Refusal of Service

I. The Artist has full right to refuse service under any circumstance informing Client of denial/refusal of service to commit to working on Commission.
II. If the Commission ordered is deemed by the Artist a subject matter that is not one the Artist will depict, the Commission shall be denied.
III. The Artist reserves the right to refuse a commission if it does not mesh with their aesthetic or content they wish to depict.


Subject Matter

I. The Artist will accept SFW commissions only. In case you are not sure if your idea belongs to this area, you are free to contact the Artist and ask.
II. Regarding NSFW pieces: there might be ocassional YCH auctions.
III. The Client must be aware of style fluctuations. The Artist will work to keep styles consistent.

Copyright and Alterations

I. The Artist has full rights to reproduce the art as seen fit (i.e. selling of prints, portfolio, book of works). All credit for the character design, character, or features will be given to the Client. Any alterations made to the final Commission (removing of signature, recoloring) are prohibited, unless the Artist gives written permission.
II. Should the Client decide to re-post the commissioned piece/pieces elsewhere, proper credit must be given to the Artist.
III. All rights not otherwise expressed in these terms are reserved to the Artist.

Prices and Payment

I. Prices are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted, prices listed are base prices.
II. Additional fees for complex characters, markings, multiple characters, and/or content may be charged case-by-case.
III. Payment is completed through PayPal, or CuentaRUT (Chile only).
IV. Upon completion, the Client will receive a digital image for posting.
V. Tips are accepted, but are not an obligation.
IV. Paypal has a Commission cost of 5.4% (Amount sent) + $0.30. Though it is not mandatory to send the exact amount in order for me to recieve the correct price, it is appreciated if you do.

Cancellations and Refunds

I. The Artist has the right to cancel a Commission if they feel that it cannot be completed to the best of their ability. A full or partial refund for the work will be given, depending on stage of completion and an agreement with client is met.
II. The Client has the right to cancel the Commission if it has not begun, or in the preliminary sketch.
III. If the work is cancelled intermittently (i.e during painting stage), no refund will be given.
IV. The Artist holds the right to cancel a Commission if it cannot be completed, or if the Client behaves rudely or inappropriately, or is unable to keep in contact with the artist during the duration of the Commission.
About Commissions
Reference images:
1- A reference sheet is required in order for the Artist to work. In case the Client does not have one, other reference images are allowed as long as the character can be clearly seen.
2- In case the Client does not have any visual reference, it Will be considered as a Character Design, and Will have an extra cost. This point does not apply to Reference Sheet Commissions.
Work Method and Payment time:
I Will start sketching your idea as soon as possible. Once the sketch is sent and accepted by the Client, I Will ask for the full payment.
The Payment may be done either before or after the sketch is accepted, but I Will not continue any further from this stage (Sketching) until the payment is recieved.
Revisions and Corrections:
I. Works in Progress (WIPs) Will be sent to the Client on every stage (Sketching, Lineart, Flat color, full coloring).
II. Corrections Will be done only if they are related to the corresponding Stage (Ex: I can correct a color you don’t like if I’m on the Flat Color Stage, but Will not correct character pose or body complexion for free)
III. I Will do up to 2 big corrections for free. Extra corrections Will be charged extra and Will be notified to the Client.
*Note: Being clear on giving your idea Will be useful in order to not have problems 😊
Commission FAQ and Answers
All prices are either in USD or Chilean Peso.
What are the payment methods?
Paypal is the only payment method accepted. In case the payment is done through Chilean Peso, CuentaRut is also accepted.
Apps like Venmo are not accepted since I cannot even download them due to Country restrictions.
What Will (and Won’t) draw?
Will draw:
- SFW ideas
- Any species, gender, contexture (as long as it’s not excessive)
- Anime, comic, videogame characters (in my style)
- Artistic nude (ask beforehand)
Won’t (or can’t) draw:
- NSFW: sex, masturbation, gore, etc.
- Vehicles, extremely intricate armors/weapons.
- Excessive contextures: extreme muscles, obesity, etc.
- Very complex scenarios (yet!)

How long does it take for the Commission to be ready?
I don’t like to make the Client wait too much, so I’ll try to have it as soon as possible. Usually, I tend to finish the Project in a range of 2 days to 2 weeks after the payment is done.
