"TOGEFUR" is The Organizational Growth Ethical Fundraising Understanding Repository (if you can think of a better pun, sing it!)

A coalition of convention charity departments, and partnerships with the non-profit organizations we support. There are best practices and standards that can be built. Most of the non-profits we support are all very well connected with each other already.

The mission of this coalition is to continually transform and grow the community and community partnerships by becoming a resource for both fan conventions and local-area organizations. Including grant funding and technical support.

Furry conventions across the world have seen growing success with fundraising for fandom-adjacent causes for several years now. The Charity departments of these conventions often consist of one or very few individuals, while others are of significant size or count as the entire convention staff. All types of fur-cons support all types of furry-adjacent nonprofits. Everyone is present for everyone else and furries put their money where their paws are in support of themselves and their neighbors.
