A newer and very talented artist has slots in a comic up for bid and for the quality and price it's well worth it!
She has done several peaces for me and the prices were well worth it.
the comic consists of 6 pages with 4 slots. 1&2 are for auction and 3&4 are a flat $80 first come first serve.
as of now 1 is open for the starting bid and 2 has only one bit in place.

TOPIC OF DISCUSSION: HOLIDAY SEASON AND THE INFAMOUS RED CUP
Posted 10 years agoOK, so i'm gonna bring up something i really couldn't give two shits about.
so by now i'm sure people have heard about the "Starbucks RED CUP" where all the holiday wording is now gone from.
My personal feelings are just "so what if they are" it's not even Thanksgiving, and even if it was that time why are so many people so damn butt hurt about it just being red.
If it's because they are trying to erase Christmas, it ain't going to happen. actually i'd thing they're trying to include all the seasons holidays in a simple, effective, and from a marketing stand point inexpensive way.

Posted 10 years agoOk, so I'm going to take a chance here and try to have a group discussion with whoever would like to give their two-cents. But basically I'm looking for your opinions and thoughts on a presented topic. So here goes.
The situation is late at night/early morning (about 4:30-5 am) , and a man approaches you and your partner asking if we could help him out at all(money) , and he did ask not order or threaten.
I've played through this scenario a dozen times in my head and have bee wondering if there would be a better way for me to have handled it. But really what would most of you have done here? I can share my event for all to know if you wish, I don't mind.

Posted 10 years agoSo.... wow i'm still trying to get over the thought that is already been 2 years this day that cinnamurdoch and I officially became the golden pair we are.
Honestly, he has brought so much love and joy into my live that the my past seems like a century old memory. he's always been there to support me. can always make me laugh on my bad days. HE PUTS UP WITH CRAZY B.S. which i constantly do with/to him, and he's only hit me ONCE because of it.
never have i had a partner where if we have a fight, and yes we do, can we later bring it up and just laugh about how stupid is was to fight about it. (League of Legends and Magic the Gathering are the only things i can remember in 2 years)
He has told me his darkest secrets and i have told him mine. i trust him with all my life and would give every ounce of my energy to protect him. he has been my dear prince and i his loyal knight. and knowing special things about him has made it really easy to make him cry when i want him to and i do take joy in it; making him that happy.

well i guess i really only made good on one of them. i moved out from my parents. which made money handling/saving/spending all that more complicated. but i still got a ways to in life.
sadly i'm almost just re-posting last year's but adding some things.
1. weekly contact with friends to keep up to date on things i'm not there for.
2.quit being so damn shy about talking to new ppl.
3. become more active in the local furry community.
4. do some woodwork crafts i've been interested in making.
5 learn/practice bass guitar.
6. save up for at least 6 commissions this year(no real set price)

Posted 12 years agoWell I kinda had this idea a bit late for last year so I held it off for this year. I was hoping to be able to get a group of goldens together for a st. patty's day themed commission if any would interested.
Had a thought of the group in a hot tub (a leprechaun's pot over a fire to keep in with the theme) and it can be from just sexy to very sexual and yiffy. Really hoping everyone is ok with it being the more adult one because we're all goldens and this stuff is just really too hot not to do. >:3
If anyone has suggestions for artists please feel free
And price range I was wondering if $20-$25 would be ok, it's still up for negotiation.
Deadline for being in or out and final decision on price and artist i would like to be the 1st or 2nd of March so everyone could have time to get money in and the artist notified and paid, and anything alse that may need taken care of before it's too soon.
as for the group I happen to know these guys are goldens, if I don't happen to know one you do please feel free to add them in to the mix.

Posted 12 years agoIts 4am in the morning for me. I've been working night shift since the start of September. I still really enjoy my job but the night work is just starting to get to me. Got no real life the mon-fri evening and I can either readjust my body clock for a normal day on sat but then reset on sun or just keep it the same and loose my sanity on the weekend talking to myself in the middle of the night and go walk about walmart at 1am-5am to give my mind some stimulation and consider who every weapon can become a weapon to torture or kill ppl and kill hoards of zombies :3 oh yes, how I wish there was mass hoards of those zombies to kill with whatever I could find. <--- see there, going insane. Help wanted? idk. Tis now 4:14. just that much more insane now
