First off, Hello! You're probably here because you're planning to buy an adopt me from so I do encourage you to read ALL of this before purchase

This is still a W.I.P but has all the basics, if you have any questions that aren't answered up here you are always welcome to ask me via note

Ownership
• I withhold all rights to my designs which is why they will not be for commercial use (unless stated), You are not to use my design without the proper credit
•You must place me down as the designer/artist anywhere
•For anything personal you do not have to ask me, the design is for you to use

Purchasing
•Any and all payment will be through PayPal
•You must provide me with an email; for me to send the files and send the invoice
•Payment is of course expected upfront
•24h holds are allowed but if the time limit is reached you are not able to buy the adopt anymore and it will be listed back up
•If you would like the purchase the design you must, bid, buy, or ask me in comments and not anything else
•After the payment has been received in full you will receive an email with both the background version and transparent background version (Most adoptables will have a clothed version and nude version also)
•If a payment isn't send in 9h after the conversation started the adopt will be put back up (I understand different timezones so in some cases I'll accept it)
•Once you've placed a bid or commented you wanted to buy the adopt please do not last minute delete your comment or just never respond
•For purchases over $150 a 50/50 down payment will be set, 50% of the payment will be sent upfront in exchange of the buyer being able to use the adopt. Over 5 days the buyer can send small amounts of the rest of the layer or just the whole 50% at the last 2-5 days

Reselling/Gifting
*You MAY NOT resell the adopt for more than you've bought
•Unless you've added up to 3hq pieces of art the add value, I cannot accept if you raise the price to pieces of art YOU'VE added to the adopt
*You MAY NOT resell an adopt for irl currency that you received through trading or a gift
•Unless stated by me you are not allowed to sell an adopt you received without paying actual money, though for trading if I've gave you permission to sell it you may
•Trading or gifting to another person is allowed

Design Editing
•I do ask for you to not straight up change the whole adopt, but removing a few features and adding some is 100% okay
•You may not make "twins" from the adopt they're gonna be an only child
•Gender, Race, Personality, Etcetera is all up to the buyer after purchase
•You are not to heavily reference off of my designs
•You are not to claim my designs as yours before or after purchase

Commerical Uses
•If I do allow you to use an adopt for commercial use $40 is to be added to your total
•After purchase the design can be used for whatever you'd like (i.e. Books, Movies, Shows, Games, Merchandise, Etcetera)
•This authorization is not transferable
•You may not resell the adopt if you bought it for commercial uses but decided not to use it anymore (please ask me)

•You are not to trace of my art
•You are not to reference off of my art
•You are not to claim any of my art as yours
