die Übernachtung, Strom, Wasser, Aufenthalt - evtl aber auch günstiger!

Beschreibung:

In der Lüneburger Heide in Niedersachsen, ca. zwei Kilometer von dem Heideort Wietzendorf entfernt, findest du einen der schönsten Campingplätze in Deutschlands. Das Camp ist umgeben von Wäldern und Wiesen und wenn das Wetter schön warm ist, ist auch noch ein ca. 3,5 Hektar großer See mit einem langen Sandstrand vorhanden. Es werden sehr viele Freizeitaktivitäten geboten.

Zum groben Ablaufplan:

Am Donnerstag könnt ihr ab 12 Uhr anreisen und es euch erst mal gemütlich machen und alles auf dem Platz kennen lernen. Am Abend hat jeder die Möglichkeit mit zu grillen und sich bei einem kleinen Lagerfeuer zu Unterhalten und kennen zu lernen.

Dann ist geplant am Freitag die Freizeitaktivitäten des Camps zu nutzen, z.B. das Badeparadies, die Sauna usw. alles was das Camp mit sich bringt. Am Nachmittag steht dann auch ein Suitwalk an. Die genaue Route wird noch besprochen!
Am Abend ist dann geplant in einem Restaurant gemeinsam zu essen. Danach wird das Lagerfeuer wieder angezündet und Marshmallows werden angeboten. Für Musik beim Lagerfeuer wird auch gesorgt.

Am Samstag ist dann geplant in den Heide-Park zu fahren, dafür wird dann ein Shuttle Services bereitgestellt um die Fahrt kurz zu halten (Fahrzeit ca. 5-10 min).
Für die Leute, die nicht gerne in den Heide-Park gehen stehen selbstverständlich die Freizeitaktivitäten des Camps weiter zu Verfügung. Späteres Anschließen an die Heide-Park Gruppe ist natürlich jederzeit möglich – hierfür steht dann aber kein Shuttle-Service zur Verfügung.
Vielleicht schaffen wir es ja dieses Mal das PierOne für uns zu buchen (letztes mal waren wir zu wenige Teilnehmer)
Die genaue Getränkepreisliste im PierOne und einen genauen Zeitlichen Tabellarischen Ablaufplan werden wir noch nachträglich hinzufügen.

Auto-Stellplätze:
Bei der Ankunft müsst ihr auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Camp parken, danach holt ihr euch die Auto-Stellplatz-Karte an der Rezeption - die kostet euch 6€ Pfand - was ihr bei der Abgabe der Karte wieder bekommt + zusätzliche Kosten von 2,50€ am Tag für den Stellplatz.

*Nicht im Grundpreis enthalten. Diese müssen im Camp an der Kasse bezahlt werden um den Grundpreis gering zu halten. So hat auch jeder die Wahl was die Person gerne machen möchte, da nicht jeder alles mag.
** Fleisch könnt ihr im Supermarkt selber kaufen oder mitbringen. Wir bieten euch aber auch an, euch in eine Liste einzutragen was ihr gerne haben wollt, dies wird dann vor Grillstart von uns im Supermarkt für euch gekauft. Wir bringen euch dann die Quittung mit und ihr könnt dann euer Essen bezahlen.

... Hello lovely FA diary...

I feel little bit bored right now, and I think I can write a little bit english again after some time. Need little bit more experience.. So... Diary - if you feel a mistake I write on you, please tell me.

Last two weeks (and about my time as a cleaner for a turk ô.O')

So, I had 2 weeks of practise in a little business of a dress maker or somethink similar... Someone who likes to make your pants smaller, thinner and shorter, if they don't fit you and so on. Hope ya know whatamean.
So I was very busy the last two weeks.
I wanted to learn something for my practise doing fursuit building.
But... Yeah...
I had to work monday to saturday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm... 6 days the week...
After all I was the german cleaner for a turk... *searching for an angry smiley but can't find something like this, so I decide to write something like... uhm...*: >
I had to clean his kitchen and the floor everyday...
All I could do was pening a lot of seams on pants....

Yeah, after all I don't like this job, because you can only learn here to do "changing dress maker" and not "really dress maker" ( the first one needs 2 years education, the second one needs 3 years. But for the second one you need to do the first one at first, and thats a lot too boring for me and a lot TOOO MUCH STRESS with all the consumers x.x - we had 1-3 costumers every 5th minutes!

Feelings right now

Something more to say, uhm, dunno...
Somehow I feel sad.
As sad as I feel my whoole life long. But I can't understand really why. I am never satisfied with myself somehow... I feel lonely, also though I have my boyfriend, but somehow, dunno, I feel lonely nevertheless as my life long... And just can't understand why...

Also I am thinking a lot about my past, the last years and all the people I knew and met and I lost.
Somehow, I wish I could forget the most of all these memories, nevermind if they are nice memories ore bad memories. All the happy and all the sad moments. I wish they could just dissapear out of my mind, because they have no sense at all I think, and they just aggravate me (what a word... just found it in the google translator *cough* ).

I don't feel worse than ever before I think. But I am neither really happy...
GOOOSH - people! Just make me happy! Doe SOMETHING! Dunno what! But I hate this black, dark, grey, sad, grumpy feeling without any matter -.-'


About the commissions:

- the tail for Leitwolf is ready and paid. I will start with his feetpaws and handpaws as soon as I WILL HAVE NEW MATERIAL!!!

Commission problems about the DAMMIT MATERIIIAAALS!!!!! AND FU***NG MONEY F&AZ%$JE§S#

Yeah, I dunno if anybody is wondered why I don't seem to build any fursuit stuff at the moment...

I need 241€ for Fursuit building MATERIALS I need for the claws, molds, bases and pawpads...
Also I saw I need some more new black and white Luxury Shag fur.


Money problems
The employment exchange gives me about 340€ per month. I need to pay food for me or my pets, the cats or the dog, also sometimes bills of the veterinary and clothes or similar things for daily life. I also would need a mobile phone - my one is the old one of my sister and my mobile phone is 6 years old now... Also I would need a good camera for taking pictures of animals and fursuiters... and I would like to buy some shoes for the winther, cause my shores wich costs 10€ (about 15$) are always wet outside because of the rain - but nooo - I have no money for anything of this at all o__O - Because I always at first want to buy fursuit building materials! - I must be crazy, yes... But I hope I could get just some hundred euros for buying a new mobile phone or a camera or at least shoes :(
But at first I want to pay all the 300 or mor € back to my boyfriend he payd for me because of the Eurofurence, vehicle petrol or fuel and food...

Nonsmoker and no need of sleeping-pills anymore now :)
- Yeah, since may my pills for sleep are emty. Normally I would had need new oney, but I couldn't find a doctore who has space for new patients... Tjaja... Now I don't have any more pills and had no other way as stopping taking them... After 4 dammit struggleing hard weeks without much sleep and a lot of tears and dizzy in my head, the fight was over. Now I can sleep without any pills again :)

Also, because my boyfriend wouldn't accept in any way that I was smoker - I had no other choice as stopping smoking.
Since may now I didn't smoke any more. Think this is also a good thing :)
Normally that must spare me about 25€ per month... But somehow I can't see any of the money, I would normally had smoke <.<.... So... Don't spare much money though.


My lovely motheraunt is in hospital :'(
She is something like a mother for me, cause my parent's never cared a lot about me, she does.
When I was a child I always used to sleep in her bed. I allways wanted to be on her side and spent the most time with her, and she was like a mother to me. I lived in her home and she teached me everything importand. She paid my food and my clothes and everything I need. Because my parents never had much money and also they didn't cared a lot about me or my sister either.
3 weeks ago I visted my aunt and she gets sick. At first she got a cold / chills / ague or something like this....
Next day, when I was back home my sister called me and told me our aunt is in hospital, because of her heart... She has a virus in her heart and so they need to take out her pacemaker she needs for her heart, because this thing seemed to be effected, too.
Now she is in hospital since 3 weeks and tomorrow she will get a new kind of pacemaker...
I hope so much everything will get better for her...
I am very very scared for her, because she seems to had too much stress. She had a stroke just 4 years ago. and two heart attacks in the past 20 years.
Also the doctors says now - it is something 'seriously'...
Never heard they told us something seriously before... What ever... Doesn't seems to be good :'(
She is 66 years old now... I hope she will get 100 or more....

As I tell, I feel lonely, so I need to tell it someone. So I chooced the FA journal. Maybe someone is interested how I feel, I though... And if not, doesn't matter at all...

I really really want to build more on my fursuit projects.
All commissions I made gave me the money, to buy new material for suit building.
But now I made a head for getting experience in building fursuits. I made new handpaws for my mate and a tail for the finished head I made. Also I made new handpaws for myself.
The Problem is, that that building experiences eaten up all my material wich I need for more handpaws, feetpaws, molds and head bases D:

Because I need very fast 241€ for fursuit-building materials, I want to open my Commissions for this time, until I have enough money :)

Wie dieses Jahr wollen wir auch für das kommende Jahr wieder das Fur-Paws-Camp planen und bräuchten dafür einmal eine grobe Zahl von Interessierten, die generell zu so einem treffen Lust hätten!

Genauere Infos gibt es dann später, erst einmal nur eine ganz kurze Zusammen fassung dass ihr wisst worum es geht:

Zeitraum: 3-4 Tage, Donnerstag bis Sonntag
Kosten: ca. 50€ pro Person für Übernachtung, Wasser, Strom, Aufenthalt
Was ihr braucht: ein Zelt oder jemand der sich mit euch ein Zelt teilt, Bargeld für Essen und Unternehmungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Heidepark Soltau, Gute Laune!

Hat da jemand generell schon mal Interesse dran in irgendeiner Art und weise??
Wir müssten schon mal in etwa wissen wie viele Leute wir anmelden können, und brauchen dafür nur eine grobe Richtung.

Dies ist noch keine feste Anmeldung - sondern die Homepage und alles wird später noch genauer bekannt gegeben und veröffentlicht,

Just a short summary what the Fur-Paws-Camp is about:

FurPaws Camp 2015
Where: Südsee Camp, in 29649 Wietzendorf (Niedersachsen, nearby Soltau)
Date: July 2015 (we will publish the exactly date if we have it fix, in a later Journal)
Time: 3-4 days, Thursday to Sunday
Costs: ca. 50€ per Person for overnight stays, whater, electricy, stay
What do you need: a tent or someone who chares his tent with you, some money for food, swimming, sauna, and adventure park "Heidepark Soltau", good mood and fun!
traveling: by train or by car - your car may stay on our place with all our tents together, so it is everytime close to you! - If you travel by train we can take you with our cars from the station to our place, if you pay some extra fees to the driver)

Are you interested in spending some funny time with us together?
We are some very very kind fursuiters and nonsuiters, males and females

We just need about a number of how people could come to the event, so that we can register a number of how many attendees may come.

We will publish the homepage and the register page and the exactly dates of the event after we have a roughly number of attendees.

Yo.... Deutsch - da ich dort eh nur Leute getroffejn hatte die auch deutsch sprachen, ich kenn ja leider nicht so viele...

Alles in allem - naja... war ich nicht begeistert von der EF.
Die Stimmung hat mir gefehlt und Freunde ebenso, waren die meiste Zeit allein auf dem Zimmer oder sind mit Lainy, Roshy und Iron durch die Stadt getingelt - was auch schon das schönste an der EF war.

Irgendwie fühle ich mich nicht (mehr??) wohl im Furry Fandom.
Immer wieder sieht und erfährt man Dinge auf der EF oder generell auf solchen Conventions die man lieber aus dem Kopf verbannen würde... Tja... Kann man nichts machen...
Zu viele Gestalten die extrem gestunken haben und sehr ungepflegt herum irrten - und das waren etwa die Hälfte der Besucher, hab ich das Gefühl.
Leute die in Babystramplern für Erwachsene rum laufen.
Und dann auch noch 12 Leute sehen wo man erfährt oder weiß, dass soe Sex mit Tieren haben - nein Danke.
Und dazu dann alle anderen die das alles voll okay finden, weil jedem das seine.
Aber das alles in der Öffentlichkeit? Muss das wirklich sein? Ernsthaft??

Was ich traurig fand - ich habe einige ehemalige Freunde und bekannte gesehen und freudig begrüßt und gewunken und angesprochen und als Antwort kam immer nur ein sehr genervtes Gesicht und ein zugedrehter Rücken.
Ich weiß ja nicht ob irgendwie was geredet wird oder wieso auf einmal immer mehr Leute so reagieren oder was ich verbrochen haben soll, aber naja, kann mir auch egal sein.


Nächstes Jahr EF? Ich weiß es nicht. Kommt auf das Thema drauf an und die allgemeine Situation.

Vielen Dank hier aber an Roshy, Lainy und Iron - mit denen wir paar nette Stunden und viel Spaß hatten.
Zum Glück wohnen wir dann doch in erreichbarer Nähe beisammen, so kann man sich auch außerhalb so einer Con mal sehen und was unternehmen.
So viel Geld muss ich aber nicht mehr unbedingt ausgeben für nichts und wieder nichts.


Was mir bleibt ist nur ein extrem bitterer Nachgeschmack, aber wenigstens hab ich keine Post-Con-Depression.
Vielleicht sollte ich mich nach allem was man so erfährt und sieht mich doch mehr vom Fandom entfernen...
