The goal of this group is simple: to promote fitness, proper diet and exercise among the FA community!
To Participate:
1. Add this group to your watchlist.
2. Comment on the the group's most recent Monthly Check-In journal, announcing your fitness goal(s). Multiple goals/milestones are OK.
3. Add our usericon to your own profile to display your membership. For information on adding usericons to text, read this help page.
4. Post shouts occasionally letting us know how many miles you ran on a given day, how long you worked out, how many laps you swam, your current weight, et cetera.
5. When you meet a goal, comment on the group's most recent Monthly Check-In journal (or post a shout) to let us know, and you'll be added to the monthly Roll Call Of Awesome.

• Don't start any flamewars. If you're feeling aggro, go run it off. ;-)
• You don't have to BE fit to begin with to be in this group, as long as your GOAL is to be fit eventually.
• All forms of fitness are welcome. Whether you're trying to shed a few pounds or a LOT of weight, whether you're slimming down or building muscle, this is the spot! Sports, weight training, cardio, martial arts...it's all good!
• Be careful in your dieting and exercise. Use common sense, consult your physician, do research, and don't fall for fad diets! And don't try to starve yourself or go way beyond your body's limits!
• This isn't a "beefcake" group. It's fine if you happen to be into well-muscled types, but the primary focus here is activity rather than spectating.
• Believe in yourself and stick to your goals! YOU CAN DO IT!
