Hi all. I’m NightWolf714. You can call me Night, Wolfy, Med (after my fursona’s name), or Libby (my RL nick name). My fursona is a shiba inu / timber wolf mix by the name of Med-Night. Outside of the computer world, I'm a registered nurse. My husband, mate, and “Alpha” is the wonderful
norvilion (whose fursona is a cross fox / timber wolf mix with a hint of red squirrel by the name of Kinaru). I am poly and also have a boyfriend who is not on here. I designed him up a dragon fursona though.
I’m a bit of a hobbyist artist. I started out as an almost purely traditional artist (sketching and colored pencils was the tool of choice) with a strong focus on ferals. Over time, I've begun to learn how to create digital artwork and how to do more human-like anatomy. My style tends to be more cartoony though one day I'd love to draw more realistically. I've also been learning sewing and clay work, specially in making art dolls and little figures. I tend to be a G – PG-13 artist although once in a while I toss out an adult piece.

Thanks + Life Updates AKA Where's the Uploads?!

First off, I wanna say thanks to you all. I know I've gotten a few watches lately. Which was a bit of a surprise, though a pleasant one. And I've got a few of y'all who have been supporting me for a long while. So I just wanted to say thanks a bunch! Every comment and fav makes me smile. ^_^
If that's the case, though, why haven't I been uploading a lot? I do have an upload queue. I haven't gotten up to posting the pictures I did for Art Fight yet. So what gives?
Well, the honest answer is lately I've been struggling with keep track of what day it is. Yeah, that lame of an answer. I was trying to upload on Wednesdays and sometime over the weekend. Then I missed a time. And then again. And then it felt hard to get back into it. >_<;;; I'm really sorry about that. I blame working nights and things being a bit crazy at work.
Which leads me into the big news. I've started full time at my workplace this week. :D I'm hoping a more consistent schedule with that. And it may be that instead of specific days I upload, I just upload on two of my off days or something. Does a consistent upload schedule help or is that mainly for those who do comics and stuff? Work has been a little crazy, but it's slowly settling down now .... I think anyways.
I've ... also admitted gotten a bit distracted. See, I was gifted a Woobles kit. And I finally got around to working on it. I'm close to the end, but I have fallen in love with crocheting. I'm gonna try to keep that in check, though, because I don't want it to replace my drawing stuff. Same with how my workouts are an additional hobby, not a replacement hobby. (I'm actually not sure if I've mentioned that or not on here. But yeah, I work started working out last year. Not quite a muscle fur though, haha.)
So, yeah, I'll be getting my shit together eventually. But wanted to say thanks, why my life is slightly crazy, and stuff like that. :)
Oh, and that it's October! Love this month. <3 I'm not doing a massive drawing challenge, but just this small lil doodle-a-day one. :) I'll probably just upload all of those entries as a batch. The site I found does one every month, so that may be a continual thing.
