 Since this has come up in the past, while I appreciate 'gift art' and a lot of people asking if they can draw me or have me drawn with their characters, I have a very simple rule. If I'm to be involved in a commission, firstly ask~ but secondly, I will only on RARE occasion take something as 'free'. Artists put time and effort into their work, and people buying commissions put time and effort into the money they earn. If you want a commission with me, I pay 1/2 as a rule. If you're an artist that wants to draw me, I'd rather pay for your time.
