By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service below.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

I offer illustration commissions featuring anthropomorphic characters (animals, dragons, griffins, robots, humanoid characters etc).
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
All artworks are created digitally and remain protected by copyright law. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. PRICING

All commissions follow my official price sheet as a base reference.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Character complexity
• Clothing and accessories
• Props and background elements
• Pose or composition complexityThe final price will always be confirmed before work begins.

3. NSFW CONTENT

I accept NSFW commissions primarily centered on male content.
If your request involves specific kinks or themes, they must be clearly explained in advance so I can confirm whether I am comfortable accepting the commission.
I reserve full discretion to decline any subject matter.

4. ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

My standard working canvas size is A3.
Canvas format and orientation (vertical or horizontal) are chosen at my artistic discretion.
If image orientation or format is important for your intended use, you must inform me before work begins.

5. COMMISSION PROCESS

1. Client submits request and references.
2. Price and details are confirmed.
3. A sketch is created.
4. After sketch approval, 100% payment is required.
5. Final rendering begins only after payment is received.

6. REVISIONS & EDITS

Free edits are available during all stages except the final stage.
Edits must be requested during the stage currently being shown.
Requests to change previously approved stages will incur a $20 USD fee per edit.

Major changes after sketch approval may also require additional fees.

7. PAYMENT

•Prices are available in USD and BRL (R$).
•Payment must be completed in full after sketch approval.
•Work continues only after payment confirmation.
•No refunds will be issued after payment has been made.

8. WORK SCHEDULE & TURNAROUND

I work on commissions during weekdays only. I do not work on:

• Saturdays
• Sundays
• Public holidaysTurnaround time varies depending on complexity and queue position and deadlines must be discussed beforehand.

9. USAGE RIGHTS

Personal UseClients may:

• Post the artwork online
• Use it as profile pictures or wallpapers
• Print for personal useCredit must be given whenever possible.

Commercial Use
Commercial usage (merchandise, promotion, resale, branding, etc.) is not included unless negotiated separately and may require additional fees.

10. ARTIST RIGHTS

I retain the right to:

• Display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and social media
• Use artwork for promotional purposes
• Add watermarks when necessary

11. NFT & AI POLICY

My artwork may not be used for:

• NFTs
• Blockchain-related projects
• AI training datasets
• Machine learning or image generation systemsNo permission will be granted for these uses.

12. FINAL DELIVERY

Finished artwork will be delivered digitally in high resolution.
Source files are not included unless previously agreed upon.
