Howdy, everyone. I know I have left this place gathering dust ever since my last upload. I guess I'm gonna be posting again after the long silence, but first, I wanna give an update with some of my thoughts on how I've been operating on the internet.

Originally, I've been focusing on getting the backlog of commissions done while balancing that with Gamedev and my day job, which has had mixed results. Though a bit more recently, a few... incidents happened online and IRL that have made me think. It made me reflect the near ten years that I've been on DeviantArt doing this foot fetish thing. Safe to say, despite the many years I have here, I lacked the maturity to realize that I now have a sizable influence and how irresponsible I was with it. Very... irresponsible.

And I want to change that, so during the course of the next months, I'm gonna be changing how I operate on the net as BirbByTheFoot. One of these changes mainly affect how I interact with people online. I'll be reducing my interactions online in general to a minimum, keeping contact with just friends and clients. In fact, I kinda been doing that for a while, but now I am making it official. So for anyone new that has sent private notes or DMs to me here or any other BBTF profiles that got ignored or received a delayed reply, I apologize for not letting you know sooner. I don't want to talk to new people on this space at least.

Speaking of spaces, another significant change is the closure of my other fetish profiles. With the exception of DeviantArt, FurAffinity and MAYBE Twitter/X, all other accounts going by the name BirbByTheFoot will be closed. This includes Newgrounds, Picarto, Pixiv, Bluesky, Youtube, etc. I want to keep my foot fetish content within a limited reach. Plus, having to upload pics in that many sites is kinda tedious.

I will also be assembling a new server for BirbByTheFoot. Gonna be keeping it compact and simple, with just fetish stuff, quick showcases, and a stream channel in case I wanna stream some fetishy stuff. I still have to set up the ground rules fully, but once it is ready, I'll let you know. Now, what that also means is that my old "Inkwell" server will be closed soon, when the new server is ready. This is basically a fresh start, or... more like a soft reset. I'll post a status update with the link when it's ready.

Also in regards to commissions, I will be publicly accepting them again but they will be limited to only sketches. I still have a backlog or major commissions I have to finish, but because of car expenses eating away at my day job's paycheck, I will be taking commissions for the extra cash. However, I feel like repeating this, refunds are also an option for those who commissioned. If ya feel like I took too much time, or you are in a financial pickle yourself, let me know. I'll give you a date for when I can send in your refund.

Lastly, it's been a while since I posted, and I did get a bunch of commissions done, along with some personal pics sprinkled in between. And uh... been sketching some things while at work on break, so safe to say I may have accumulated a lot of material I haven't uploaded due to some anxiety regarding this gig. But just to not leave this place gathering dust, I'll probs be using the Scraps folder now. Though I will be posting once a day here, cuz uh... there is a lot.

Anyway, I think that's about it for the updates. I apologize in advance for any inconveniences these changes may bring. This is probs for the best. If there's any other changes that might spring out of the blue, I'll be posting status updates prior to it.
