Hi gang, I've decided to take the rest of December "off" from producing the comic, mainly because I'm burnt out, and December is my busiest season with lambs arriving and holiday preparations. I've got a script and I know where the story is headed, I just don't have adequate time to draw right now, and get everything else done. For instance, in the last two weeks, I've had two auto breakdowns, a C-section with dead triplets, a ewe dying while pregnant, and another miscarriage with triplets. Those are just the highlights. And Thanksgiving was in there--we couldn't go to our sister-in-law's on Thursday because the car broke down, and we had a dinner party with some friends here on Friday. And I still have about twenty ewes left to give birth in the next few weeks.

So my buffer, artistically and physically, is empty.

I will use the "time off" to draw more comics, and will resume January 5, 2026. I also need to finish several commission pieces for my Patreon supporters.

In conclusion, I hope you'll understand that this decision did not come easily, but it's really the only thing I could do. The story is at something of a "natural pause" point anyway--the piga-paka game is over, and next up is the preparation for the wedding.
