Pre-claim List (Always Open)
Posted 2 years agoJust a shout out to my watchers who would be interested in having their username added to the 'Pre-claim List' I'm putting together.
-Those on the list will automatically get a link to any future pre-claim design noted to them when the design become available for purchase.
-Those not on the list will need to watch out for the journals regarding available pre-claims and comment on those posts, then wait for me to send the link.

Posted 3 years agoI’m offering pre-claim to my watchers, on new unposted adopt designs.
For those who are unaware of what pre-claim is, basically my watchers get the chance to view and buy designs before they get posted publicly into my gallery.
There are:
Mostly outfits, four weapons, and two male characters
A mixture of male and female clothing.
Two third are chibi and one third are fullbody clothing.
Prices ranges between:
Chibi: $6- $9 USD depending on the design. (Mostly $9 ones)
Fullbody: $16- 25 USD depending on the design. Some are shaded.
Please Note: Almost all of the fullbody designs have come out of my private collection, as recently I have done a mega cleanout of my designs and adopts, and am selling a lot of designs that I will likely not use. So, prices for these fullbody outfits will vary depending on my fondness of them.

Important Update.
Posted 5 years agoA note for my watchers and buyers.
Recently there have been some changes in my life (nothing bad) that will affect the time I have to work on my art. Because of that I’ve decided to focus any time I have for art on personal stuff and adoptable designs. I find making adopts relaxing on some days, plus I have a lot of half-finished designs that will seem a waste to just delete.
So, for the foreseeable future I will no longer be offering customs and commissions, fitted characters, back views, and other extra options that have been listed on my adopts in the past. My apologies to those that were interested in those things.
I will still be offering shading, CYOP, and colour changes.
Thank you to all those who have purchased adopts, customs, and extra options from me in the pat. I appreciate it.

EDIT: Zombie Hearts have been discontinued and will no longer be collected as of 1/4/2021.
All past Zombie Hearts already collected are still valid and can be used.
Zombie Hearts is a rewards system for my buyers.
Buyers can obtain discounts off future purchases when a certain number of Hearts have been collected.

Payment Types

Full payment is required to be paid up front before a commission will be started.
Payment must be sent within 7 days upon agreeing to the commission. If payment is not received within 7 days then I will cancel the commission.
If any issues arrive where a client cannot pay within the 7 days period, then please inform me.
If sending payment via paypal then please send it as 'goods and services' with 'no shipping address'. And please add your username as reference so I know who it's from.

Please note I use bases when designing customs.
If wished, the commissioners can pick from those I have collected, or they can supply a F2U (free to use) base that is permitted for custom use.

Custom/Commission Progress Steps
Step 1:
I begin with a sketch using the information supplied.
Once something is sketched out it’s sent to the buyer for approval.

Step 3:
Flat colours will be added, and sent to the buyer for approval. Once approved I will begin step 4.

(Please make sure you’re happy with the sketch, lines, and colours before I begin step 4.
Any sudden major changes wishing to be done during and/or after step 4 will come at an extra cost.)
(Any rejected sketches or rejected parts of a sketch remain under my ownership and can be used by me as I please- unless they were a particular detail provided by the buyer like crests, logos, characters, etc- which remain under the buyer’s ownership. Effort will be made to insure that any rejected details similar to the buyer's final design will be altered as to not look the same.)

When Ordering Commissions
Customs
When designing I need information to work with.
What I need:
-Gender- male, female, neutral, etc.
-Any particular details that needs adding- like a hood, no shoes, no left sleeve, three belts etc.
-Base to be used.
-The theme of the design- steampunk, fantasy, futuristic, noble, rogue, street, disco, etc.
-If a character is involved then it helps to know and see that character, but if there isn't any or the client wishes the character to remain private, then I can design without it.
-Any other relevant information.
-I'm happy to use references provided, as they help give me an idea of what the commissioner is looking for.
(Any references provided that don’t belong to the commissioner, will only be used as a general guideline.)
What doesn't help when giving me information for the commission.
"I want a fantasy outfit with a hood."
(This gives me no direction to start in. I don't know if the design is to be noble, rogue, assassin, mage or what?)
What does help when giving me information for the commission.
"I want a fantasy outfit for a male character who is a mage. I would like the design to have a hood and to look noble."
(This description gives me a direction to go in, and I know where to start.)

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations
Clients may cancel the commission only before the payment has been sent.
Refunds
I don’t offer refunds, so please make sure the commission is still wanted before any payment is sent.
If a client has cancelled up to three commissions with me, then they will no longer be dealt with.
Rules Regarding Chargeback
If a chargeback is issued against me by a commissioner then I will NOT deal with that person again, and any designs that the chargeback amount was associated with will be forfeited by the commissioner and will return back into my ownership to do with as I please, regardless of who issued the chargeback.
I have the right to cancel any and all commissions for whatever reasons that may arise.
If I'm the one that cancels a commission, then I’ll refund the payment for that commission in full (excludes cancellations due to lack of reply from the commissioner.)

If a custom is sold, traded, or gifted to a new owner, please tell me who it was given too, so I can keep my records up to date.

If I send a note asking a question, then I’d appreciate a reply.

If a reply is not gotten after four weeks the order will be cancelled. A refund will be issued for the cancelled order, but will be subjected to a non-refundable fee.
Please don’t give me the silent treatment. I’d prefer a reply, positive or negative rather then none at all. If a person can no longer pay, are no longer interested, or just don't know what to say, then just tell me- I would prefer to be told then not have a reply at all.
