I apologize for this, because I miss everyone so much and cannot believe I have been so swept away by life! I am going to make a strong effort to return and post because I never stopped making art, I just stopped keeping up with the activity part...
Shared a table with the most epic of entities this weekend!
AirRaiser was SOOOO much fun to get to know and an amazingly talented person. She was also very generous and runs a far better and streamlined operation then I so It was a real pleasure to learn from her this past 3 days! And thanks to her encouragment and inspiration I will be frantically updating and posting some of my pieces from more recent years! Thanks for bearing with me thru out my abscense and I hope that you all are well! Gonna get my furbutt back in gear now!! Le RAWR!
Congrats to all the wonderful lovely loves that I have been missing out on! So many big life events have occured!! My own personal madness and happiness includes my beautiful little girl who is turning 3 years old next month!! AHHHH!!! Another reason for my abscense but only because she's a diabolical genius and a full time job for sure. I and equally proud and terrified by her brilliance. She is most definatly my little goob tho, her current obsessions being the movies ParaNorman and the original Disney Alice in Wonderland, and of course, My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic ;) I am one lucky mamma!!

Posted 18 years agoWhat a crazy week... Let me start off by saying this past weekend will forever be IMBEDED in my memory as an absolute blast from beginning to end.. discluding the traveling parts anyway... FURFRIGHT!!!
I can't even begin to put into words how psyched I was to meet all of you! I apologize if I was ever wierd... I live a shetlered life and that was definatly a human overload for me o.o SO many memories and highlights I can't even begin to sum up...
Robert and Aura welcoming me with open arms and making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived... Jolyn Being ten times as amazing in person, Chiv being an aboslute DOLL, Razerz charming and fun from head to toe, Savvy and Ary being all that I imagined and more, Sofur being so chill, Louve making me laugh and grin ear to ear as she pranced around barefoot in a coonskin hat and got hasseled by THE MAN for having a free spirit, Kyoska being such a sweety, BooBoobunny being SO DAMN CUTE, and Stephen Colbert for stealing my HEART with her accuracy and character devotion, Schulo for being so incredibly GENEROUS and kind, Stray for being my twin and keeping me company all morning... ALL OF YOU!!! I met so many, and I plan on posting a huge long rant on GreatestJournal when I have the time... I won't have much intravebs until after the weekend.
Working doubles everyday to compensate for having Fur Fright off... I also lost a close friend over the weekend while I was gone. So I need some time to deal with it emotionally before I get back into the internet groove and scan and post the stock pile of art I've got going.

Furfright HELP!!
Posted 18 years agoSo, I'm putting aside some dollars here and there to save up the $98 dollars I'm going to need for a bus ticket, the room charge, and some vittles. I'm seriously commiting myself to this trip and the days are solidly taken off from work ^___^
My bus will show up in the Waterbury Greyhound Station at 6:45 so I'm currently trying to find out how far away the hotel is? Hopefully I can walk there! JOLYN! I do not have a cellphone ;____; So I don't know how to reach you when I get there...
I'm willing to pay people in art for a possible ride to the hotel? PLEASE! I'm quite and non-obtrusive and so LOST when I'm away from my nest o.o
I get nervous about traveling. BUT I'M SO PSYCHED TO MEET EVERYBODY! So hopefully the adrenaline will cancel out the paranoia!

I have had such a horrid bout of bad luck this past few months x.x
And as though to cement the concept, I went to deposit my $300 paycheck today... and whats this?? MY ACCOUNT HAS NEGATIVE $331?? When I know for a fact there should be at least $200 in there. So they check on my account activity and my Debit card has been PILLAGED. I had lost the old one in Bar Harbor towards the end of august and applied for a new one. But for some reason they neglected to put a hold on the account? So some FUCKWAD figured out my pin and had been using my card to buy various car parts and WALMART BLING. I am LIVID. I've also been informed it may take upwards of TWO WEEKS to get all this straightened out and track down the individual. At least they finally put a stop on the card tho. It really sucks though, because my car payment needs to come out tomorrow and I also had planned to attend the Zombie March in Boston this Saturday. I honestly don't know If I can afford to make the trip now. I have gas money contributers but I'm scared to death of some emergency situation arising. I've also been meaning to pick up my new glasses but can't until I have $115 (I've been wearing my glasses from the 7th grade since my other pair got crushed on my birthday in all the ruckus... and the current pair i'm wearing are three prescriptions behind so i might as well be BLIND) FUCKFUCKFUCK MONEYFUCK...
I hate money! HATE IT. I just wanna go live in the woods and eat pinecones and BARK damnit. Life would be so much more simple. I don't get a paycheck again until next wednesday And I have so many stupid end of the month financial obligations... I'm not going to let this effect FF plans though. I may look into a bus ticket now, versus' driving down... Hopefully prices are reasonable. I wish I could bring my own car and be MOBILE while I'm there... But I have legs. And Walking is better for me anyway. This deffinatly means I have to start scraping some extra cash together and saving it aside.
I'm going to start offering cheeeeeap commissions since I've been productive artwise lately. And the pin commissions as well. But I don't want to guilt anyone into it ;____;

Hope to have a few things scanned within the next few days! My Prisma markers are dying ;___; But they lasted almost three years so I really can't complain. I just really can't afford to replace them right now which means I'll be going back to pencils and I'm out of practice ;____;

FURFRIGHT 2007!!
Posted 18 years agoWHOSE GOING?!? Lemme know because I'll have uber top secret special surprises for all of you when I get there!!
I'm so excited and I'm already working on a ton of gift badges... I'll be rooming with Jolyn, Chival, possibly Razers, Aura, and another friend of theirs? SO PSYCHED.
Also I'll be driving down to Connecticut from Maine in my big silver station wagon! So if anyone needs a ride along the route, lemme know! I'll have plenty of room!!
Man I've had a crazy week... From going to jail on my birthday for the first time in my entire life. (FORNOREASON) To getting into a fight with skinheads in Salem Mass during and after the show... It was a good show all the same! Lots of fun... just a little crazy towards the end when the skins jumped my friend Dave and punched him in the face FIVE times before DJ got all of iour crew to charge up the stairs as reinforcements. Which ensued a mobile brawl that resulted in the punkers chasing the skins around the city since the quickly learned how outnumbered they were. Fortunatly thru out all of this I was just trying to get my equipment packed up at warp speed since the venue called the cops and told us all to pack up in FIVEMINUTES. Oh what adrenaline can do!!
BLAHBLAHBLAH I need to get all thsi down in GreatestJournal x.x MISSYOUGUYS!

Posted 18 years agoI must be jaded not to have realized how long I've been suffering on DA! PEOPLE AROUND HERE ARE SO NICE!! And helpful, and just... GUH! I'M SO HAPPY! I've just been posting archival material and I've recieved so many nice comments!! And no "EEW.. whats wrong with you? FURSUITER! ANIMALFUCKER! BESTIALITYFREAK" comments...
I'm just an anthro artist! Trying to improve my art. And it feels so good to finally find a place I can have constructive critique from.
SO THANKYOU TO EVERYONE WHOSE SAID HELLO, FAV'D, WATCHED, OR COMMENTED SO FAR!
You have no idea how much it means after years of stagnant /mixed response on DA.
I'm tuckered out for now on posting old stuff... I think everything else will go into scraps from now on and I'll just post my more recent material in the gallery. I purchased a new scanner yesterday! But I've yet to get it working... so expect another huge tidal wave of art once I get the blasted thing figured!
I'm off to ink some Furfright badges! I finsihed Ary and Savicorns joint badge but I'm not happy with the out come so I'll prolly redo it... Sketch is done for Jolyn and Chivals.
