Hey there peeps, just using this journal as a sort of life update and somewhat of an intro for any new peeps since the last one is nearly a decade old, and a lot has changed since then. I know a lot of people on here don't use other social media sites.

~~~INTRODUCTION~~~
My name is Eric, online I go by VirusHunter. The name's a long story. I consider myself a hobby digital artist. My main focus is 2D but I also delve into 3D sculpting, as well as pixel art. I love arcade games, sharp corners and the color blue.

~~~WHO ARE THESE CHARACTERS OF YOURS?~~~
I have a toyhouse where there's a bit of lore for some of my OCs, if you're interested.
A good majority of my furry OCs are part of a 'verse I call "World of Hearts", where various stories take place along one big timeline. The setting is similar to the real world, but with a dash of supernatural elements.

~~~COMMISSIONS???~~~
I have taken comms in the past, yes. And I am very grateful for everyone who has comm'd me and flattered by everyone who's inquired. But as of writing this I do not plan on opening commissions in the near future. If and when I open commissions, I will blast the news on all of my socials, here included. However, I imagine this would only be during dire financial emergencies, fundraising events or one-off "convention sketch commissions".

Simply put, I have done some people dirty with commissions in the past and I no longer wish to betray people's trust with my own negligence. This may sound weird but I'm just not comfortable taking money for the promise of art anymore.

~~~CURRENT PLANS~~~

I am now owner of my own official business, WINDMILL ARTS. I hope to delve into game development under this label. My current focus is to make an arcade-style sports game featuring some characters from the "World of Hearts". But don't hold your breath, as I am still very much a novice when it comes to game development and I'm sure such a project will take me a while to complete. Anyone who knows me well enough will tell you that I get distracted very easily. If and when development does get into full swing I'd like to document my journey along the way, and I'm sure I'll share something here and there.

On top of gamedev there are other things I meander around, such as character and graphic designs, the odd game mod here and there, and other ventures and hyperfixations.

I'm sure a lot of you started following me or know of me because of my NSFW content. While I do not plan on having such content in this project and have generally begun to stray away from making NSFW art, I'm not swearing off of it entirely. It's just less of a focus for now.

I also sell stickers on Etsy! I'll try my best to vend at some of the bigger conventions in Canada as well.
