Hello everyone.

It’s been a while since the last time we’ve spoken, many things have happened during the last year.
I am a mom now, and it’s been the wildest ride; we were very close to, well… to put it bluntly, not making it, a few times.
It’s been a journey equal parts terrifying and full of love, with a very slow but (thankfully) steady recovery process.

I meant to come back before, and I guess I was waiting, or hoping to find a peaceful “perfect time” to do so, but at this stage, i now understand that you usually just end up running out of time, waiting for the perfect one.

I really thought we were all settled now, but I just lost the family member that was closest to me. It was completely unexpected, I’m still beyond shocked and baffled that I won’t even get to spend my birthday with him, it was so close…

I did get a loan to take care of the cremation costs. I know this was not the wisest decision on my end, but I just couldn’t help it… not to mention there were no other members to take care of this other than myself.

It's always been hard for me to ask for help, but i don’t think I am in the position to just dismiss that option, with how the current situation is going; and all of you are always just so wonderful and kind to me.
