---

GENERAL

-A reference sheet or reference images of your character are needed before we can start. This, of course, does not apply to character design and reference sheet commissions.

-I automatically assume that if not mentioned, a piece can and will be made at my leisure (1-3 weeks depending on complexity). If a deadline is required, tell me upfront so I know ahead of time and make it a priority. If halfway through the commission or anytime after the sketch phase, you decide you need yours expedited, I will require an additional fee of 5% the original commission price (non-refundable).

-I do all of my commissions through Kofi- if you do not see something that fits your needs, I either do not accept those commissions, or a quote is needed.

-I would prefer to have all communication done through email. If this is not something you can easily do, I will allow voice call check-ins per your request. Check-ins will be utilized to show progress, request feedback during the initial stage, and ask questions via talking instead of text.

-If the commissioner does not own all characters in a suggestive/NSFW piece, I must receive written consent from all party members (for each character). I need a form of consent to this commission and the use of their characters before continuing to payment and sketch. Do not commission me unless you know for sure that all parties consent to the piece in mind. *If this is clearly gift art for a significant other, talk to me about it first; I may be able to waive the need for written consent.*

-I reserve the right to cancel a commission and stop working on a piece if I find the patron to be uncooperative, abusive, unsettling, or manipulative. The commission would be refunded minus the work completed, what art that has been completed will be sent, and an honest review will be made regarding the patron's actions.

-I am a very patient and forgiving person, just don't be an asshole, and we will get along fine! UwU

-DO NOT USE MY WORK OR THE WORK COMMISSIONED FOR AI PURPOSES

-You may not alter my artwork unless I give permission, i.e., bases

-This is a legally binding contract to keep both artist and commissioner safe

-I have the right to decline any commission without reason

-I have the right to change and edit this TOS at any time

REQUESTING FIXES AND UPDATES

-I will provide updates through every stage of the commission; however, I will only request feedback for fixes during the sketch phase. In order, the phases are: Sketch*, line, flats (colors), cell/soft shading, simple/complex background. Phases with (*) are not optional and are part of the base price.
-Three fixes, ONE for each phase, are free if the fix regards the current phase, NOT a previous one
-Any fixes that require me to go back a phase (i.e., working on shading and the request is to adjust the pose), add $5 to your commission per fix

-DO NOT request an update more than once a week

-DO NOT request an update more than once a day

-I know you are excited and want to see progress, but I may be working on other people's work, too. Everyone is busy, everyone has errands, or a job; let us slow down and enjoy our time and life while we can. Please be patient, I will get to you as soon as I can.

-If you believe you need updates more often (I usually will do once a week or for each phase completed) or need your commission expedited, let me know, and we can talk about a due date and what type of updates you want/need.

REFUNDS

-In the case that I need to stop work on the commission, or you, as the commissioner, no longer wish to work with me, a refund will be given up to the stage completed.
-For example:
-the commission was a lined (+$50) full-body piece (+$50) with color(+$33) and soft shading (+$55) with no background (+0). Totaling $188
-the commission stopped during the color phase of the commission
-since it was DURING the color phase, this phase does not count as complete work, and half will be added to the refund total ($16.5). Soft shading was not started and will be added in full to the total (+$55).
-The refund total will be $71.50, and the completed work files will be sent with the payment.

-A full refund will only be given if the piece was never started in the first place, i.e., didn't get past the sketch phase.

POSTING MY WORK
-Posting examples of commission work is part of my job as an artist. I will always tag the commissioner, unless requested not to. If you wish not to have your image posted on any platform (including Kofi), or would like it censored, cropped, low res, or with a large watermark, please let me know.
