Personality: Rather outgoing, a little too sure of himself. Tends to get into trouble for acting impulsively. Very sleepy and is like Grif when it comes to napping. His teammates constantly find him resting up.

Likes: Foal clacking, makes weird expressions with his face sometimes, reminds people of a baby horse ; Making decisions for his whole squad ; Wiggling his muzzle, it’s like a stim for him ; Getting to lead his squad ; Chasing his own tail. (Lore-wise and when it comes to personality, Oregon is very different from his Spartan counterpart.)

Origin/Basic info: Agent Oregon was augmented into Project Freelancer when he was young and cocky, he thinks highly of himself even though he sits at a too-comfortable spot on the leaderboard—over the years he’s learned to push away this hierarchy and just accept himself, even if he remains with an inflated ego. Mostly fights bare-handed (or clawed?) and occasionally uses a Battle Rifle. Does not stock up on ammo. Never ask him to carry extra. Has a sister named Agent Missouri (Orija Virtanen) whom he clashes with on a daily basis. She was favored by their parents, and Oregon was and still is extremely envious of her. He had mostly involved himself with the military because he wanted to get away from her and live a life on his own, to which she followed in his steps and made it into his unit—Oregon was furious, getting into loads of trouble for attacking a squad member outside of sparring. He’d then been formed into what he is today.
