Just not a happy individual lately.

I need more to life than just waking up, going to work, and coming home. This is killing me. I feel abandoned most of the time and well fuck, I'm so used to that it really shouldn't bother me. Idk, something needs to change and quick. Also realizing that I really don't trust some people in my life, and that really bothers me.

Eh christ almighty.. guess I'll stick around. Just not going to be putting up with anyone's crapola.

Yeah think I'm going to kind of take my presence to other pastures so to speak. There's just been a lot of drama the past few days that I just don't care for, and honestly is just downright amazeballs fucking stupid. (lulz, since when is there NOT drama on here) but it's kind of reminded me why I left FA a while back in the first place. None of it personally involves me, just to make that clear, just side eyeing a lot of people atm.

Going to just finish one piece of owed art and then sit back and have a few drinks. Kind of excited because my Birthday is tomorrow. Don't normally get too worked up about it, but hopefully it'll be a good one. :3

Sorry for being MIA for a bit, just kind of exploring new sites/new art and such. Just also been in kind of a downtime where I'm not too social. Those moods come and go.

So ended up attending MLP MSP here in Minneapolis. First con ever....FUCKING EPIC! I totally got to meet Andrea Libman (Pinkie Pie/Fluttershy) and Michelle Creber (Sweetie Belle) and got them to sign my DS. Blew and entire damn paycheck on art, but was so worth it, plus my birthday is this week, so thought I'd spoil myself. Omg it was heaven! Still just over the moon about it all. Oh god...the cosplays. Some of them were so damn amazing!

Also got a sketch commission from Braeburned/ LittleIvy25 of Bal'i ponified. SO FRIGGIN CUTE! I would have gladly paid him so much more than the $10 he charged me. I ended up paying him $15 because I was so damn impressed. Also getting a badge of Bal'i done by an artist named Pawprint. ^^

I have decided that I am setting up a booth there next year. SO EXCITED!

Now off to shower and relax from work and I'll be on in a few hours to post pics and lurk skype. :)

I guess I won't be going to the MLP convention this Friday. Would love to go, but alas, I have work, and that's a responsibility that I just can't fuck off on. I've only missed one day of work in the 7 months I've been there, and fuck if I'm not constantly broke. So Money > MLP. Anyways, hopefully I can get a refund and have a bit more added back into my sorry bank account.


Maybe I'll aim for another convention later in the year.

If you haven't noticed, I tend to be a bit...well not lazy about answering people, it's just that I read comments/replies and kind of sit there for a bit and have to think up a reply. Have a day off tomorrow, a short shift on Thursday, and then off on Friday. It's kind of my set schedule now for work.

During those 3 days I will be working on owed art/the comic. During the days I do work, I'll be working on other things and just personal art. I've been trying to get a proper schedule down, and tried to work on art on days I do work. Truthfully sometimes I'm way too exhausted to work on anything serious on those days. So the little break I do get during those 3 days I know I'll be able to accomplish more.

I'll most likely just be lurking around tonight/taking it easy as the last 3 days of work have been thoroughly insane. (Yay Memorial Day and retail) ;;

He's providing the amazing script, and I'm doing the artwork. Been dying to make a comic for ages, but I fail at the writing part. He approached me a few weeks back and we've been plotting ever since. :)

I am so fucking excited I can hardly contain myself. This is totally a dream come true!

Feeling 110% better. I got to work this morning and instantly was just fine and dandy. Wish I could have stayed later tbh. I think I was just bored and perhaps starting in on a bit of cabin fever. My work friends are just amazing at making me feel better about things though. Don't know what I'd do without them. <3

Well today apparently isn't my day. Not digging things that have been irking me little by little and really don't know how to go about solving them.

Trying to rework a commission that I had to redraw frantically this morning as the other one just had too much wrong with it. Was almost done with it too. ;; Sorry, I should have it to you by Friday. For your wait, I'm going to be upgrading your lineart to a fully shaded/colored halfshot.

Apparently need to find a new job, but I know there are going to be some snags there that are going to arise, thus why I have been torn on actually looking. Most of the morning crew at my current work are slowly being taken out by some nasty cold/flu that's been going around and guess who now has the start of a sore throat and a cough. I'll be fucked if I have to call off, because in the 7ish months I've worked there, I've called off once. I've worked through horrid colds, a case of hypothermia, mild concussions and immense pain from this damn bone disease. I can't afford to call in among other reasons why I can't call off.

All in all I'm just getting to the point where I'm not sure wtf to do. I kind of feel like beating my head against a wall and seeing what happens.
