Update on my TOS

Payment and Refunds
Payment via Wise or PayPal. If you pay via Wise, I will send you an invoice, a link or I can send you my bank details. If you pay via PayPal, I will send you the invoice.
If I have already started working on the commission, but not finished, I can make a partial refund, which will depend on how much I have already worked.
It is possible, although unlikely, that the price will vary depending on the complexity. For example, if there are complicated wings.
Usage and Copyrights
Art is for strictly personal use. If you intend to make commercial use, there must be a separate negotiation.
In the case of adopts, you can change gender, colors, hair, tattoos and any details you want, as long as you give me credit for the original design.
Please do not turn my art into NFT or use it to train AI.
If the client allows it, I will be posting the commission on my profiles.
Don't delete my signature.
How I work
Help me to see what you want. Submit references (images, videos, sketches, textures, 3D models, anything).
You can participate in the entire design process. I will send sketches whenever I deem necessary, you can request any changes at this stage. Once the lineart is done, I won't make any major changes, just small details, adjustments to the proportion, fixing errors that went unnoticed, etc. As for colors, any changes can still be made.
The final version will be sent via email.
