I saw my friend  VoraciousRose do this, and I was actually able to fulfill one of her wishes. So who knows, maybe I'll get lucky too?


First, the instructions for the meme:

🌟 STEP ONE 🌟
• Make a post to your journal. The post should contain your list of ten holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV"). The important thing is to make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
• If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) can get in touch with you. Your home address is not required!
• Make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.

• Surf around your friend's list (or friend's friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now, here's the important part...
• If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes one person's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use - or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free - do it.
• You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf - to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not - it's your call. There are no guarantees with this project, and no strings attached. Just... wish, and it might come true. Give and you might receive. You'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.


Alright, here is my wish list for the 2016 holidays:

1. Sailor Moon art! Sailor Moon is awesome, and the more art of her and her friends (especially Sailor Jupiter!), the better. Can be cute, sexy, lewd or voraphilic, but please no anal sex, rape or hard vore, those are not my things.
2. A costume my size (adult male, 4XL) of Elminster of Shadowdale. Just once, I'd love to join a D&D session dressed up as the archmage of the the Forgotten Realms. (Need I say that playing an arcane caster is one of my favorites?)
3. In that vein, a D&D group that I like and will be able to attend more than once a year. (I prefer a campaign with truly heroic characters, no PvP, no grievers or munchkins allowed, preferably 3.5 or Pathfinder rules as that's what I am most familiar with, and set in the Forgotten Realms. Well, I can wish, can't I?)
4. Less insanity in the world. (If only...)
5. Being able to visit my friends in the US more than once a year! (It's the flight that is the problem; I'm too big to fit into Economy and I can't afford Business more than once a year.)

7. Someone to make non-sucky (or blatantly ripped...) icons for the new items and spells I created for my personal Baldur's Gate mod. (Yeah, like this will happen...)

9. More art of my own character Angelissa, in any of her forms! (Angel, griffin, gold dragon or alicorn pony. As before, can be cute, sexy, lewd or voraphilic, but no anal sex, no rape, no hard vore.)
10. The second part of the new translation of Sailor Moon S on DVD. Hurry up already, Viz media!

Well, that's it. I don't expect anyone will be willing and able to grant any of my wishes, but it would be super awesome if someone did!
