Bust

A bust is an image that displays a waist-up image of your character. They may be doing anything you desire. Additional characters will cost roughly half of the base price.

 30 USD will get you a colored sketch.

 50 USD will get you a painting. 

 80 USD will get you a waist-up painting with a fully detailed background. 



Fullbody

A fullbody is an image that displays your character from head to toe. They may be doing anything you desire. Additional characters will cost roughly half of the base price.

40 USD will get you a colored sketch.

70 USD will get you a speed painting. 

100 USD will get you a painted fullbody with a fully detailed background.



Current Art Deals

Sketchpage: An art page consists up to 4 (at minimum) sketches on a page. 1 expression/head shot, 1 fullbody, 1 bust and 1 random. 

Black and white: 70 USD

Color/half painted: 120 USD

TERMS OF SERVICE:

1. Displayed base prices are subject to change higher or lower according to complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece. 



2. Payments 50 USD and under must be made up front in full before preliminary work begins.



3. If artwork is finished before final payments are made, the client will not receive the original paint/drawing until the final payments are made. 



4. Clients will have the opportunity to make altercations after an approval sketch. Changes will be made and sent again for approval. Artist will make altercations up to 3 times before additional charges are added onto the piece. If charges are not met, the client will be refunded and the commission canceled. In instances of this happening, the piece does NOT belong to the client any longer and may be resold or reused by the artist at a later date with a different character in place of yours.



5. The artist reserves the right to reject any commission they do not feel they can accomplish or comfortable with. 



6. If the client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch stage they will be refunded 50% of their payment.



7. If the client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage they will not be issued a refund. 



8. The artist will not discuss a commission with a client via public forum, instant messenger, or private note. Communications about commissions between client and artist will be made only through (overlordbattlewinner@gmail.com) to ensure all information and communications are consolidated in one location.



9. The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to communicate in effective English.



10. The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.

 

12. The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise.

The Client retains all rights to their respective characters.  This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image (see articles 10 and 11).



13. The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
