So I tried a new workout routine Monday, and I don’t know how I feel about it… instead of doing a set amount of reps and sets, the first week: you push yourself just to the breaking point, they call it overextending or hyper extending or something like that. It feels so good that day and it uses up what energy I have left, but it hurts Monday I did arms and shoulders, and I still cant fully extend my arms without it hurting, boo! But I can feel and see a difference already, I love it!! But I hate it, cause it hurts, no pain no gain, right!? Anyway, I’d love to hear what any of y’all do for a routine or better yet: pain relief, lol, have a good one y’all!
