Adoptables, once bought (or won) are subject to the following:

Copyrights

• Design copyright is transferred from animadopts to the specific buyer
• animadopts reserves copyrights to the sold artwork and may use the work for portfolio/samples
• All adoptables are for personal use only, see adjustments section for what you can or cannot do with it once bought.
• If you buy it you're free to upload the art to your gallery if you would like; with regards to toyhou.se animadopts is available as Anima

Resale

• Resale for an amount larger than the adopt's purchase amount is not allowed! i.e, if the adopt was bought for 10USD the sale price must be the same or less (extra art is a different matter and should be priced separately)
• Please let me know if you have resold, retraded, or regifted an adopt so I can update the current owner on the original deviation - this is mandatory and if buying one of my adopts make sure you are buying from a current owner or else risk being scammed.

Adjustments

• Once bought any changes can be made to the character from backstory, to outfit adjustments, name, recolor, etc. Kindly do not make changes on the artwork itself but you may use it on forums, avatar, banners, signatures, etc.
• Regardless of edits, you may not resell for higher than the buying price for the adoptable.
• Do not claim the sold artwork or original design to be yours, credits are optional (and heavily encouraged!) but do not claim yourself or anyone else other than animadopts be the designer/artist of the adoptable.


Regarding Payment:

• I will send a PM that you are the winner/buyer
• If the payment period specified has passed (24 hours if unspecified) without you paying the amount required the adopt will be made open again

Auction policies

• There is a snipe-guard an hour before every deadline.

Other

• I reserve the right to deny business to accounts less than a month old
