So I’ve been struggling for WEEKS now to get ahold of the medical supply provider about getting a CPAP machine for my sleep apnea. My chronic migraines, caused by (Most likely) oxygen deprivation btw, have completely debilitated me at this point. I called multiple times and got told I’ll receive a call back “after their lunch break”, that didn’t come btw. Only to FINALLY get a TEXT message saying that my insurance won’t cover the machine and that I need to do ANOTHER sleep study in order to prove that I ACTUALLY have sleep apnea. I’m so frustrated at this point, especially since if the stupid medical suppliers would've actually contacted me back when they were supposed to I could’ve already started this process (Even though it’s stupid that I have to go through this process AGAIN). My primary care attempted to bypass it and talked to my insurance, but they refused to provide coverage unless I jumped through their “mandatory” hoops first.

So, I guess I’m going to play their dumb game and do ANOTHER sleep study. Joy.

In the meantime I also got approved for these migraine injections
Hopefully I have better luck with that than the previous medications they put me on

I also have a consultation with the allergist today about these shots I’ve been getting (Which btw, NOBODY told me that a medication I’m ACTIVELY taking interferes with them and I found out ON MY OWN and had to call them to inform them.)
