TL:DR in 2018 Kentucky changed divorce laws to evenly split the pair's finances and time with the kids instead of typically heavily favoring the women in both aspects. Recent data is coming out showing Kentucky's divorce rates have dropped 25% since then.
6 other states have already adopted this law, with 6 more pending.
After decades of watching men both online and irl get fucked over by women who see divorces as winning the lottery, I cannot express into words how relived this makes me. I've told my gf that her signing a prenup in non-negotiable with me and that isn't changing, especially since I live in a blue state, but this news could almost make me cry.
