Writing idea but idk how to go with it

So I want to make a MG story about a pokemon but I don't know which kind of plot to go with
1; weak Magikarp buys protein powder but gets an enhanced reaction and learns buffs up, Goldeen friend freaks out and believes the Magikarp is becoming corrupted and violent.
2; mad scientist Inteleon goes madder with power, but is too sensitive/anxious to use it for anything useful in fear of people finding out.
3; Arceus, just trying to have a "normal" day, takes the form of an Eevee to see what pokemon are up to. Though, unaware of their social norms.
4; Galarian Meowth wrestler going up by multiple levels midround, the drastic stat buffs go in his favor one way or another.
Don't know which to do first nor whether these will be NSFW or not. Might go with 3 for lore but I really wanna try out 1
