Please read all the information in this section completely. You must agree to everything before I can start on a commission. I reserve the right to change the information on this page without notice, please check for changes regularly.

Work times and deadlines
I am only one person working on commissions and I work a full time job outside of sewing. Estimated competition time is just that an estimate. It may take longer or shorter. I will try to answer as quickly as possible in the order I receive messages, but please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for a response. I do not do deadlines, if you need it done by a certain date see below for rush time information.

18 and over only
I may require ID of some for when payment is made to confirm age or identity.

I own cats
and they do go into my workspace, they do not interact with the fabric, but if you are very sensitive, please be aware.

Inquiring about an order

What is required for a quote?
I need to know what you are wanting to order, size, type, can even be something not listing in the pricing as long as there is enough reference.
Reference pictures required! At bare minimum is front and side; but front, side, and back is preferred, leave no detail out you want! Example: If you do not include you want 3d paws on your plush then you will not get them.

Example quote request:
I want a 16 inch standing anthro plush of my dog fursona with curves. I want her dressed in a blue summer dress. I would like her to have paw pads embroidered on her hands and feet.

How long is the quote good for?
Your quote will lock the price for you for 60 days, afterwards it may change

Placing the order, payments and layaway

Starting an order
You will choose a payment option, either in payments or in full. A 30% non refundable down payment is required if making payments. If paying in full then 30% is non refundable if something happens and a refund is required. I accept paypal only at this time.

Non original characters are required to be at least 75% paid off before the work starts
Original characters are required to be 100% paid before work starts.
Estimated completion time begins when the the payment requirements are fulfilled.

Payments and layaway
Payments on made to order items are as follows:
Up to $200 up to 3 months
$201-$400 up to 4 months
$401-$600 up to 5 months
$601+ up to 6 months

Layaway on premade items is:
Up to $300 up to 3 months
$301-$500 up to 4 months
$501+ up to 5 months
25% of a premade item’s price is non refunable

If more time is needed please let me know before finalizing the first payment. Missed payments must be made up on the next due date. 2 missed payments you will get a warning, 3 missed payments equals a cancellation.

Refund Policy
I am not responsible for your money issues so please do not ask to cancel due to money issues. If a refund is required any work I have done will be taken out of it as well as the 30% material fees. Failure to comply will put you on a public blacklist for other plush makers to view. Refunds can take up to 180 days depending on the amount. OCs that have had work started are nonrefundable.

Updates, Warranty, and miscellaneous

Updates
All updates and contact are done through the way you placed your order, either instagram or Furaffinity. Work in progress pictures will sent to you whenever I have completed something and may not adhere to a strict schedule.

Warranty
There is a 30 day warranty on plush and plush items over 14 inches. Wearable items have a 60 day warranty. If a defect forms within this time I will repair is free of charge and cover the shipment as this is fault of my own, I will not cover shipping to me.

Repairs
I will repair items for a fee outside of the warranty period if you are not comfortable doing it yourself, this also means you must cover shipping both ways. If items were used for adult purposes please let me know prior to me receiving it, the fee for these items is high due to the nature. I can repair holes, seams, clean, and restuff if needed.
