Hello for the first time! My name is Astar and I’m so happy to be here! But I have to tell the truth, I got this account months ago and haven’t posted in all this time. I’ve been nervous. Being a Furry is new to me. So I end up questioning myself; am I good enough to really show my art?

I was thinking about it today. But also thinking that I’m loving this community so much! The creativity here is astounding! The friendliness is so welcoming. The care, energy and attitude; it’s refreshing unlike any other fandom or group I’ve found so far. It makes me eager to join in!
 
And here I realized that maybe I don’t have to be at a certain art level to share my drawings. Perhaps I don’t have to be exactly where I want to be, or be the artist/person that I hope to become. Maybe I can make that journey WITH this community. Like so many other beautiful creatives I’ve seen in this fandom, I want to share my excitement for this new place of inspiration, motivated and unafraid!
