Okay, quick Bio stuff here, til I can come up with a better one:

Well, I'm basically just your average (?!) 67 years young gal currently residing in the St. Charles County area in north-east Missouri who loves drawing, writing, being with my family and friends, playing with my beloved Chihuahua, Pedro (who has sadly since passed away), watching my fave Toons and TV shows, archery, horseback riding, listening to music, watching the sunset, taking long walks, and just enjoying life in general.

My current (that is to say the latest) obsession is, of course "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic", but I also like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (my favorite series is the 2003-2009 one), the Biker Mice From Mars (I love both the original series AND the 2006 one that was on 4Kids/FOX for a few months; pity the twits at 4Kids never saw fit to keep it going when they switched to the CW network), but the ORIGINAL series from the early '90's is still by FAR my favorite of the two) and the SWAT Kats.

Anyway, I am currently working on some MLP: FiM fanart and fics, the former of which I hope to have up here soon, now that I finally, FINALLY have the Internet hooked up at home, and a new Kodak All-in-One Printer/Scanner with which to upload my humble art scribbles to my comp, and then to sites like this, as well as Deviantart. I just hope y'all like them when they start popping up here.

Oh, yes. Like MOST MLP artists/writers, I DO have an OC, whose name is the same as my nick here, and who goes by the nickname of "Wolf". (And unlike Rainbow, who grudgingly puts up with Pinkie Pie calling HER "Dashie" all the time, by sharp contrast, Wolf does NOT allow HERSELF to be tagged with a similar nickname, like "Wolfie" (even by members of her own much-loved family, and absolutely, positively will NOT tolerate ANYPONY trying to do so. She's had to get VERY sharp with Pinkie more than once in the past about it, to the point that she (with great regret on her part, but still........) reduced the party pony to literal tears a couple of times before she finally managed to get her point across to her. Needless to say, Pinkie no longer even tries to do that.). She is a Pegasus Pony, and a rather unusual one, at that.

Her coat and the main body of her wings are a dark Oxford Blue (think Princess Luna, but somewhat darker). Her mane, tail and flight feathers (primaries and secondaries) are all a clear, snowy-white, and her eyes are a deep midnight blue . She also, unusually for a Pony mare, has a small set of canine teeth in her upper and lower jaw. This is unusual because, if you know equines at all, you'd know that usually, only STALLIONS have canines. Wolf isn't really sure as to WHY, out ALL the pony mares and fillies that she knows (or ALL female Ponies, period!), only SHE has them, and so she consequently tends to be pretty self-conscious about having them...even if they HAVE come in handy a time or two in her life.

Age-wise, she is around the same age as the Mane 6, being a few months OLDER than Applejack, who is her oldest, and most-trusted and loved friend.

Anyway, I hope to have a pic of her (AND many of my OTHER OCs, as well as many of the MLP cast) up here soon, and will probably be replacing my current Ava-pic of Applejack with one of her. OR, quite possibly , one of the two of them together. I dunno yet, but we'll see.

Oh, and be warned: while I plan on staying as CLOSE to MLP Canon as I can, a good deal of my stuff is my own head-canon, and sometimes tends to be somewhat AU. But, for the most part, as I said, I intend to TRY (heavy, HEAVY emphasis on the word "TRY" there) to stick as CLOSE to how things have gone in Seasons 1 and 2 (with a few things from Seasons 3 through 5 thrown in here and there, as required) as possible, but I ALSO plan on sticking close to my head-canon, too. I just hope y'all like what you see, once I do start posting pics (and maybe some of my MLP fics, as well) here.
